Your doors will be built from raw materials usually within a 2-3 week lead time (or faster with an expedite order). Our commercial/architectural doors and most residential doors comply with the AWS Quality Standards issued by the Architecural Woodwork Institute.

Jeff is our Director of Technology and CNC guru. He taught CNC machine operation and programming for many years with a well-known CNC machine manufacturer. He was also involved in complex installs and trouble-shooting. There isn't much that Jeff doesn't know about CNC wood routing machines and programing, essential for ensuring a high-quality end product.
This Gallery shows just a small sample of the wood veneer doors we manufacture. The pictures are of doors as they left the factory - either prefinished or unfinished, and are not shown installed at their final destination or in a showroom. Flush doors and some doors with cutouts may be fire labeled for 20 min, 45 min, 1 hr, or 1-1/2 hrs.
For special low toxic applications and to meet some special requirements, doors can be manufactured using NAUF PBC (no added urea formaldehyde). Timberstrand is the strongest of the cores and may be used for heavy duty applications and for doors with large cutouts for windows, panels, or louvers. Timberstrand is the heaviest of the cores.
The Detailing Sheet download is an Excel document that will allow you to enter the information we need for manufacturing your doors. The distance between the visible glass and the finished floor, AFF (Above Finished Floor) is also be shown. If you wish to use a more deluxe calculator that indicates whether the lock and lite locations are ADA compliant and the spacing between lite and lock are in compliance with Labeled Fire Door specs, please download the file below.

I have used this company for years, but I'm very perturbed by the management of this company. I think that they are having financial issues as of late. I myself have had financial difficulties but I've never refused business from a loyal customer who had always been on time except for a couple of jobs. They quit taking my order or refused to bid anything now. I've never beat them out of any money. Be careful of this company
