Crawford Garage Doors

These guys were awesome. A spring broke as my wife was leaving the house. I called them soon after, somebody was here within 30 minutes, and it looks like the spring will be fixed before my wife gets home. Awesome service, and affordable.

After 30 years it was time for a new garage door. Crawford came out and and went over what we wanted and and when they arrived the installers did a great job and friendly, quick and professional. Very Please with the out come.

I had Crawford Garage Doors come out a few months ago to replace some parts and adjust the door etc. I just called them again to see about installing some weather stripping on the sides etc. They sent me a quote but at the same time we discussed getting a new door since this one was 23 years old and not a very good door. So after a week I called them back to see if they had sent me a bill yet fir coming out and they told me they didn't do anything so no charge. When in this day and age does a company ever do that. When I decide to get a new door I will definitely call Crawford Doors back. Very nice to deal with them.

When our garage door went kaput we reached out to the friendly staff at Crawford. They were responsive and came out for a service call. We were warned by the technician that we might need a new opener in the near future. Fast forward three weeks in the middle of a snowstorm and alas, our garage door won't work. We called Crawford again and they came back out and replaced our garage door opener.

Their prices were extremely reasonable and because we need additional work done within 30 days of our initial service call, they credited us the difference on the second service call. That's good old-fashioned honest business practice! Highly recommend them.

Crawford has done a lot of work for me in the past, and their professionalism has always been top notch. I replaced barn sliding doors with a large roll up door. Kaleb and Biz were the installers, they arrived on time, started work right away and when they were done it looked and worked amazing. Both were very friendly and helpful when I had questions. After calling three door companies, Crawford was the only one to keep thier appointment. They showed up when they said and replaced my garage door springs for $400. They did a great job. We are a happy customer. No Russian call center answering the phone. Real people local people.

Our garage door stopped working after a power outage. Called at 4:30 to see if they could fix it. They came out the very next day, fixed the door and did a little maintenance. Great experience. Would recommend this company to everyone.

I called Crawford. My garage door was damaged I couldn't open fully. They came the same day. We're very professional. I didn't want to replace, I plan on doing that in a couple of years. Upon learning this he never tried to sell me but offered a excellent fix. His crew came out the same day and got the job done. I will recommend them to others. We had a custom door designed and worked with the very professional staff to bring our idea to reality. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and provided very helpful insight on our project. What we also appreciated was even before we committed to purchase anything we were treated very well and given a lot of time to answer questions. Every part of the process was five star; customer service throughout, design, delivery, installation, and cleanup. Lastly i will say that pricing was very competitive. As long as i live in the area Crawford services i cant see going anywhere else!

If I could give these guys another star, I would. They went out of their way to work with me on getting a really nice door for my custom shop. My door opening was not standard and they cut down the door to fit the width without making a big deal out of it. Jamie was super patient and understanding of my pickiness. Really nice team to work with. I will be returning!

I can't speak higher about these folks. I got an excellent referral from a friend here in town. After one of our garage doors was run into (oops) I called and was told they could be out in about 2 hours. About 20 minutes later a nice young man was at my door, and in less than a half an hour he had the door back on track and also somehow got our other door to operate very quietly. Above and beyond the call of duty I would say. They are great!

I thought this company was GREAT! I live out of state and needed them to look at a very out of date garage door motor and knew that it would need replacing. I told Jamie the issue and he said he would come prepared to replace it but that he would certainly check it out first to see if that was the real issue. He came out checked it out and determined that it did indeed need to be replaced. He installed the new motor with a key pad on the outside all in about 40 minutes. I thought he was very informative and professional. I would use them for repairs again.
