We are very happy with our new windows! I agree with other reviews about how nice it was to NOT have a high pressure salesman. The windows came in earlier than expected and the installation could not have been any smoother. Stan was very professional and made the work look effortless with all of his experience. He left the space cleaner than when he arrived too. : Would definitely recommend this company.

Had them replace 10 windows on my second floor. This is my biggest project so far on my house and I did a lot of research and got quite a few quotes. In the end I went with Western Hills Window Company cause they didn't use any high pressure sales tactics, they were straight forward and honest with me, and their installers were very experienced. The windows came in sooner than expected and installation went great. Already I'm noticing that my second floor is warmer. Thanks for the great work!

We needed 3 windows replaced, and the process of shopping for windows is a bizarre process. We invited the big window replacement companies into our homes which I instantly regret as I was sitting through an hour presentation of nonsense with the always be closing attitude from the salesman. Western Hills Windows did not have the flashy sales pitch, instead they were too the point, knowledgeable, professional and provided a quick quote. The team installing the windows were friendly, professional and cleaned up well after they were done. Definitely recommend!

From the first call to the finished job, Jason and his team were extremely professional. No other company we met with came close to their level of knowledge and professionalism, which made us really trust them. They did our job in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves, leaving our house exactly how we left it. Our windows are beautiful! I ran all over the west side to find a place to cut a piece of glass for a vanity. Either no one would help me for various reasons or they wanted an arm and a leg. I stopped into Western Hills Window Co and I was back in my car within two minutes with my glass cut! I didn't catch his name, but the man who cut my glass was friendly and did a wonderful job! If I could give a zero star I would, I have done business with Western hill window for many years. Due to a fire at my home I had 12 window sashes that needed the glass replaced, I reached out to them because I want to support local business and they have taken care of me in the past. But "Dan" in the window repair shop flatly refused to help me, after I have lost so much for him to talk to me the way he did was just an addition to the hurt. I am really disappointed, can't believe I was treated like that. Better watch out dealing with a company like this. The level of cruelty really hurt.

I needed a window replaced and some siding and framing work around the window. Keith came out and basically told me that they were too busy and they wouldn't be able to get to me, but he knew a guy that would do the work. He gave me an estimate and told me that it might be a couple weeks. I never heard from either of them. It seems that nowadays companies are only interested in big jobs and that it's not worth their time to do the small jobs. If I were wanting all of my windows replaced, I think they would have fit me into their schedule. I would definitely look elsewhere.

We had a new back door installed. They worked hard to match the style with the older front door. In that effort, there was a color coding mix up and the new door had a totally different stain. Even though this was likely an error on the part of the manufacturer, a new matching replacement door was provided and installed. No cost, no question, no problem. Sometimes the integrity of a business is best revealed when things don't go as planned. This is a solid business with an obvious culture of customer service.
