Everything about my screen door purchase from Danco was spot on: the process, price, product quality, and custom advice.

-Installation screen door : The screen door arrived sooner than expected and Danny was able to get the installation done quickly. Sandy his wife was very communicative and responsive. They are also knowledgeable, professional and their prices are less then the competition. On the scale 1-10 they are plus 10. Thank you Danco Screen Service!

Danny responded quickly to a request for quote. He explained the differences in quality among the options available, and I chose the heavy duty screen door with the pet screen. Installation was quick, and I really like the look of the pet screen. It's tough (no need for a separate pet guard) yet it almost disappears as you are looking through it. Danny was super friendly both when he came to take measurements and when he came back to install the new screen door. He is now my go-to guy for any screen service.

Danny seemed very nice by phone and we had him over for an estimate. After he had us take all the window screens down in our home, over 20 screens, he told us that because of the type of screens, it would be too much work and he wouldn't be doing the job. We probably would have paid him his ask, if he had made one. We would have waited for the work and any supply chain issues. But he just didn't want to do the work. It was a lot of work for us to take the screens down and put them back up too.

Extremely rude and unprofessional when answering the phone. Even if a potential client is asking you for something and you don't understand what it is, don't respond with a sarcastic and rude remark and expect anyone to want to do business with you afterwards. Know how to talk like a normal human if you're in the service industry. Was not pleased with his attitude and tone of voice when I asked a question of where he does his services.

Apparently you need to ask the right way in order for him to respond nicely back. If this is the attitude you get when first introduced, I am extremely shocked that anyone would want to work with him.

Straight forward no nonsense service at a fair price. I would recommend to friends and family.

Danny did a great job on installing a screen for our house's french doors which lead to the backyard for a competitive price. -Research: I messaged 6 providers on Yelp on a Saturday. Danny was the first to respond and set up a call w/ me to explain pricing and timing. I called him back a few days later after comparing options to schedule an in person appointment to get measurements and move things along. -In person appointment: Danny was professional, wore a mask and performed the measurements quickly.

He confirming timing, aesthetics, and pricing (honored what he has quoted me as pricing had changed). -Installation: The parts arrived sooner than expected and Danny was able to get the installation done quickly. He showed us how to use it, gave us ideas on how people typically use them and was on his way. -Usage: It has worked as expected. It's great to be open our doors without having bugs get in!

Danco did a wonderful wonderful job on my screen I would highly recommend them to anyone. The prices were Fair the service was excellent

Just HAVE to shout out to all about DANCO Screen Service who show excellent Customer Service and Dependability when it comes to reliability and perfection! My old screens were so thrashed but we just kept putting off getting them repaired, in hopes to getting newer updated Windows all around, then, Dad lost his wife and is coming to live with us, so we had to move quickly to do repairs, as we had no time to get all new windows. DANCO has been there for US, in this clutch, and did such nice, Professional Work on our SCREENS, that now?

Danny was very professional and efficient. Our new screen doors git perfectly and look great. He was on time and even took the old doors with him.

This is a follow up to my other review since I am unable to add anything more to it. This business owner is completely delusional to the way he acts and the way he runs his business. He keeps stating that we fabricated our story with lies. Nothing we have stated is a lie. He is the one who has lied multiple times. He has the audacity to say we never inquired about our warranty.

Of course another lie. The entire call was inquiring about the warranty in fact when his wife called the schedule the appointment I asked again and tried to explain what was happening. She was very short with me and said she was only calling to schedule the appointment basically letting me know she wasn't interested in hearing what I had to say, I just needed to wait for the appointment.

Then he deletes some of the rude stuff he has posted in response to us. All one has to do is see how he responds to any review on here that isn't 5 star and you will see his true colors. We are not the first to post how rude, condescending and outright mean he is. Just read the reviews here that aren't 5 star and they will speak for themselves.

If he cared at all about his business and customers he wouldn't react and respond the way he does. If he cared at all about his product and how it looks he wouldn't act like this. Bottom line is take your business elsewhere if you want to avoid being treated like this.

Avoid this company at all costs. The owner is unprofessional and a angry man. He berated my wife on a Yelp review, lied about what occurred and his products are of poor quality. Backstory, had our entire home window screens replaced by Danco, less than a year after install we started noticing paint chips on the screen frames, and metal was corroding.

Also some areas of screen to metal were sloppy. After contacting Danco about what the warranty was they asked to come by and take a look. He blamed the issue on water damage, which we dont use any of because we have fake grass and decorative stone all around the house. On his YELP rebuttal he stated we have grass and sprinkles which is no where near the truth.

If you look at there Yelp page, the negative reviews and his rebuttals should show enough about what kind of Company they are. Please look elsewhere, I wouldn't want anyone else to have to be treated this way by a company.

They do a good job, they are on time and warn you ahead of time of anything that might cause a delay or be an extra charge. This is a no-frills small business.

Danny just finished installing 4 sliding screen doors and 2 window screens. All aspects of transaction were first rate. He was the only merchant who priced out exactly what I asked for. There were no surprises. Everything was up front, appointments were confirmed and kept and, in fact, I have already recommended Danco to another party. I would give him all future screening work. Another reviewer called Danny and Sandy the "dynamic duo" and that they are.

I called Danny and explained the problems we were facing with our current screen door. Danny walked through the different options and gave up front pricing and payment process. Afterwards, his team scheduled a date and slot to measure. His team called to schedule the appointment and called the day before as well to confirm. He arrived within the time slot and performed a quick measurement.

I asked him a couple questions regarding the problems we have with our existing screen door. Danny was very helpful and patiently answered our questions. I paid him a deposit to begin construction of the door. His team called afterwards to schedule installation a couple weeks later. The team called again the day before to confirm the installation. Danny swung by within the time slot and quickly installed the door in less than 5 minutes, and I paid him shortly afterwards. Danny was very professional, on-time, and predictable. I highly recommend Danco for anyone who needs a straightforward, honest, and simple screen door replacement.

Danny and Sandy are the dynamic duo. Danny gave me a honest quote over the phone. With the added note that bigger screen doors will cost extra. He came out quickly to measure and two weeks later he was back out installing them! Sandy helped coordinate the day and time. The screen doors work great and feel much heavier duty than my last ones. Danny even took the old ones so I didn't have to! Yay! One less thing for me to worry about. Highly recommend
