Not recommended. Poor product. Came damaged. Avoid at all costs, Including any contractors who offer this product to you.

I was referred to a local contractor by a neighbor for new windows and the contractor recommended Vinylmax windows. I am very disappointed in the thermal properties an sound deadening from these windows. Little to no thermal protection and very poor sound deadening. I wish that I had done more due diligence prior to having these windows installed in my home. I feel like I have wasted thousands of dollars.

Windows are of poor quality. The stopper to prevent the window from being opened from the outside is quite loose and not attached to anything whatsoever. The stoppers are hard to get back into place so that you can open the window totally if you want to. We paid $250 a window. These are small windows, 3 total. Each window is the same. Really poor quality all around.

Total crap window. These windows have not been installed in my home nor will they be. It was a complete waste of money and time. I've spoken with vinylmax today and they aren't willing to refund us and us return the windows to them. I cannot, in good faith recommend purchasing anything from vinylmax.

My contractor ordered 27 VinylMax windows for our home project from the Atlanta Ga branch of ABC Supply. They are suppliers of VinylMax windows. These windows were ordered on May 24, 2021. After several calls we finally received 1/2 of the order the end of August. Of the windows received three of them were damaged in transit. The missing windows were re-ordered and we were told that they were to be expedited, and to expect them in 2 to 3 weeks.

By October 20 and we still had not received our windows. We worked with the Regional Managers of ABC and of VinylMax to come to a formidable resolution. Both expressed genuine concern for this issue and worked tirelessly not only to resolve the mistakes made with our window order, but to make sure any inconvenience this issue caused our construction project was made right.

The reputation of a company is built upon the foundations of integrity; it's pillars are secured by the treatment of its customers. Thank you ABC and Vinyl Max for making things right. My windows are absolutely beautiful!

Purchased 16 windows through our contractor who recommended them. Upon delivery several screens were damaged and can't open several windows due to springs being broken! Now these came in shrink wrapped which leads me to believe they left the manufacturer that way! Seems like there is no quality control! Would not recommend at all! No one likes to return phone calls either!

I used the NY division of vinyl max. I was convinced to upgrade from the standard builder grade to put earthwise vinyl windows in my new build which I moved into this spring. Once we had the windows cleaned it was apparent their was something wrong. In every window their were black streaks in between the panes. The rep came out and we spent hours going through every window, with him taking pics and notes on each.

The rep agreed that every unit in the house needed to be replaced as something had happened during the manufacturing process. Fast forward to today when we (builders sub) go to install the replacement sashes. Only half of the replacements were sent. And their was no description of where they went or why they all weren't replaced. Not impressed.

I would give zero stars if possible. We had our windows replaced in April. These windows are horrible. There is so much fog and condensation on every single window, top and bottom sash, EVERY SINGLE DAY. So much so that I cannot see out of any of them. They tell me the windows are doing what they are supposed to do and they will not do anything to correct them. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Hands down the best windows out there for price. I installed 10- 56-1/2 by 35-1/2 triple pane, double hung windows. I've been in the construction business for 23yrs in Architectural ornamental and heavy structural iron ( hey all carpenters need hero's, that's why GOD created ironworkers! Lol) The sound and insulating Quality we beyond my Expectations Using the same windows on the back side next year.

Since I installed the windows we had a huge winter/ spring wind strom. Gusts up 80 mph, you couldn't hear a thing, not one draft from the Tracks or seals. I was super impressed. Outside the house sounded like WW3, trees snapping, sleet, rain, snow, my garage cans in the woods. Bottom line great windows

I had these windows installed throughout my whole house (16 windows) 6 years ago. These windows are still as solid and weatherproof as the day they were installed. I'm adding 2 new windows to my office and wouldn't even think of ordering any other product. They open smooth, are easy to clean, keep the cold out from the Pennsylvania winters, and look GREAT!

Great window company. The sales reps are very knowledgeable. We always order the Choice series for our remodeling customers and never had issues. Great features and warranty with very affordable price. Highly recommend.

The worst ordering experience I've ever had! I'd give them zero stars if I could. I own a construction company and order windows for clients all the time and decided to try this brand becUse of their quality construction. The windows are built well, however, I have never had so many delays and mis-sized products from any supplier. I have tried multiple times to get new windows and instead, they only offered to get me casement windows vs the double hung units I ordered.

Then the new casements arrived later than when they said and they were the wrong size too. My project has been delayed 9 weeks and now I'm not going to hit my completion deadline.

I have over 30 total windows and doors in my home. I replaced all of them over the course of three different stages. Most of them are double hung and I have several casement windows and a sliding glass door as well. I went with triple pane in all of the main areas and rooms in the home and double pane in two of the less used spare rooms. Flat colonial grids for looks because it's an older home and it goes with the overall design.

I decided to upgrade and go with internal blinds in the sliding glass door also and honestly it was well worth it. Such a small thing has made an amazing deference. We no longer need to have the ugly unweildy blinds in our way coming in and out and didn't have to hire a blinds company to replace what was here when we moved in. I can say now having had everything replaced and some of the windows in the home for several years now, the quality is fantastic.

They look awesome, they're very easy to clean and operate, and I haven't had any issues to this point. Since completing the last phase of the project I can honestly say that my energy bills are less than half of what they used to be when we moved into the house. Given - Parts of the house are 100+ years old and we had over 30 windows so my energy savings may more than average but it has been fantastic for us. My wife and I Highly recommend VinylMax products.
