My garage door spring snapped and Eric replied quickly to my phone call. He was prompt and called me when he was coming. He cleaned up after he was done. He talked me through options and was mindful of my budget. He helped me make a plan and I will be calling him again when I am ready to have my other garage door worked on. Great job!

Contacted Affordable Overhead Door for a non emergency service. Within 24 hours they were at my house, and had a truck full of parts to attack whatever they came across. In minutes, we received a full diagnosis. Service was not only completed, but they went above and beyond reviewing all aspects of our doors and openers. They identified a few other items, and took care of them as part of the original service call. I couldn't be happier with my experience. I called on January 4th with the hope of scheduling an appointment for an estimate. Mr Eric was able to come out the same day and was very polite informative and professional. He did not try sell me anything that I didn't need and very honest with what he felt that would be best. He called later the same day and said he could get our garage door installed the very next day.
He was in fact ahead of schedule and had our door installed in a very short period of time. The professionalism and timeliness of Affordable Garage Doors is top rate. I will definitely call them again if we ever need anything for repairs or if we need a new Garage door. I highly recommend this company. They are local and family run and their prices are the best around even more than that is the quality of their work is top notch.

I called at around 0900 to try to get someone out to repair the broken door spring. The rep I spoke with was very pleasant and professional and said they were booked today but could come first thing the next morning. As we were ending the call, he said that he might be able to get to me depending on how his current appointments went. At about 1045, he called again to say he could be there in about 30 minutes.
He came and had the job done in less than one hour. He also lubed the rollers and opener screw drive, and the door now is much quieter than before. Very friendly, courteous, and professional service. I especially appreciated the extra effort to squeeze me in on a booked up day. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again.

I needed service on my garage door and a new wireless entry pad. I was very pleased with Eric, his service, and his work. I would recommend him to anyone needing garage door service. His company was way better priced than the "name brand" in the market. I shopped before I called him. He responded and scheduled me within two days for service.

This is just a great company that provides excellent service. A friend recommended Affordable Overhead when I needed a new garage door. Eric from AOD immediately came to my house, measured and gave me several options to choose from. The quote was the best I got from all other local companies. When they arrived to install, they reviewed my order and immediately went to work. Very professional and respectful of the home owner. Finished product exceeded expectations. Wonderful Company, very honest. They asked me to check all the wires on the sensor before they came out there to make sure everything was ok with them so I didn't waste my money. That right told me everything I needed to know about them, I called them at 9:30am and Eric was out there by 10:30am and was extremely helpful! Not only did he rewire my garage door but he also helped me Erase the previous owners code and help me connect everything back up and also get the garage set up on my phone! definitely will be using only them from here on out! Really enjoyed working them. Had a spring break. By the next morning Eric had it working. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. He also "tuned up" my garage door to make sure everything was in good shape. Would highly recommend the company to anyone that needs a door repaired or a new door.

Fast, competent, thorough and a great value. I had a broken spring replaced by Affordable Overhead Door company and I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. Eric, their service technician, made sure the spring was properly installed and adjusted. He also checked, adjusted and lubricated the door to insure proper operation in the future. I was very satisfied with his professionalism and competence. I will use this company for my future garage door needs and highly recommend them.
