Needed a spring replacement. Zack showed up on time and was done with the job in under 30 minutes. Excellent attitude and customer service!

Door install went great and works fine. Couple years on and I need to replace the seal around the door as I've re-sided my house and painted the garage door. I've called 5 times in ten days, leaving two messages, and was on hold today for 7 minutes before giving up. I have never had to try so hard to give someone money. I am going to call North Shore Door. All I need is stupid perimeter seal.

John was nice enough to come over after my garage opener was installed to explain and show me why I was having trouble. (It was user error.) He was very patient and thorough in showing me all of the little things. I haven't had a problem since!

We had Derek from Overhead Door come and install a new model that included wifi and a camera in the ceiling mounted opener. Derek took the old opener and reinstalled it into another bay that didn't have one. This is a fantastic garage door opener, very quiet and you can open and close it from anywhere because of it's wifi connection. It has bright motion activated led light that we love! Derek was very polite and on time.

He really impressed us with his knowledge and efficiency with the installation, he even programmed my car's built in remote opener. We also had spoken with Sierra who scheduled the appointment and she was very professional and knowledgeable about the product. We have used Overhead Door for years and will continue to due to the quality products and great service they offer!

Pretty awful experience. I put down a deposit in February for doors and had them measured and ordered in April. I'm still waiting to have them installed (coming up on 6 months later). I get that everyone is having supply issues and I don't fault them for not delivering on their originally planned schedule. What is irritating though is I can't get a call back no mater how many times I ask.

The best I can get out of them is a monthly email that says, "we don't have your doors and will contact you when we do". The garage doors are the only thing we need to move into the house. Pretty poor experience all around. Maybe if/when their supply issues turn around things will change, but they clearly don't know how to set customer expectations or deal with the issues when they arise.

Would recommend using someone else. I wanted to follow up on my previous post. I still have not received a phone call from overhead door nor have I received an email response from an email I sent on September 20th (posted below). Again, I get that the supply issues may be outside of your control, but I don't think I'm overstepping in asking for a phone call to walk me through when I'm likely to get the doors (that you took a large deposit for).

If you literally have no idea when doors are going to show up, then that needs to be said as well. "Hi Jeff, I'm sure this is a very annoying time to be in the garage door business and I understand I'm not the only one waiting on doors. I'm sure you're getting calls and emails daily and that gets old when the issues are outside of your control. That said, I need more info so I can decide what I'm going to do. Did part of my order come in?

Do we have the ability to call the manufacturer and check on specific orders or are we just guessing? Again, I get that the issues may be / are outside of your control, but the flip side of that is Overhead door didn't have any issues taking my $4,200 back in February and telling me I'm getting garage doors in June. "

It was clear to me last summer when I shopped for a garage door that Overhead Door offered the best package for me. I finally put in my order and Pat the installer just finished up with an excellent job of installing and working with me to answer all of my questions and make minor some adjustments to customize the door for me. Jeff, who took my order and worked with me on the specifics of the order was very sure to get my order in promptly and specifically to meet my needs. I find that I do not often give a five star rating but this company has what it takes to warrent this high rating.

My technician John called before showing up at the house. He was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. He clearly explained what repairs were necessary in easy to understand language. The work he performed was quick and efficient. I am very pleased and will be a lifelong customer for sure.

I had a garage door installed yesterday. Tyler was very polite and professional. Pat reviewed the install and did some follow up work. He also was very polite and professional. They both delivered excellent customer service and did great work. I would highly recommend Overhead Door of Bellingham.

I bought my house last year in May (2019). We had to replace 1 of our 3 garage openers after closing. Overhead door has always been on time for my property, very helpful, and nice technicians to work with. Today we just had Lars out from Overhead door, he was right on time, very helpful answering my questions.
