The installer came within the time alotted. Completed the whole thing within an hour very nice, cleaned up. I'm very happy with the Shower Door

Stay away from this company, They don't stand by the product they install, rude and unprofessional. I had a shower door installed that the spring inside the hinge broke.want to charge 300$ to come and fix it. I regret giving them my money to begin with. I spoke with someone who stated he is the owner Adam Schlutske who was very unprofessional. did not care to make things right, instead told me to go ahead and do whatever I want but that's how it will be.

Follow up to the Reply below from the owner of the company Adam Schlutske: The door was not installed 4 years ago, go back to your invoice and see the date again. You also never offered me a discount. Your exact words were labor is very expensive and it will be 300$ PERIOD. Don't LIE about your position on this. I do not believe you are the sole owner of this company because if you were you would have cared to rectify this issue rather than do what you did. You have many bad reviews as outlined below. please STAY away from this company. I am Calling Home DEPOT next as they need to reevaluate who they hire as sub contractors

We recently purchased a glass shower enclosure from Century Shower Door. Francisco and Romeo arrived promptly as scheduled and did an excellent professional job with the installation. From the initial visit to installation, the Century Shower Door representatives were both informative as they were professional. The detail of the installation put me at ease that no water would seep out around the edges. The price was reasonable especially since I had 3 bathrooms of different sizes and all three fit perfectly. I am very happy with the service I received from Century Shower Door and would recommend them.

Stay away from Century Shower Door. In my experience they do not stand by their products. I recommend that you do not order parts or supplies from them. My recent order was missing parts. I called and emailed Century and was directed to Shower Door Direct, which seems to be affiliated with Century. No response after several emails and calls to Century or Shower Doors Direct. The Shower Door Direct phone number is a non-working number.

Stay away from Century Shower door company! Home Depot needs to re-evaluate its relationship with them. The most disappointing thing is that Home Depot would work with such a substandard company like Century Shower Door. The measurements were so bad that the shower doors allow for water to bounce under the door, over the rail, and onto the floor. When Dave, the rep who measured and sold us the doors came to inspect (after two other fix attempts) he first kept us waiting for 20 minutes while he was on a personal call.

He even had the audacity to say his call takes precedence over the waiting customer. When he finally stopped talking and got to the shower door, he berated me in my own home and blamed ME for taking a shower in the middle of the tub, stating I would solve the water dripping on the bathroom floor by standing in the far corner of the tub and redirecting the shower head toward the corner to take my shower.

At first I thought he was joking, but after several seconds of silence, I asked him if he was serious. With a straight face he said he was. I couldn't believe he would suggest that, and found him to be a joke and unprofessional -- both in appearance (dressed in baggy shorts, tennis shoes, wrinkled shirt, long hair in a bandana) and in the way he talked to the customer. Finally, the shower doors are cheap with shoddy workmanship.

I bought two custom shower door assemblies about 8 years ago. They were great. Then as things do parts started to wear out. I called them to see what I could do about getting replacement parts. Well they don't have any. If anything breaks your SOL. They will happily sell you a new installation. Not a good company to deal with!

I was very pleased with Century Shower Doors, the glass enclosure on my new shower looks amazing and completes a major kitchen and bath remodel project. Because Century is contracted through Home Depot, I was able to use my Home Depot credit to make the purchase and defray interest payments for 12 months! A huge help for me. The setup for the work was seamless and all the workers were polite, professional, and on time. The work was done well and i will definately hire them again when I do my next bathroom remodel.

We finally just completed out bath remodel and I called these guys to come out to give us a quote. Like a good consumer, I got 3 quotes. All were similar in cost, but the sales rep that came out from Century was knowledgeable, asked all the right questions, listened and address my concerns, showed samples and photos of the their product and made me feel way more comfortable than the other two people that came out and just measured and left and emailed me quotes days later. a couple of weeks later, they came out to install my new frameless shower door, installation was awesome and it really finished off my remodel perfectly! Thank you to the team at Century Shower Door!

They make beautiful shower doors! We hired them for a custom shower door for a walk-in shower for my parents and it is beautiful! Everyone we dealt with at Century Shower Door is wonderful. The whole process from taking measurements to installation was seamless. My parents are so happy with their beautiful shower door! Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a shower door!
