I have used this business for two of our house projects and they do great job. Megan and Brad are experts in anything related to Glass in house. We got french door style bathroom door, sliding bathroom door, full wall mirror, closet sliding doors, and bathroom mirrors from them. Excellent quality and reasonable price.

"Margin of error" is the operating term here. If you want you want an order to be delivered that doesn't fit after waiting literal months, this is the place. Otherwise, go with much cheaper, local options!

Before I could even tell them what I needed, the woman (Denise) who answers the phone is extremely rude, she just blurts out "we're four weeks out is that gonna be a problem" before you can even let them know what you need. They act like they don't need the business, I was actually stunned by how rude and short she was, and asked her if it was even worth my time asking for an estimate, she said "that's up to you" .

What business answers and greets their customers this way when they call for estimates? I then looked up their reviews on Yelp and no surprise they had tons of one star reviews for the SAME experience I had, rude customer service and this "rude woman who answers the phone". The whole front office needs to be fired, they're running customers away and I've lived on the peninsula for over 20 years and will never ever use this company, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

Art and his team have been in the years for years and it shows. They were always on time, did accurate measurements, and completed everything very clean. Extremely happy with the results. Take a look at my custom glass.

Just had some nice work done in my condo by these guys. So nice to be able to get actual professionals to work with.they actually know what they are doing. Craft is excellent and prices were totally fair. I will certainly be using them in the future.

Called to order glass. Was hung up on - called back and the woman was RUDE. Have her my measurements for 4 pieces of glass. She said " I don't have time - I'll have to call you back " I asked when? She said "maybe tomorrow " I said maybe? She said yes - never heard from her. Called Gandy Glass in Wilmington - have them measurements. Paid on phone with CC and picked up glass 2 days later. That's a $500 easy money tab they lost because of awful customer service. Thanks for the rude service because I found a great company who wants my business and act like it.

Had used these guys before to make a custom mirror for my house so I decided to try them again. Walked in and was greeted by a nice lady. I needed to pieces of mirror cut and glue to a cabinet door. The lady had no clue about how much it would be or when it would be done. She said someone would get back to me. The cabinet doors would be difficult to replace if lost and I wasn't sure when I left there I would see them again. Called the next day and someone else (another lady) said no one had looked at them yet so she had no price nor a timeframe when they would or could be done.

She just told me that she would rather not have the liability of holding the doors at their shop. Worst customer service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. On my way to pick up the doors. Big waste of time.

Gotta get someone different answering new customer calls.other than that can't comment on rest of service bc never given an appt. to measure for shower glass door.

Called for an appointment to replace glass in 2 sliding doors, left a message-did not receive a call back, so I called again. Woman on the phone told me she's "too backed up to come out" but that I could "do the measurements myself so she could decide if she had time to ever do the job."Rude, unhelpful, disinterested-go elsewhere!

Great service. They just replaced some defective mirrors that were starting to lose the silver backing. No hassle, they did it for free. We have been happily using them for years. Knowlegible technicians and good prices.

I do not understand all the stars that others are giving this glass shop. I have been dealing with them since April trying to get my bathroom shower doors replaced. They are very unprofessional. They act like they don't need the business. Also never return phone calls.

After stopping by and ordering a pane of window glass, I was told the order would be filled that day and that they would call me when the pane was cut. No call that day or the next day. I finally called them and was told the 5-minute job would not be ready for yet another day. They were too busy. I drove back to their shop to pick up my deposit and am now seeking another supplier.

Why didn't they know that they could not fulfill the order on time when they took the order? Nice people but I got the sense that they're interested only in big jobs and not a small potatoes client like myself. If you want their attention don't go there unless you're spending a lot of money! Postscript: I called Dandoy Glass in Torrance and they said they would have the job ready in a half-hour for 1/3 the cost Peninsula was going to charge me.

I was looking for a glass company that could fix a handheld mirror that belonged to my wife. The mirror was made of pure silver and passed down to her from her grandmother that had passed away. Nevertheless, it was a very sentimental heirloom that had been in the family a long time. I called around three different glass company's to get a quote to fix it.

They all quoted me about the same price to fix it. One company told me they were too busy to take on a small job like mine and did not have time to service my needs. Can you imagine that? Sometimes I wonder how some businesses stay in business. When I called Peninsula Glass, they were like a breath of fresh air. The quote they gave me was less than all their competitors.

When I arrived, the lady that took my order was as sweet as apple pie, she even asked how the mirror broke telling me there is always a story behind broken mirror like the one I had. They fixed the mirror when they said it would be fixed and when I went to pay, they charged me less than what they quoted me. Can you believe that? Talk about under promising and over delivering. I could not believe it. I will definitely use Peninsula Glass in the future. These guys are amazing!

I have been dealing with Peninsula glass since 2001. They have always been prompt, curteous, and 'stick' to their estimate, no matter what. i have been very pleased. Most recently, they installed some mirrors, and when they delivered them, it was the wrong height. They said nothing, but came back with the correct size, and never complained about who was right or wrong, and they 'ate' the difference, since it was a custom size. On the way out= they made sure i was happy, and they CLEANED UP ALL OF THE MESS. ALL OF IT! i highly recommend them.

Had a small frame with silver figurines that needed some glass on top. Went in, dropped it off, picked it up a week later. Well fitted, clear glass. 15 bucks. Easy, quick, thorough service.

Peninsula Glass saves the day once again! The problem: moisture between the double glass on my bay window, big center pane. This window was installed by a previous owner of my house, who knows when. I watched the issue get worse over the past year.until I could barely see through the foggy glass. I was scared to replace it, thinking it would be a huge deal involving shards of broken glass & possible bloody workers. Did I mention the dang window is second-story? Anyway, Brad came out right away to measure & give me the estimate.

The glass was ordered & within a few days was ready to be installed. I felt very foolish. No broken glass, no mess at all, no blood. Easy breezy. I wasn't paying attention to time, but I'm guessing much less than an hour for the job. Clean window! I can see outdoors again! My goodness, how tall the trees have grown since last I was able to see them.

Maybe these guys are so good that they're just too busy for new business. Called, Thursday, requesting a quote for a replacement bathroom mirror, We'll call you tomorrrow". No call. Messaged me, Monday, with an appology, so I called and set an appointment for "Sometime, Tuesday, we'll call half a half before we come out". Waited all day. No show, no call. Lame. Ideal Glass in Torrance did it right and got my business.

In the process of having shower doors and mirrors made for our house, I had quite a few companies come out and give estimates. None of them made the impressed that Peninsula Glass did. Not only was the estimate done in a timely manner, the company presented itself in a professional manner. They have reasonable prices and can work with you on what you need.

I have no doubt that the work they've done for me was top quality. This is one company that goes above and beyond what is called for. I'll definitely be coming to them again for any future needs in glass and windows! Thanks guys :
