This company is the absolute worst! Horrible install job. Horrible customer service! Horrible is being nice! Our storm door literally fell off and it's been over a month with no one showing up to fix it and we've been told for 2 weeks now that someone was going to come out but that was horseshit itself. Don't use this company and don't use window nation for anything! Spend the extra money and get yourself a company that cares about its customers!

They are not responsible with scheduling of installation, dishonest, nonresponsive to concerns. First installation took 6 months, only for them to tell me they measured wrong. Second appointment, they never called or showed. Vytex is supposed to install Monday 1st for third time. Still no response from Vytex.

Company stood behind their warranty on their windows after 17 years. They replaced 28 sashes for the cost of labor only. Technicians were efficient, friendly, and skilled. They must have had really good mojo vibes because my two little dogs never barked while they were in and out of my house. They bark at everything. Customer service was outstanding.

Great techs, crappy factory serivce! Sent wrong size slider 3 times plus defective panels twice. Sliding panel cracked on the bottom, sent wrong size agin! While awaiting the proper size door panel, the out side trim busted loose and we can't use the door. It's the only exit from my main floor. So I would not recommend this manufacturer for replacement windows and doors.
