Mr. Tingle (Duncanville Glass) is very experienced and did a great job replacing glass in a broken window. Also, replaced a couple of broken screens. He is a very nice man, very knowledgeable and very professional. Also very reasonable in his prices and timely service. He is a one-man shop so he can take some time to return calls if he is very busy, but he always gets in touch. I recommend him without reservation and definitely will use him again for glass repair and screens.

Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, AND very affordable. I'd received several quotes for a window replacement on my home and Duncanville Glass beat all of them easily. My new window was ordered and received same day (although not sure if that's typical; product could've been in stock) and installed next day. I'd DEFINITELY use this company again and would highly recommend them to my family & neighbors. Honest & professional work. And cleans up when finished! Can't beat that.

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. It took me three calls to get someone to come out to do an estimate and an additional 4 calls to get someone to agree to do the repairs. I decided to go with a company that valued my business and gave the least bit about my families safety. I have a HUGE hole in my window. If I could I would give zero stars.
