Pauls did my custom shower glass and door. Easy process from beginning to end. They were able to source hard to find black matte hardware and install within two weeks. Also, on day of installation, the installers brought with them a vacuum to clean up their dust, etc. If I need glass again, it will be with Paul's!

Back in 2016 I used Paul's Glass to make tops for my office Desk. They fit perfectly and to spec. Fast forward to now, I'm making furniture and, frames. Turnaround was good and, the glass looks nice. My only gripe would be, I should have asked to grind the edges but, that's a small detail for a photo frame. Here's how the frame turned out. I'm super happy with the result! Also, the pricing is pretty reasonable. Not bad at all!

Unfortunately this glass company will not work out for me. I was given a quote for multiple windows and then there was no follow-up quite unlike the other 2 companies that offered quotes. I went with one after I explained to each I was ready to hire and get started. Btw I asked Paul's Glass for the cost to tighten one side of a sliding glass door- $125. Ridiculous. Shop around! It's worth it and companies are willing to give details about their offerings. Pays to shop around.

This is a late review but thank you to Paul's Glass for fixing my broken window. Last year, the side of one of my window's frame was falling apart and I couldn't open and close the window anymore. I asked my neighbor for recommendations and they said Paul's Glass was very professional and reasonably priced. I called and scheduled an appointment very quickly.
The lady on the phone was very transparent on pricing - including how much it would be if a guy were to fix it at my house vs. if I bring it in to the shop. I wasn't home at the time due to work so my dad facilitated with the work order and said it was very efficient and professionally done. My window is now looking like it's brand new!

This company was recommended to us by another glass and mirror company that doesn't work on repairs. We took our brand new 41 x 41 inch mirror, which cracked before we could even hang it, there for replacement. They fixed it in a day. It cost $142 with tax, but we loved the mirror so much we happily paid the price. The service was very satisfactory: nothing especially noteworthy other than the turnaround time.

Ready for a before and after. just finished with a custom project for my new Forever Home The before is a tree stump we removed from a customer's home 2 years ago. I called dibs on it not even knowing I would be moving the next year. It sat in the backyard until my move. I used a wire brush on it, had my good friend and local "Miracle Man" Ray Gomez stain, seal it and install the standoffs.
Then the real magic - Took it to Paul's Glass in Long Beach where I asked them to use their imagination and create a top for it. The finished table. and I could not be more ecstatic and happy!

Not worth your time to call them. Tried to speak to manager after they did a job for me - had to get very irritable with receptionist before he called me back. They came to my home for a minor fix on my shower door. The technician was there for maybe a minute or less and they charged me $225. When I called to complain they pretty much told me to go to hell. I think what bothered me was their attitude towards my call - very condescending- will not use them again

I am a repeat customer at Paul's Glass. The main reason for my repeat business is that they offer double-pane glass and their prices are reasonable. BUT, I absolutely HATE speaking with Jessica, their "customer service" person. I have spoken with her to place request estimates on several occasions and she is always the same. She absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!
She sounds irritated, she is impolite, curt and abrupt. She has cut me off while I'm speaking. And, on more than one occasion, when the brief, but her contentious veribage was over, I'd (reluctantly) say, "Thank you", she would just hang up the phone! She has a nasty disposition and is absolutely rude! This just happened (again) today. A few minutes ago, I called to get clarification on my invoice that Jessica sent today.
As I was trying to explain, her response was "What's the problem?". I asked her to clarify which glass to be installed is Low-E. She explained that it was the one that read, Pilkington. I said that the Low-E should be for the two windows that are the same size. The Pilkington is listed for two different windows. In a defensive tone she said, "Well, I didn't do this, I just write what they give me." I wasn't upset, when I asked for clarification.
I just wanted to make sure that it was correct before the glass was ordered. I'd strongly suggest that Paul's Glass begin recording calls so that the owners can be witness of how she speaks to customers. At first, knowing that she is being recorded, she will no doubt, make a effort to be extrememly polite. But, after a few months (when she has forgotten that she is being recorded) no doubt, she return to her usual behavior.
I do hope that their is someone besides Jessica with whom I can schedule estimates & installs. If not, I will not continue to patron Paul's Glass, as I will not allow myself to be subjected to her abhorent behavior.

I will start by saying I like a company that 1) answers the phone when called, 2) can provide a basic estimate quickly 3) follows through on date and time expectations. Oh, and the job was done great also. No job too small for Paul! I had made several calls to get an estimate on a sagging frameless shower door repair. On the spot I was provided an estimate for the service.
By using their website to contact them, I was able to approve the service. Within 24 hours of reaching out, I was contacted by a very polite attendant to set up the service within 72 hours. I chose a date and time window, before which I was ACTUALLY contacted by the repair tech while en route. One would be surprised at how often this simple step is overlooked in the repair business. The repair was done quickly and professionally, and because I provided some of my own materials, we received a discount! Gotta sagging shower door? Better call Paul.

I had 6 very hard windows to do and most people did not want to do so everyone gave me a price that was so high I wouldn't want it done Paul's gave me a price I could not say no to and I even had a 7th window put in and just can't believe the great quality of work and the job done in one day and a price 10 thousand dollars less then my lowest bid and I got what I wanted tinted double pain windows everyone else said can't be done are factory doesn't make that type of windows.
So just to let everyone know get your estimates and then call Paul's you will save thousands of dollars and you will be very satisfied. Please ask for Sam he will set up your appointment and get you what you need/want thanks again to the hole crew at Paul's glass great job.

Paul's glass rep showed up on time to quote us a rate. We had specialty glass and they found a match, set an appointment, showed up on time and did the job as agreed. The person who put in the new glass was pleasant, followed COVID rules and was done in a timely manner. Couldn't ask for better than that. Would use this company again.

Very disappointed in the way they handled my situation. I made an apt for them to fix a broken window today between 9am-12. I was waiting since 9am. Around 11:30 I called because no one had arrived. They claimed they called me and left me a voicemail to reschedule but I had no missed call or voicemail. The lady on the phone was very rude and gave me no solution.
I left work early to be there at the time they gave me and her response was "oh well". Very mean and a huge waste of my day. I will never be doing business with them and I don't recommend anyone does. This is not the way you treat your customers.

My experience with this company was horrible. I ordered a glass table and when we picked it up and brought it home the glass table was way bigger than the table. I called Paul's and Sam told me to bring it back and they would fix it. "It would only take 20 minutes to fix". When we got there it went from 20 minutes to over one hour because the guy needed help and no one was there to assist him.
We asked if they could deliver it and they said they would charge me for the delivery. Are you serious! I called the office and told them that I shouldn't be charged for the delivery since they made the mistake. The girl that took my order starts telling me that I gave her the wrong dimensions. As an owner of a company I would never tell or allow my staff to tell the customer that it was there fault when clearly they made the mistake.
I gave them the exact dimensions of my table and the girl at the front desk wrote them down wrong but some how it was "my fault according to her". This is the worst customer service ever!

I needed a window replaced in a rental house we own so I called Paul's glass after I already had an estimate from another company. Paul's glass gave me a better price, and I was already familiar with them as a local business so they got the job. So why only 3 stars? First off, the woman I scheduled with in the office could have had a better attitude.
She was very curt and I got the feeling that she really didn't care if I hired them or not. I get that when you are flush with work, giving estimates can be a drag. Some people just want the lowest price, and you have to take the time to give an estimate for a job that you may not get anyway, but personality goes a long way to selling the job.
They did respond on time, and the installers did an OK job, but it could have been a bit better with the trim. The window was a kitchen window over a sink, and they did have some protection over the sink and counter. Unfortunately a small screw was dropped in the disposal and I got a call the next day for the disposal being jammed. As I'm a licensed plumbing contractor, I took care of the problem, but it could have been an additional expense if I didn't already have the experience and tools to resolve the jam. Bottom line is I recommend them but there is room for improvement.

Puals glass is superior service and great for all your glass, showers, and most of all windows, I spoke with a really nice guy by the name Sam he sent me a rough quote and not a low ball. Set up a appointment to have glass/windows measured and were very prompt was then sent over a price and it was very reasonable and I had them order my dual pane windows and glass and installed if I need mirrors, shower doors, windows I will be calling PAULS GLASS in long beach California. For all my glass needs, remember Sam is the man ask for him by name.

I've had one table top done to protect a newly refinished chest of drawers and the people were so friendly, helpful and the turn around done so quickly I had another top for a desk and two shelves done within two weeks of each other. I appreciate great help and will always bring my business and refer to anyone that ask!

Not fast an easy. I used to love Paul's glass. I scheduled an appointment with them today with the team "show up" window being 1-4pm. Went to work, came home early expecting to meet up with the company. Company had arrived before the window, said I would have to reschedule because I wasn't at home and when I called to talk to the front desk, she put me on hold and couldn't understand why I was upset that they had come and gone without meeting with me.
The response from the team and the front desk was "Well we left a message on your cell phone so. it's your fault" I don't know how many people keep their cell phone's on during working hours but as a teacher, mine is turned off. To me: A window is a window. If you ask us to be home between 1 and 4pm then that means you keep your commitment to meet us between 1 and 4pm.
I'm SO disappointed. I've always loved Paul's glass but I don't feel that my complaint was heard, understood, or corrected with gratitude for a repeat customer. Thank you, Paul's glass for leaving a response. I had called the day before the window to confirm that would be the window. So. that was part of the frustration. The other part of the frustration is the team was in no way apologetic. If they had been, I wouldn't have felt the need to write this. Maybe more training related to customer empathy. Thank you.
