Terry Brennan was nice to work with. He wasn't pushy, he didn't recommend any unneccessary additional work or "upgrades", and even recommended against adding a screen door that he didn't think worked well. The installation crew were polite, they worked carefully but quickly, and they cleaned up after themselves pretty well. We had trim capped one year and brought them back for some of the exterior doors another year. It wasn't the cheapest estimate we got, but it was worth every penny to have the work done so well with no drama whatsoever!
