Ulysess provided me 30 minutes of notices and punctually arrived on time. He changed the broken garage door springs and had me back running in no time. Before leaving, he did an inspection of my door, oiled a few noisy parts and provide me with some preventative maintenance tips that I can do myself. There are three reasons why I choose VGDR. First, they are in Burleson area. Second, I just like the work Veteran. Third, because of the negative reviews. I appreciate the fact the VGDR took the time to address, and try to make good, on the few negative reviews that they received. That is just good business. Thank you VGDR.

I found these guys yesterday after another service said they couldn't perform the repairs I needed. I booked an appointment yesterday afternoon and William showed up on time, first thing this morning. He assessed the repairs that were needed very quickly and provided a reasonable quote. The door technician, Martin, showed up promptly and quickly diagnosed the issues I had (broken lift spring).
