Services
Steelcraft Weather-Tite Doors are specifically designed for locations requiring a contolled environment. To minimize the infiltration of wind, water and dust, our standard design incorporates the use of guide seals, internal hood baffle, and neoprene astragal in the bottom bar. WEATHERSTRIPPING: Various provisions are available to secure higher resistance against air infiltration and more effective weatherseal.
All other parts are given a shop coat of aluminum paint. CURTAINS: Is formed of 20 gauge Galvanized Steel or 22 gauge Stainless Steel flat-faced Midget Slats. Slat width: 1-1/4. Depth of crown 1/2. Tubular bottom bar includes a double vinyl astragal. Counter Fire Shutters hoods are formed of hot dip galvanized steel (stainless steel) or pre-coated finish to fit bracket plates.

GEAR ASSEMBLY FOR HAND CHAIN HOIST DOORS: Ease of operation is assured with high quality gray iron cast gears from machine cut patterns. GUIDES AND MOUNTING ANGLES: Minimum 3/16 structural steel angles match the engineering requirements of the door.
The chain closure shall be Model 2000 as manufactured by Roll-o-matic, Inc., 1150 Elmwood, Kansas City, Missouri 64127. The chain closures shall be mounted (under, inside or outside) lintel, with stacking (in, beyond) the opening as indicated. The chain closure are suspended from 1-1/8 aluminum alloy chain carriers with nylon rollers.

Absolutely delighted with our new gates from Steelcraft. We had two sets of gates fitted, one automated set for the driveway and one Pedestrian set with gas strut to auto close. A great company and pleasure to deal with from start to finish, Mandy regularly kept us up to date with our installation date and the manufacturing of our gates, the quality of workmanship is superb, with Tony's attention to detail during installation and his desire to make sure everything is perfect I would have no hesitation in recommending Steelcraft Gates. They even recommended a brickie Jason to build up my gate piers and he too was excellent in his quality of work. Fantastic Service.

Tony, Mandy and team from the start were honest and professional. Site visits were arranged safely (at the height of COVID-19 in our case), we discussed different options and booked in. Many iterations and a total rethink (swing to sliding) of gates later, the guys were on site and preparing tracks and wiring systems. Very polite and hard working team, that do Steelcraft proud.
The quality of the work put in is outstanding and well worth the money. It beat other companies hands down and exceeded our expectations. Our sliding gates have been installed for a couple of weeks now, problem free - accessibly via gsm, key fob and our own addition (integrated swimmingly) to control via Apple's HomeKit from anywhere in the world.
The gates open seamlessly and next to no noise is made shifting the 1.5 Tonne gate forms the motor. Thanks again Steelcraft gang for an amazing sliding that adds privacy, safety and style to our house. We'll be back I'm sure for matching fence panels!
