I was very impressed with their service starting with Jessica. She was so helpful and scheduled the repair for my mother's garage door right away as we were in the process of selling it. Brett and Colton did a fantastic job and were polite and considerate, even when the garage door wouldn't go down! They turned right around in the driveway and found a broken wire. Cascade Garage Doors has installed new doors for us, and installed lifters in two houses. They are prompt, reliable and friendly. Twice when we had emergencies (a broken spring and a frozen door), they were there quickly (even though we're in Sisters) and had us up and running in no time. I wouldn't call anyone else.
