This company is awesome to work with. We bought our kitchen cabinets through them, and Jason was great to work with. He sat down with us and designed our kitchen, interchanging pieces to suit our taste. If I wanted to move or swap pieces out, he showed me what I asked for, plus showed me what else could work. The cabinets they offer are top notch, and we couldn't be happier that we decided to go through them. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I paid $4761 to Springville Door and Window for an entry door and side lite window. It came with different shades of beige paint. I had a professional determine two different paint formulas were used. Owner of SD&W, David Batterson Jr., gave me many excuses: 1) "They have certain tolerances" - but could not produce them 2) His salesman could not "see an appreciable difference" - door is here to view and I have pictures on request. 3) "It is nearly impossible for there to be any significant variance in paint color" 4) The manufacturer said "there can be no variation in the paint formula" 5) The owner of the local hardware store stated "he doubts very much that you'd notice a difference" (he did not see door) 6) He said it was unlikely they could make the two pieces match and I refused his offer of $240 to go and have the door painted myself. Mr. Tomczak; As a prospective customer of SD&W, I am appreciative of your candid review of your experience with this vendor. As a retired home builder & remodeler, I am so sorry that you had to go through this kind of run around. I am not impressed by the dealer's reluctance to get more information and/or to admit that there was a color mismatch and to supply you with either another door or window so you would have a match. Can you tell me what brand of door and window you ordered? In my experience reputable manufacturers would likely have resolved this situation to your satisfaction.
