Reston Glass - Frameless Shower Doors

They quadruple charge the price of tempered glass it's highway robbery. Go online or call around make sure to type in tempered glass as the search field in google maps you will find many other competitors who won't try and steal from you. Business is business and some companies like Reston glass are departure to hold onto what they have which must be insane debt and loss clients. Good luck being in business for a long period of time is an accomplishment not growing or expanding on the other hand shows a poor business model.

BUYER BE WARNED - no returns, lousy dismissive customer service for small purchases. Non-commercial buyers very low priority for them. Purchased two large 4'x4' pieces of 1/8 plexi that ended up not working for project. They do not accept returns and basically told me to f-- off when I asked for help and that it was my fault for buying. It's near impossible to resell this stuff, even brand new with protective sheeting still on it.

I can't say enough about these guys. I've been using them both professionally for both my shops & personally. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional & local. what more can you ask for? (and don't fall for the random web adds that sound like them. RESTON GLASS. there's only ONE!)

Reston Glass just finished a job for me replacing a series of very large custom windows in a difficult environment (special custom building). The installer were knowledgable, neat, timely AND their attention to detail was amazing. The trim work, joints and caulking were perfect. The job looks AMAZING! Thank you! I would recommend them anytime.

We are very pleased with our window-glass replacement. Reston Glass was very accommodating and suggested we bring in the bad window for measurement and repair to avoid the service-call cost. We had no idea that that window could be removed or how to do it, but we were given clear and simple instructions over the phone. We inquired about upgrading the glass and window frame, but Reston Glass told we had the most efficient available (even though they are about 20 years old). Honesty wins.

It took about two weeks for the replacement custom-made glass to arrive. We brought the panel to the shop and it was repaired in about an hour. It looks great, and it's so nice to enjoy the fall color though once-again clear glass. The replacement glass panel perfectly matches the old panel. Thank you for taking good care of us and showing us how to save money on our glass-repair effort. Hopefully the rest of our many windows we have remain clear, but it they cloud up, we will know where to go for repairs.

When they actually show up they are great, going on 2 cancelations so far for a 10 minute job. To be fair the 3rd time there was something wrong on my end when they showed up and they let me take care of it to make the install go better for longer and didn't charge me for the drive out to tell me that so that was kind of them. We are on one show up where they weren't prepared and had to reschedule, one where I had to fix an issue, and a third other cancellation by them for not having enough people that day.

I'm fine with reschedules, but they have all been same day and very inconsiderate to the fact that we have to work around our own schedules to make the times work. Quality of work A+, Quality of business C.

I have used The folks at Reston Glass a few times now. Each time I have found them to be most helpful and responsive. Their knowledge and suggestions helped me decide what type of replacement windows to get. Installation was smooth, and I am loving my new windows. In the past I used them for my frameless shower, and replacement glass for my coffee table.

The glass needed to be beveled and cut into a triangle. It fit perfectly and matches the other 3pieces. You would never know it was a replacement. I highly recommend this company.

Had bottom half of bedroom window replaced 2014 now trim failed and fell out on three sides and Reston glass offered $128 service call plus parts and labor. Speaks for itself about quality of initial work and not standing up to correct when there is a failure. Would not recommend.

They're knowledgeable about the products and can recommend the best choice of glass for my projects, even when I have no idea what I need.
