I would give 10 stars if it was an option. We had 3 large picture windows replaced on the front of our store and to make matters complicated a window bench and bars had to be dismantled in order to complete the job. They did all of it in a very quick and efficient manner. Very friendly, great customer service and all at a FAIR price. They have a customer for life!

I am a commercial contractor and just completed a 7000 SF project for Northeastern University in South Lake Union. Access did all the glass walls and doors and were punctual and clean. Some of the architects details were not feasible and the Access Glass owners met with the architect on site and made suggestions to the architect which were accepted. I'm getting ready to send them a request for quote on another project i just received.

Our front window developed a large crack over the course of a few days. We had Access out to look at it and they determined that it was due to settling. The repair glass was over 50x50 and took a few days to arrive from the manufacturer. Estimates, ordering, and installation were a breeze. These guys are true professionals - If I ever need a replacement or repair in the future, they'll be my first call.
