Thank you Gandy! We called several local glass businesses for help with a small sauna door installation. It was difficult to find help. One was too busy with other big projects to even schedule something with us; another refused to work with customer's (non proprietary) glass; and another didn't bother to return the three calls we left. Gandy Glass responsively returned our call on the same day. Pam scheduled us on short notice, and they re-installed our new glass door exactly as promised (even with a slight change in preferred approach). Dennis was extremely patient on two different phone calls, as he cared to understand our particular safety concern. Thank you Gandy for the great customer service!

Gandy Glass is simply the best. They helped me with glass enclosures in multiple bathrooms of various sizes and needs, and an home office glass enclosure that's very tricky due to irregular wall and ceiling dimension-basically, an old house! They are true professionals and always deliver what they promise. I really enjoyed working with them, and love the fact that it's a family-owned business. I absolutely love everything they did, I'm a happy customer through and through.

The whole team was phenomenal. I was in contact with Pam the entire time and she is so great! She is very knowledgeable and I received great service from her since day one. She is super patient and got everything done for us! Dennis was awesome too. We had an old storm door that needed new windows and they ended up replacing that for us. The back room is so old so to be honest, I was concerned for the installation but the installers made it work.

I had two sliding glass doors installed this week. Dennis was very honest and down to earth. Provided me with the option to repair the doors rather than replace them to save money, I ended up just replacing them anyways. Pamela was very helpful and provided a lot of great information when I had tons of questions. The guys doing the install were very polite and did a great job and cleaned up well after the job was done, even when an unforeseen issue popped up.

They even went and got their own tools from home to fix the issue (not caused by them) and it looks great. Took about a day and a half to complete the project (mostly because of the unforeseen issue). As long as the doors last a long time I will be very happy with it!

Gandy glass guys repaired a broken window in my home. The process was quick and painless. I went with Gandy Glass because the price they quoted me was lower than other places in the area. They removed the broken window and put a new one in. They were on time and efficient. I am very pleased with their work. The guys were also very knowledgeable.

Could not handle a fairly easy job. The owner Dennis was not helpful from the beginning. If he could not handle the job he should of said that to begin with. Instead he did a poor design, measured in correctly and then when it began to fall apart took no responsibility Buyer beware!

I was remodeling my bathroom. I live in Wilmington and drove by them millions of times. So I went in and talked to them about getting shower doors. I ended up getting a great deal within a couple of hours and beautiful doors that don't streak. Even the contractor was impressed with the cost. I recommend this company.

I highly recommend Gandy Glass. I have hired Gandy Glass three times. They replaced several windows in my house. The glass installers did a perfect job each time. They arrived on time for the jobs, worked quickly, were very polite, and never made a mess. After you call and make an appointment for a consultation, a representative from Gandy comes to your house to take measurements.

One to two days later, they e-mail you a detailed description of the work and and an estimate. If you agree with the estimate, you are required to pay a deposit. After they receive your deposit, it takes about 3-6 days for them to install the window. The average cost to remove and replace large windows was about $300 (includes material, labor, and installation of new steel window frames), which was a lot less than what I was expecting.
