Karen has a great personality and she is very knowledgeable. She qouted us the best price for a good quality product. We are now waiting for HOA's approval and can't wait to get new windows and patio door. I would highly recommend this Company to anyone who is looking for a quality product with reasonable price.

Regret using this company, their work was shoddy. I'm glad we only had them replace windows in part of the house because it makes me shudder to look at the mess they left. The windows they supplied were somewhat smaller than the ones being replaced so it needed loads of silicone goop to fill the gaps, and they left holes allowing the wind to whistle through, I had to finish the job myself. admittedly they were cheaper than some other companies and they had the style of window we wanted. I don't recommend using them unless you are prepared to finish the job yourself.

After getting multiple quotes from different window companies, we decided to go with James Price Window and Doors. We liked their prices and the fact that they stand by their products and give a life time warranty. From start to finish, they were completely professional. It started with Marianne who came to take the measurements of all our windows, garden window and we removed a French Door and wanted a sliding door. Karen, the owner, Marianne and the installation team were all professional and had great follow up.

We ordered 18 dual pane windows, a Garden window and sliding door, all with UV protection. Everyone showed up on time. The windows and sliding glass doors all look fantastic. It has given our home a beautiful updated look and we are so happy. I have already recommended them to several of my neighbors and clients.

We had a great experience having our windows replaced by the James Price team. Karen was great about providing us all the detailed information regarding costs and timelines. I need to set the record straight for these guys because these other reviews are not doing them justice! They are amazing in every way - great value, unbelievable quality, and excellent professionalism. Besides that, their personal touches are really rare these days. Karen and I bonded over cats and the second time she came for the contract signing, she bought a treat for my cats!

And then she found out I liked tea and brought me English tea as well! Over the holidays, she sent me a handwritten card thanking me for my business. The team came on time the day of and finished all 11 windows in just a couple of hours! And they were really quick to respond and replace one of the windows that hadn't passed the inspection. Then as a bonus she included safety bolts that had to be installed following the inspection.

They came in and did all of that in half an hour! I could not be happier with my beautiful windows and I really got my money's worth. Thank you so much Karen and James Price, I will be recommending you guys to anyone I know looking for window renovation. You are amazing!

After going to the location twice and getting the run around by phone for over three weeks, I finally got a response from Karen at James Price. She told me she "respectfully", declines to move forward with my window project. I'm not one to write reviews, but I was just at a lost when i received the phone call. If you're strap on time, go find another company.
