GT 1175 Whisper Slider is suitable for single and bi-parting door configuration to accommodate virtually any door opening. Controlled by a Universal Microprocessor, the GT 1175 provides consistent and reliable door operation, day-in and day-out. The microprocessor also provides important usage counts and diagnostic features for quick trouble shooting and reduced maintenance costs.
GT System 300 works all day, handling your heaviest pedestrian traffic - and you won't even know it's there! The system's new equipment options enable a user to individually tailor the construction and operation of a door to meet specific needs. The door is supported by heavy duty pivots on the top and bottom of the door frame instead of on the operator shaft, allowing for convenient servicing without having to remove the door.
The GT 500 series provides all the necessary features to accommodate the access needs of the elderly and physically challenged. This is the premier heavy duty, low energy conversion unit built to handle your light traffic requirements. This sturdy and durable unit allows operation in an automatic or manual mode.

Called for double door repair service. It was done on 3/13/18. I was called when tech was ready and present with final result and service report. Door had the missing outside cylinder installed and was operational from inside and outside as expected. Service report noted what was done and apparently also included note that cylinder thread was bad. Anyway, paid ~$300 service call on the next day - before even being invoiced for it. Tenant was having complaints, but I ignored them as I tried the lock and able to operate it.until tenant eventually brought me outside cylinder saying it dropped as they were unlocking.
I installed it back and door was operational again until another 3 weeks later when I saw the cylinder by the door. Called company and asked what they do for warranty of their work. Got explanation that they did recommend replacing internal rod, which they did not; I was never asked or advised to do that when tech was here. I was present with a bill for a working door, which, it turned out, can only stay working for a short period of time, which is not what I needed or wanted.
I was not asked for more time or more money for proper fix; I would not have had problems providing either - and I do not have a problem doing so now - as neither time nor money are a problem. What is a problem is having to pay $300 for a short lived solution; I did not ask for short lived solution, I asked for a working door and got billed $300 for one.
I do not know what had to be done and I was not given any options prior to receiving the bill. I am not a door expert and I trust the company to do what is right; if it costs $1000+ so be it; if it can do with $300 then even better, but charging $300 to provide something that fails in 3 weeks forcing proper repair is not acceptable. Would give another star for them properly following up on phone calls, but taking it off due to attitude of Chris who was defensive and laughed at me for asking him to knock off $200 from cost of a proper repair, whatever it would have costed; again I was never told what I need to do for a lasting functionality and naturally assumed that is what they did. Wouldn't you?
