I had an excellent experience replacing my windshield today. From the initial inquiry a few days ago, to completion of the installation today, the staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. A first-rate service and highly recommended!

Was recommended to this place for a windshield rock chip repair from my insurance agency. They got my car in next day and did the chip repair, which only took about 30 minutes. Staff was friendly, but informed me when I picked it up that they could only complete half the repair but they were still confident it would hold. The next day, I had a crack originating from the chip that went out in two directions across 75% of the windshield. Called and was told "Chip repairs are not guaranteed. Bring it in and we can replace the glass." Save yourself some time and headache, just call Safelite.

Charged $408 for a new windshield in my Subaru and they broke the cowl trim without telling me. I had good luck here a decade ago but now the atmosphere of the store has changed and not for the better. Service: Auto rear window replacement

The service i received for a broken windshield was simply outstanding! They even provided a Nissan Leaf as a courtesy car. Outstanding!

My parents used this company to replace a small kitchen window. First time they came out and measured it was great. Next time they came to install it was horrible. We were told they would be there at 2pm and they showed up over an hour early. No one was home yet. When I arrived one of the workers was upset because he had to wait so long. Then the window he had measured was cut wrong. He was yelling and swearing and then just left. Third time was quick and easy. I would have rated them higher but that one installation man was miserable to work with.

My son and I were spending a night in Bellingham on our way to ski Baker Saturday. Friday afternoon we had our widow smashed into while were walking around Watcom Falls. Close to closing on a Friday afternoon, I contact Louis and asked if they could replace the window. They would have to order the window but they offered to vacuum up the glass and put plastic and tape on it so we could at least get home (Friday Harbor, WA). Louis was so supportive and happy to help.

I wanted to pay but the owner would not accept payment for this invaluable service and support. BIG THUMBS up for this locally minded, community supportive business. Ya'll are fantastic and my son and pup thank you. :)

Visited the website and was excited about the loaner program and that they would handle the insurance claim for me. Sent in a quote request on their website before they opened for the day. Ended up driving down there in between my busy schedule just before they closed as I got no response. The front desk was nice enough to tell me about the free dinner program to windshield customers while waiting a few minutes for the estimate.

Another desk clerk apologized for the delay in responding to the email request and noted she had just finished the estimate due to increased work volume that day. Got the estimate for OEM and ordered the same day. Was promptly told I would have to call the insurer and get confirmations sent instead of them handling that. Got scheduled to come in 15 days later. Showed up early for my appointment and was promptly told it would be a 3 hour wait.

While waiting I hear other customers arrive and all where promptly provided loaners. Again I am extremely busy. When attempting to clarify the loaner discrepancy, I was told albeit in a joking manner the wait would not kill me. I really was not in the mood for the humor but I let it go. To the credit of establishment, my windshield was done in about an hour and 15 minutes.

I was able to get an estimate for my other vehicle during the wait. In a gesture of good faith of continued business, I added on the wiper blades and the Aquapel service. This was also done in the total time of about 1 hour and 15 minutes. I was never provided the free dinner coupon as explained when I originally arrived. If they handled the insurance, provided a loaner or information on how to schedule a loaner, and honored the dinner service, which I would not have even known about, then this would have been white glove service through and through.

The delay in responding to the original quote is understandable due to many other shops in the area closing. As an aside, the work has not been installed long enough for me to assess the actual installation outcomes.

We had a very negative experience with them. We had them replace several windows and it seems everything that could go wrong did. They ordered the wrong windows, sent very sketchy installers to place them, and then did not stand behind their work at all. Avoid them.

I went to Louis at the recommendation of another business servicing my car. I needed a front window replaced due to a rock causing a long crack across the surface. I gave the information and the man taking down the info abruptly said I'll have to check on this and call you back. Four days later not a word. I refuse to chase after a company who can't be bothered to call back within 24 (or at least 48) hours. I then called Safelite in Anacortes and Alliance in Burlington and received immediate quotes with quick appt. times.

No masks being worn by staff (except one). Customers were all masked. I asked the front desk gal if she would put on a mask and she said "it's okay, you can come in". I stated that as a paying customer, i needed the staff to be makes before I come in. Her reply."we're all waking up you know" as she reluctantly went to grab a mask. The other employees did mask up when I asked them to with a simple "of course", but they should not be to be asked! If I had not already ordered the glass, I would have left and taken my business elsewhere

One of my car windows was smashed into on Christmas Eve, and what could easily have been a giant headache was taken care of so smoothly and so kindly by Louis Auto Glass. They were responsive via the phone, helpful in person, and did a great job replacing the window. Feeling very thankful.

I had all 10 windows and my skylight in my 37 year old van pulled and they put new seals in. The professionals there were able to do minor rust repair and actually reused all the original glass! While the glass was out of the van they sent the glass to Final Touch Auto Spa on Iowa Street to tint the windows. Amazing job, I will continue to use Louis.they are by far the best in the county.

Dissatisfied with poor workmanship during my windshield replacement. Picked up my truck and found a small crease in the headliner panel near the A pillar trim, black marks on the passenger visor and the plastic cowling at the base of the windshield has both hold down tabs where it screws down broken off. As an automotive professional, I understand that things happen, but this was just sloppy work! I won't be using Louis again.

A large tree branch fell through the windshield of my F150 during the first wind storm of fall 2021. Louis was able to get me in for an appointment the very next day. The windshield I had though would be well over $500, even $1000 for my truck, but it came in even lower, so much so that I opted not to use my insurance. When I picked up my truck I was even more surprised that they gave me a $50 gift card to a local restaurant of my choice and that's for anyone getting a replacement windshield from them! Super awesome. Outstanding service. Highly recommended.

This place is amazing and I'd recommend it for anyone needing any sort of glass work on their car. I got a fairly large crack on my front windshield while driving on the freeway and promptly called a few different windshield places in town asking about their windshield replacement services for a newer car that would need the windshield to be calibrated with the car's system.

The Whatcom Windshield place on Meridian was extremely rude to me so I called Louis Auto Glass and the lady on the phone was extremely friendly and explained to me in length about what services they provide. They were very professional and friendly! My windshield was fixed extremely quickly and the price was very fair. Also, bonus points for the tech who gave great advice to my partner about his classic car's windshield.

Needed my windshield replaced which also included recalibrating cameras via the dealer. Louis handled everything, the insurance, the calibrations and coordinating with the dealer. Gave me loaner for the day that wasn't plastered with "Louis Auto Glass", just a clean Nissan to use for the day. Easy as pie!

Friends of mine had a wonderful window created and installed by Louis Auto Glass (who would have thunk?) So they do "residential" too--but I didn't know this by the name I was given initially, which I see is now updated or something. I was so impressed with their outcome that I decided I wanted a similar window put in too. Jessica, the residential window specialist, was very helpful and sent out Jim, the manager, to assess the job.

As it turns out, my property is kind of complicated for the job (I'm on a partial hill). Jim was wholly upfront about that and didn't try to "sell" me even though he would benefit. I quickly came to a realization that my hoped for window was going to be a huge and expensive challenge. Jim was completely fine with me cutting him short, saving us both time, saying, "I think this will be overly much." He agreed. Which cost him a contract. Good, honest, competent, helpful souls who do good work. Highly recommended.

My windshield was almost half the price of their competitors, a free meal at a local restaurant, a coupon for a car wash and they vacuumed my vehicle! I felt like I hit the jackpot! Plus, my window was installed within an hour!

I can't say enough good things about Louis Auto Glass. Professional, kind, impeccable work, competitively priced, and prompt. They redid many of the windows in my 1920's house and did a fantastic job!

I called to get my truck's window replaced after a midnight smash and grab. Violet told me over the phone that it would be 3 days to get the glass in. As a salesman who makes his living with his truck, this was going to be an inconvenience to say the least and I told her to do the best she could. In about ten minutes she called me back and that she had contacted some other distributors and would have the glass in, squeezed me in for an appointment at 1:00, which made me very happy!

I got a call from Shawna a little after 3 that the truck was done. Both of these women had amazing customer service and I will only deal with Louis from now on. Hats off to the Louis team and especially these two women! Thank you all so much!

Everything was easy. They helped me with my insurance. Started working on my car right away. I went on a walk around town while they worked, expecting it to take an hour or more. I got a call after about 30 minutes that they were all done. Nice clean work. And I got a free gift card to Black Cat by using the coupon that comes in the mail. I'd definitely use them again.

Posting on behalf of my father, Prem. He came into the shop recently to get his windshield repaired. He had great things to say about the owner Carrie - she was kind, accommodating, and provided outstanding customer service and courtesy. This shop really puts the customer first. I will recommend their services to anyone I know in need of car repairs.

These good folks have repaired multiple rock chips on several cars in our household(s) over the last 15 years or so. The service has always been speedy and unfailingly polite, with the extra mile gone to negotiate payment from our insurance company. It's really nice to have somebody else deal with that end of the transaction. In most cases we could barely see the sealed chip, and we have never had one turn into an actual crack after the repair.

We recently brought our scarily expensive, brand new van to LAG to have some custom windows installed, as it's a cargo van and does not come from the factory with any side or rear windows. (For our light camping and road-tripping purposes, this is not ideal. We wanted some light in the vehicle and some better sight lines for parking and urban maneuvering.) As always, LAG did a stellar job.

They sourced the windows (perfect OEM fit!) gave us a reasonable estimate, and did the install within a few days. The van looks great inside and out, and the interior is a far more pleasant place to spend time. I highly recommend this shop. Total pros and a pleasure to deal with.

From the moment I heard that dreaded "CLUNK" against my glass to - less than 24 hours later - driving out of Louis Auto Glass with a brand new windshield the dreaded experience of having to deal with a car issue went flawlessly! Louis saw me immediately as a drop-in, gave me a slot on their schedule for the very next morning, and even offered me a free loaner vehicle if I needed one.

The staff - from the kind ladies at the front desk to the dudes in the garage area who installed my windshield - were professional, informative, and not the least bit pushy. They even gave me a free gift certificate to a local restaurant when the job was done!

Great Service, Great Work I had a new windshield installed yesterday and found the staff and employees delightful. Within minutes of hearing from my insurance company Tuesday, Louis Glass called to arrange an appointment for Thursday! Upon arrival, my paperwork was ready and they handed me keys to my loaner car. When I returned later in the day, my car was ready and returning my loaner was quick, easy and efficient. The entire administrative process of checking in, borrowing the loaner and checking out when I returned to collect my car toil less than 15 minutes total! No fuss. No muss.

This past summer I had the windshield replaced in my 2014 Mazda CX-5. Now that the drizzle rain is here again I found my rain activated wiper mode did not work. I took the SUV to the Mazda dealer and was told there was something wrong with the new windshield. So, I took the SUV back to Louis Auto Glass and they discovered there was a defect in the windshield. They put in a new windshield at no cost to me and also cleaned my vehicle. Carrie Adelstein was the person that made this situation smooth.

Had my windshield replaced yesterday and my experience at Louis auto glass was great! The staff were very friendly and had everything ready when I arrived, including a free courtesy car. I even got a free dinner coupon.and they let me choose which restaurant I preferred! This was my second time working with Louis auto glass and I highly recommend them.
