They were extremely courteous, professional and did an outstanding job and we highly recommend using them if you need your windows cleaned! This was many years ago! Simon's Window Cleaning is wonderful! This is our second time using them and we intend to continue. They are well organized in the office, they come on time, they are neat, clean, pleasant. And they do an excellent job cleaning windows. They also clean your screens (never had that before!) and even the plexiglass slats that are part of our AC installation. If only all business were this responsible.

Was quoted for a certain price per window, and confirmed a date/time. They asked me to send a sample COI, which I did. The morning before the appointment, I received an automated email confirming my appointment time, which was 6.5 hours later than agreed upon. I called, they said they had an issue with their systems, and the original time was not available.

So I moved some things around, and accommodated. To help manage my schedule, I asked how long the job was, and they quoted 1.5 to 2 hours. They asked for a COI sample, which I had already sent, so sent again. That evening, they emailed me stating there was a prenegotiated price per window in my building, which was 3x the price quoted. I told them that I have two windows, which consist of seven panes, so if the 3x price is based on two windows, not seven, I'm fine to proceed.

They said okay. The technicians arrive the day of, and I am told that the 3x fees are actually per pane. I asked why the price would all of a sudden be 3x, and they stated that the job would take so much longer, and the price justification was based on the time spent. I was told to call the supervisor, and upon calling, asked how long per pane, and they stated 20 minutes per pane.

When I shared that seven panes at 20 minutes per pane was two hours and change, they confirmed. When I then asked why the originally quoted time was two hours at 1/3 the price, and was now 2:20 at 3x the fees, they backpedaled and started talking about how dirty windows much be (which ours weren't), how it probably was more than 20 minutes per pane.

I got the managing supervisor on the line, and she said she'd give me 20% discount, which was still 2.5x times the originally quoted fees, so I apologized to the technicians for wasting their time, and sent them away. The technicians seemed nice / capable enough - super polite and professional. Unfortunately, their back office was the complete opposite. In summary: Simon's Window Cleaning is the quintessential example of "bait and switch". Changes times. Changes fees. Changes stories.

Efficient, reliable, and they do great work for a very fair price. Staff are personable and helpful a d super professional. Highly recommend.

There was communication from the office to remind me of, and to confirm, the appointment. The crew showed up right on time, with an advance text/call from the office to alert me to their arrival. The crew were courteous and professional, and performed the work as well as I hoped. I am definitely going to request work from Simon's Window Cleaning again and again.

I called for a same-day appointment and the cleaners were here within the hour. My windows look amazing, they also cleaned my skylight and the window guy even helped me by putting my huge, heavy AC up on a closet shelf, which I could never do on my own. They were very kind, clean and fast. I highly recommend this service.

I can't believe how much I wasn't seeing. Also, they wear foot gear to protect your home from any outside dirt. I will definitely use their service again.

Simon's crew came on time, were polite and professional, and did a beautiful job, despite the difficulty of cleaning windows with bars on them. I couldn't be happier with the results, and recommend them highly.

Excellent job; this is the second time I have used them. A team of three cleaners came to wash my windows for my one bedroom unit. I have floor-to-ceiling windows with a ceiling height of 12 feet. They did a fantastic job and were very meticulous. Other pluses - the team was courteous and on-time to their appointment. Total time for the work was just under an hour. Highly recommended, and would use their services again.

Just Terrific. I used this company back in July. I had used another local company in April, and it was awful. I had asked that company to come back and re-evaluate and adjust. They were remiss. In hindsight I'm glad, because I found Simon's. They were recommended by my Yorkville neighbor's website. Two wonderful professional men arrived, but before that I was sent their pictures.

Only one tech was sent from the first company. My windows still look fantastic. I have huge windows and they are double-panned. They do not slide up and down, but from side to side. Each window has to be taken off its track to be cleaned. I will only use Simon's in the future.

Simon's washes the windows of our apartment twice a year. They are like family at this point. They always arrive promptly and do an excellent and efficient job. They are respectful of our belongings and very careful to maneuver around art pieces we have near the windows. We are on the fifth floor and have oddly shaped windows that are not always easy to move.

Our apartment is only 650 square feet. Despite these challenges, the two techs work quietly.you hardly know they are there and are gone in what seems like minutes. leaving behind beautiful, crystal clean windows. I highly recommend them!

These guys are the BEST! Super easy to make an appointment (I just went to the website, and emailed them through the server - got a very quick reply). They gave me a 1 hour window and came on time. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes, and their rate was extremely reasonable. I have 2 floor to ceiling windows (1 in my living room and 1 in my bedroom) and they charged $140 for both of them.

Both men were very polite and put towels all over the carpet to make sure my floor kept clean. They also put covers over their shoes. The whole process was very seamless and I will definitely be using them again. I cannot believe I waited 2 years to get my windows cleaned when it was this easy all along! I've attached before and after photos for your reference. A+ job!
