Excellent service and customer care. I called them on Sunday, their technician came Monday, fixed the garage door and replaced the remote control immediately. I called them later that day because the sensor stopped working, within half hour Bill the technician showed up and fixed it for me. Their professional attitude and straightforward pricing were impeccable.

Keith A and Resean went above and beyond to fix our condo parking gate that had been damaged by a vehicle, saving us from having to call our fencing contractor for additional repairs. The technician arrived on time, fixed out problem quickly and professionally, and provided great advice on maintaining our garage doors properly in the future. More recently, a glitch developed with the new sensors installed during Overhead's initial visit. The technician came back, quickly diagnosed and fixed the wiring problem, and had our door working again in no time.
