I highly recommend GDR & Installations! We had another great experience today. Lee was on time, professional, and knows his stuff. He even showed me how we could use the app to control our garage doors. We have used them for all our garage related issues over the last several years (broken spring, off track, opener issues, etc) and we have them come out every year to do a tune-up. And you can't beat their prices. I recommend them to everyone. In fact, they are installing a new opener for my parents next week.

I got a estimate from another company, they said I need a new system. I call around and got the best, cheapest quote from Garage Doors Repairs. But when they come, they told us that we do not need a new system, our system is still good, we just need minor fixing. This company is SUPER HONEST! They help us fix it and barely charge anything! They save us a lot of money by not replacing the entire system.

My spring broke on my garage door. I was scared to ask for a quote after being told a high price by someone else. I was given a time window of 12 pm to 2 pm. Lee came out a little before 12 and was so professional. He met my fiance at my house, gave the quote (way less than I ever expected), and offered to fix that day! Set an appointment for their $49 tune up package, but ended up having to reschedule due to the tech being unable to complete his previous job in time. They kept me updated, and when we rescheduled, took 50% off the price for the trouble! When the tech came out, he explained what needed to be done, and after he was through, what I could do to keep the door quiet and where to lubricate it. My door is nice and quiet, and seems to be much tighter during operation. All in all a very pleasant experience. Thanks!
