EnergyGuard Window & Door Replacement

After a very informative consultation with John Toohey of EnergyGuard, we agree that window replacement was not the best next step for our home. His insight and honest assessment to our situation was appreciated. If we do ever decide to replace our windows and/or doors, we will use EnergyGuard.

We had a very good experience with Energy Guard Windows. Several of their installers came in and took out the old windows and replaced them with new Milgard windows. From the first contact to the end of the installation, every employee was energized with enthusiasm, promptness and professionalism. This is a very will tuned business and they were a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend them to a friend, neighbor or a relative without reservation.

The windows are a very nice quality and the installers were a pleasure to deal with. They removed the old windows and installed the new ones methodically, and did not skip a step. They respected my property and landscaping and they did a great job with any cleanup.

The whole process was easy and affordable. John came to our home to discuss our project and give us a quote. He was knowledgeable and attentive. He listened to us and then made really great suggestions on further options, so we were able to get the products that were best suited for us. Then Darren came to do measurements, again very professional and reconfirmed our choices.

Then Carrie arranged the scheduling for the install and the big day arrived. They were able to have a 5 man crew install 8 replacement windows, one new window and replace a slider door with an ADA french door in just one day. The installers were courteous and respectful of our home. I highly recommend this company.

We had a great experience working with Energy Guard. They replaced 18 windows in our house as well as front and back doors. Darren was great to work with while we planned the project and he was always happy to answer any questions we had. He also had great suggestions and ideas as we chose the type of window and design we wanted. Mason and team were very professional and courteous when it came time to install. Mason was very friendly and was always willing to take time to walk us through any questions or concerns we had.

You can tell his goal is for the homeowner to be happy. I got more than 7 bids and Energy Guard was one of the best prices we got. Would recommend them to anyone and would work with them again anytime.

This job started with a visit by a great, greatly experienced salesman Darrin Mankin. He talked me through the window replacement and had good recommendations! The job: I had 5 windows and a sliding door replaced on my 2003 house. Two of the windows were actually "three windows"; an arched window on top of two lower windows and one of these was a 2nd story window (required scaffolding). EnergyGuard pulled in with two trucks and four men at 9AM and left at 3pm.

They cleaned up as they were doing the removals and again when done with the job. Two worked the front of the house and two worked the back of the house. Results were AMAZING! The upstairs bedroom and the downstairs den look like a new home! The two arched windows had a blind on them and for 17 years we never did anything behind the blind. Ugh, when the blind came off prior to window replacement the caulking was old and shrunken and cracked and the edge of the window casing had large cracks and was terrible.

The new windows look so good we did not reinstall the arched blind and instead enjoy seeing the sky out this window which also has a "SunCoatMAX" application that keeps the sun from heating up the house. Before leaving the lead man took me around and checked out the sliding door (made a few minor adjustments) and showed me some of the window features. GREAT JOB. I highly recommend this company!

I had 12 windows and two sliders replaced at my 30 year old home. I had concerns about a winter installation but it went well. Adrian, Jacob, Dillon and Mason took the windows out one or two at a time. It was a cold day but the open gaps were filled quickly. The team was polite, efficient and completed the work in the allotted time. I would recommend EnergyGuard to anyone. PS, I chose black windows which look awesome.

John does a Great job of letting you know exactly what you're buying, how it will be installed, and what the warranty covers. The install crew did an excellent demo, install, and clean up. Very happy with the job on my house! I was happy to see the guys being very careful not to damage my new floor or paint job on the house. They respected the house and only made it look better when the new windows were in.
