Billy Doors

Highly recommend. Not only did Billy answer the phone immediately over the weekend but he was here first thing Monday morning with his son Will. They replaced our garage door spring, balanced the door, and adjusted the rails, all under 30 minutes - with a little friendly chat in between. They were extremely pleasant to talk to and incredibly polite (even worried about their van blocking our neighbors). I will never need to find another garage repair crew.

TOTALLY RECOMMEND! 1. Responded quickly to my request, even though it was a weekend. 2. showed up on time. 3. diagnosed problem expertly (springs broken, and gear worn). fixed problem quickly. 4. repair happened in May., still working perfectly (7 months). 5. Saved me $ --Could have replaced more and also suggested a complete replacement, but based on his experience said this should do it, and he was right.

Our 2-car garage door came off it's track when we accidentally opened it with the trunk of our truck open. We called this business and they answered right away and committed to fix it today. This was unexpected in these times when it is difficult to reach people by phone let alone get them to come out the same day! They let us know when they were on their way to our house.

They were professional, fast in fixing the door, and provided some tips and education about our garage and garage door usage. We will definitely call them when the springs go, which hopefully is no time soon, but we learned will be around 10,000 uses for our type of door. The price seemed very reasonable.

The spring of our garage door broke last Friday evening. After a quick web search we called Billy Saturday morning hoping, at best, to arrange an appointment for early next week. To my surprise, Billy was able to fit us in that afternoon. He provided an estimate over the phone and showed up promptly. He completed the job quickly and also took the time to trouble shoot a couple of other issues for us.

His price was great, he wore a mask the whole time, and did an excellent overall job. He clearly loves what he does and he shares his knowledge and expertise with his customers. In Billy we have found our go-to person for any future garage door issues. I highly recommend him!

Called first thing in the morning, and our garage door was fixed less than 2 hours later. Granted, Billy was already headed to our area and it was a straight forward fix - but he also took the time to check other things, explained his work and a little bit abour out door, etc. He was very professional, and I would not hesitate to call him again for any other repairs.

Excellent service. My garage door spring broke. I called in morning and new spring was installed by 4 pm. BILLY was fantastic. He was courteous, friendly and honest. He replaced the spring quickly then he also noticed that my sensors were not at the right height of state law, he also went ahead and took care of it. And the best part? The bill was lower than expected because he didn't need to use all the parts quoted.

Best service, very professional, he is so smart most of the things he will figure it out just with your initial phone conversation. Billy doors website is also very informative. Billy installed two new garage door openers for me and each experience was fantastic. He is a great, down to earth guy who knows his business and puts his customers first. I have never written a review for anyone else before but felt compelled to write this because I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing garage door work.

Terrific service. They were able to work us in the same day, their price was almost $100 less than a neighbor paid for a similar repair and Billy went out of his way to deliver more service than I expected (adjustments & offering to replace bulbs, all outside of the actual job) as well as explaining some maintenance to get better life out of the garage door.
