Meridian Glass

Had a 8ft slider installed from this company and this was the final product. I gave them ample opportunity to right this wrong but they will not. The owner disagreed that it needed to be installed into the frame. HIS WORDS WERE "AND WHO IS SUPPOSED TO PAY FOR THE LABOR TO PUT IT IN THE WAY YOU WANT?".IT'S NOT THE WAY I WANT! IT IS THE RIGHT WAY! He thought That this hanging out method which is cracking my drywall is quality work. I have had 2 contractors look at it and tell me it was done wrong. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Don't stand behind their product, made excuses and blamed the vendor when there were issues with the glass product. Overcharged us on install by $1,000 saying they had to hire extra labor and when they came to install no extra labor was there. Poor communication. You have to hound them for a response. Should have check this company out first.

Very polite and very patient. Easy step process with them no frustration or confusion. Alot of places would get upset about having to leave a voicemail or even call another number to leave information about estimates an pricing, not meridian glass they were able to do both im glad they did cause i was stressing i might have to deal with an angry customer service person but nope that was not the case at all. Im getting a single pane window i couldnt be happier.

Family owned I would recommend them for all custom glass replace or repair. What ever you may need from window to coffee table I'd give them a call. Cool people definitely worth checking out.

These folks are nice and easy to work with for all sorts of glass. We have replaced mirrors, clock faces, and windows with them. No job is too small and their prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!

I was really hoping to be able to use this business because it is family owned and I wanted to support a local business. They sent someone out to measure a couple of broken windows. They took the measurements back to the office and were supposed to call me with a quote. After a couple of days, I called them multiple times with no answer. I left a message after calling several times and I did not get a call back for several days.

It took them 10 days just to call me to give me a quote after the day they measured. April 5th was the measurement day and I was just called back today, April 15th. This is incredibly unacceptable.

Great service start to finish, We called other glass companies and they said they were 4-5 weeks out, called Meridian glass Scott came out in less a week, gave us a bid, and installed in 2 weeks, Did a great Job! Service: Glass installation

We used Meridian for the windows in our house, and I will say that the windows we got from Prime seem really good. Solidly built. However, I would never use Meridian Glass again. Every step along the way was like pulling teeth to get them to do anything in a timely manner. One window was the wrong size, took forever to get another. One window came with a broken latch, took forever to get it fixed.

At one point we were told the part was in the glove box of a truck just riding around for a couple weeks. Even getting an invoice from them took forever. Either they have so much business that they don't have to care about the customers or they just plain, don't care about customers.

I've used Meridian glass twice within the last two months, and though they offer great prices and seem to do good work I feel they lack in customer service especially in regards to arrival times. First time I was told arrival between 10-11 for service and was only called after 12 to be told they were running behind and they didn't show up for another 1-2 hours.

I had a family member at the house since I was working so it's frustrating to have told them a certain time then having to wait even longer. I decided to give them another chance (partially because they already have my measurements for a window I needed repair) and once again they had no respect for arrival time. I called day before and confirmed I was scheduled as first appointment of the day arrival 9-10am.

I had a family member at the house again and they kept me updated each hour that no one was there yet so I called the main office and the lady was confused saying they should have been there she called me back after calling them and found they went to a job in Federal Way first. No one ever even called to let me know and I wasn't called until around 1pm to say they were an hour out.

Please be more considerate in the future for peoples times honestly if I had at least gotten a call to let me know they were running late or when they'd actually be at my house I would have been okay but I didn't even get that courtesy. The girl I talked to on the phone was polite and it's not her fault it's just very frustrating to have had this happen twice and for them to act like it's not a big deal at all.

As a remodel contractor we use Meridian Glass for all our glass needs. This includes custom heavy glass shower doors and walls, mirrors, and windows. They do excellent work and are very professional. Austin and Dustin just finished a 3/8 glass panel next to a large custom shower and they did a wonderful job. They are very friendly and courteous and can be depended upon to do a great job every tiem. thanks guys

Meridian Glass replaced 4 windows in my home. They were quick to give me a quote and were competitively priced. Very happy with their work. The windows look great!

Horrible customer service. No one calls or emails you back. If you do get ahold of someone they set and expectations of sending you a quote and then never follow up. Spent over 2 weeks following up daily with them on a project for a glass top for a desk. Seems simple. After they finally gave me a very unprofessional handwritten quote on my drawings, forgot half of the things I asked for.then told me they couldn't do my job after all because they have had employees out sick. Referred me to their competitors.

This whole problem started a month ago when we needed new glass for our door. They came out and measured the door and never called us back. We had to reach out to them. We ended up having numerous problems with them. We had to call them every day to get them to come back out. They promised to come out every day for a week and no one showed up! They never even called.

We constantly had to contact them only to find out that they hadn't even ordered our parts yet! When they did come back out, they ordered the wrong size of glass. All in all, it took over a month to put two panes of glass back in our door. We will never recommend this company to anyone!

Their reservation time-slots are trash. I called them to remind them about my window measurement appt as the time slot was quickly coming to a close having not heard from them with an ETA. Their office said they'd try to find the installer assigned and see where he/she was. After waiting another hour, I called them back after still not hearing back. They said they were still trying to figure something out. Wow. thanks for wasting half a day from work. Needless to say, I canceled my business with them immediately.

That's nice of you to say back when it was done I did tell the installer and I also called the office because the installer said he was not the person that took the measurement. Just bad business, but a lesson learned for me should have looked at yelp back then.

The General Contractor (AJC Homes LLC) of our new construction house contracts with Meridian Glass to install Master Bath shower enclosure. (MB shower enclosure included in price of home) The actual glass shower enclosure is fine. HOWEVER, THE INSTALLATION IS TERRIBLE! see picture. The door out of kilter. We moved into the house Aug 2016 I notified our GC of this problem (along with MANY other follow up issues) shortly after move in. GC tells me to call Meridian Glass. OK, so I call Meridian Glass. Meridian Glass tells me it's a minor adjustment, no big deal tell GC he'll make adjustment. GC says he will make adjustment. but he never does.

I call back to Meridian Glass as our one year warranty is approaching. Call outcome, ,,,M eridian Glass will not service the faulty installation. Both our GC and Meridian Glass failed us! I regret giving Meridian Glass additional business of two additional tub enclosures ($1200.) Bob and Mary Alexander

I had some shower doors custom made from another company that did not do installation and I had been calling around for several months looking for a company that was willing to do the install and I had no luck. Finally one day I called Meridian Glass and they were willing to do the work and my shower doors look absolutely amazing! I was so happy! So happy! Not just because they were willing to do but also because it turned out perfect! I would recommend this company to anyone! Matter of fact I already have.

Meridian Glass installed a swinging shower door and panel a couple months ago. I'm happy with the quality of the product and their install process. The only issue I had was the door was the wrong size so it had to be reordered and installed about a week later. Other than that no issues and I will be calling to do another shower soon

I was supposed to have a guy come to my home between 830-930am, at 927am I called to find out if he was still coming and I was told, he had to go back to the place of business to retrieve some material he forgot for the job he was suppose to do, after my appointment. No text or call saying, he was running late! Just totally dropped the ball.so, with that being said, I would not recommend Meridian Glass to anyone I know. #VERYUNPROFESSIONAL

This company took measurements to install new glass doors on my shower. unfortunately the short one day install took 3 trips because each time they arrived, they did not have the proper equipment or materials for install. This extended our project about 3 weeks.

Came out to give estimate, didn't give one when they came. Said they would email estimate price. Never did. It's been a week. I know they have the right contact info b/c they have my info from Home Depot (evidently they are on Home Depot's recommended list). Don't waste your time with these people. 9/2 received a response telling me to "get my facts straight." Ok, well, why do you give me the facts in the first place. They said the would email.don't say it, if you're not going to do it.

If I could give this company -20 rating I would do it in a second. I have never had anything so Sinister happen to me in my life, when I first went to this company the first lady I talked to at the counter tells me they don't do automotive glass, then another lady takes over the conversation and said they do do automotive glass and she gave me an estimate and she had to order a piece of tempered glass for my windshield in my Jeep it was special order that cost $100 for the glass $35 to install it I said no problem order it let's do it she did, three days later I brought my windshield frame in to the shop so it would be there so they can install the glass which they ordered in it.

Well the owner then tells me that he cannot install it because it is illegal to put tempered glass as a windshield which I did not know but they clearly should have prior to ordering it for me. On a pretty lengthy conversation with me and told me it would be fine in there when we originally ordered it and the other guy says that is illegal and he will not install it so I asked him are you going to make me pay for this window and the lady says yes it's nonrefundable. they refunded me 40 dollars of my 100 out of pocket money but should have not charged me a penny as it was the company's problem not mine. Education is needed in there estimating department. I know I learned a lot this day lol.
