He was extremely enthusiastic and competent in the removal and installation of the new unit. Jeff explained the operation of every aspect of the new system in easy to understand language. Assumed we would have to replace garage door and all new rails. Completely twisted and bent. Explained we are about to go through major remodel, including busting up garage slab floor due to Cast iron pipe fail. Just need it working till job completed and then we'd tackle garage. To our amazement he was able to take it all apart and bend it back. Obviously the blown out windows we just patched for now. Was so impressed with his work and understanding of our situation.

Will definitely be calling back when ready to do garage door I can't say enough how happy we are. It's just been one thing after the other. Just about to move out for remodel and garage door comes crashing down. Sanity for now. Thank you.

We needed a new garage door to open as well as close and I called America's garage door the name on our garage door to install. They sent technician by the name of Chris who is absolutely amazing, sweet and kind. He answered all of my questions, he showed me how to use the panel, he assisted me with anything I needed in reference to the installation an he knew the answers. Chris has a great personality, a great person overall and if I ever have an issue with my garage door, I'm calling you and asking for Chris. America Garage Door you are awesome and for what I can see of your employees they are Fantastic as well. Chris was very professional, patient and knowledgeable of what work needed to happen at my home. He worked with us in helping to secure the best possible rate and even had his superiors extend our warranty on parts. Austin was a very friendly and helpful technician. He did the work quickly and professionally. He even told us to call him on his direct line if we had any problems or questions. All in all it was a very good experience; I would recommend this company (and Austin) with no reservations.

The spring on our garage door broke this morning around 10am causing the door to slam midway down. Having a working garage door is necessary for our household and I was determined to find a place with a same day appointment. Being local to the beaches, I always try to find a local business to support so naturally I called America's Garage Door first.

The office was able to get us on the schedule the same day which was amazing! Alex was the technician and was just an absolute pleasure. He was prompt in his arrival after calling with a 30 minute heads up that he was on the way. He was quick and thorough while explaining the steps he had to take to get our door back in action. Highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to recommend to all my neighbors and friends. Hopefully I personally don't need service in the near future but if I do, I'll be requesting Alex again.

I needed a new spring ASAP. It was 8AM when the spring broke preventing me from opening the door, and, I had workers showing up at any time to install the flooring that was stacked in my garage. This is my second time using America's Garage Doors and I'm really impressed. The tech Alex showed up by 9AM, quoted the price and completed all the work in about an hour.

I only needed the spring replaced however, that wasn't good enough for Alex. He not only replaced the spring with a stronger one because he didn't like the way the one he first installed handled the weight of the door, but he adjusted the travel both up and down, set the tension so the door opened and closed within DASMA Standards, reinforced a loose horizontal strut and lubricated all the moving parts, all at the originally quoted price. Not to mention that he's a really great guy, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend them for any garage work you need done.

This is the second time we have used AGD. They did another great job for us and they are extremely accommodating. Pricing is fair, especially for the high quality materials and high caliber staff. Cameron did an outstanding job as our service technician--dismantling an old wood door was challenging but he conquered it without too much difficulty. Delighted to be a recurring customer.

I had a new belt system and motor installed a couple of months ago to replace an old chain system. It was marvelous except for one minor thing - the door made a loud clunk in one spot upon opening. After dealing with it for a while, I had Alex come to troubleshoot it and he spent about 30 minutes trying all sorts of minor adjustments. He finally was able to move the rubber trim and the noise was gone completely! America's Garage Doors has a very knowledgeable and dedicated staff. They're willing to do what's needed to make their product and installation perfect!
