Be aware. They tey to pressure you inot buying something they want for you and not what you want. He spent 4 hours trying to convince me to no avail. He weote things in pencil andnl lowered the price stating the a formwr basketball player ownsbthe company and called him directly to lower the price for me. I call bs. Do not use this company. I ordered blinds in April 2022 and now they are saying no install until close to August 2022 due to delays of getting product in. They promised me 5 weeks. Very unprofessional as they had to come out 2 more times to remeasure.

We are very happy with our new shutters.they are in good quality. We have used them for weeks now. Everything is still good. All people we interacted with from sales to the person who installed our shutters are professional and nice. We highly recommend this company. We placed the order through Costco BTW.

Their cordless blinds are absolute garbage. They almost never retract properly, or at all. A new corded blind jammed irrevocably shortly after installation. These clowns don't respond to requests for service and replacement for months on end. What a joke.

Be aware, do your reserach before going with Bay Home and Window. They will only respond to you when trying to get your business. Afterwards, they will not respond for any service issues. We had shades installed earlier this year, and within 4 months, one of the shades stop working. I called multiple times without any reply. It's always answering machine and it said "respond within 24-48 hours" but that's not true.

I also sent multiple emails, only was told that "a installer will call for schedule", again, not true. The customer service is POOR. I will not recommend this place to anyone. If there is a choice for zero star, that will be my vote :

Excellent communications so thar you know what is happening all along the way. Something needed attention after installation. All parties knew about it and made sure it was done. Olivadio was Excellent installer with good sense of esthetics.

I've got an issue with a shelf. I wrote a review about it and was contacted by the company. I was asked to take the review down pending the company coming to try and fix the mistake for a fee, so that is what I am doing. I am rating this four stars for now because my previous Yelp review was this rating prior to this issue being discovered.

Bay Home & Windows coordinated the design, ordering and installation of plantation shutters for my home. Everyone I worked with at Bay Home & Windows was extremely professional and skilled at explaining the plans in terms that I could understand clearly. The product and installation greatly exceeded my expectations - very happy with the results. Most importantly the designer from Bay Home & Windows took the time to arrive at exactly what I wanted, exploring lots of options. This is among the best experience Ive ever had with a home service and product install. Look nowhere else these are the people you want to be working with!

Beware of this company and there consultants who come to your home, will stay for 4-5 hours and then pressurize you that you should finalize decisions to buy and will start giving you discount till you change your mind, will make false promises and also repeatedly false promises made by other sales people in the group on phone. I requested several times to show me shades that I selected before installation.

Consultant and sales people kept on falsely promising, when I was repeatedly requesting to show me the shades that I selected during evening hours, wanted to see in day light, all promised me to send the shades but no one bothered to show me the shades and finally they installed the wrong shades in my new house. Post installation they will not entertain you, by chance if you get hold of anyone they will promise you to call back, then they will not even pick up your phone.

After repeatedly following up with them, they asked me to pay again, it's funny that I have to pay for their mistakes/ incompetencies. I will not recommend this company, you can get far better deals at Lowes or Home Depot or shade store and more honest companies than these guys.

We had such a wonderful experience with getting our new window shades for our house. They are local to bay area. Parker is super helpful, patient and a great designer with experienced perspective. He is an absolute expert, helped us find the right shades that we wanted, and was super insightful on the nuances. Highly recommend.

Would not recommend unless you like getting price quotes written in pencil without any breakout of how it was determined (our quote was $27K, but "if we signed right now, we would get 5% off"). Exploding sales offers at midnight after a 5 hour consultation is not my definition of a business that I would trust just because Costco partners with them (they actually used this as a sales tactic).

Their strategy is to exploit the Costco name and overcharge their customers. It will net out profitably for them in the end even if only a small number of people blindly take their word. We ended up shopping around and got window coverings at less than 1/4th of the cost elsewhere.

I ordered Graber solar shades for my kitchen from Bay Home and Window through an offer from Costco. I had prior experience with Bay Home and Window when they installed shutters in my home and I was always pleased with the product quality and workmanship. However, this time was quite a different story. When my solar shades arrived they were not measured correctly, a factory defect was found in two of the solar shades, and very poor installation job.

I was very upset and called my salesperson from Bay Home and Window to find out how to rectify the situation. Before too long I had a call from customer service with a promise that someone could come out the next day to look at the solar shades. Fred, came to our house and agreed that the solar shades looked terrible and needed to be replaced. Bay Home and Window promised a quick turn around for their mistake.

Three weeks later, the replacement solar shades arrived and Robert Averilla, a senior installer, came to our home and did a remarkable job of installing the replacement solar shades and showed us how to operate them. I gave Bay Home and Window a 4 star rating because of how they corrected the situation. I know it would have been ideal to have had everything perfect the first time, but credit Bay Home and Window for how they worked to make me a happy customer.

We had the pleasure of working with Parker and Ryan for our window treatments consultation. We booked a free no obligation consultation through Costco, but they were so effective with their presentation that we were sold. Parker was very knowledgable and made us feel very comfortable with our choices. We are looking forward to seeing the final product.

Very poor customer service! We got a new house and ordered services from bay home and Windows for plantation shutters in May. We were promised shutter installation by first week of September but have not heard anything back, till now. They have poor customer care team who have no idea about the order and never return the calls. Our project manager left the organization with our project hanging by a thread. Haven't received any updates even. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. They come with big words and leave with extremely poor service!

The worst customer service. I am sorry that I did business with them. The first time they came with the wrong blinds. The second time they sent 2 installers and one would not wear a mask. They installed two custom blinds and one is off by about 3 off to one side. When you pull the blind you can see the window. I have been caling them for weeks trying to get the blind reinstalled. They were pressuring us to sign off and give them a good review. I would not recommend. Still waiting for a proper install.

We bumped Bay Home & Window at Costco roadshow. As were looking for a trustworthy and professional company to change blinds of our whole home; we thought of trying out Bay Home & Window. Brandon came to our home for consultation. He was very patience, professional and knowledgeable in showing us the options. They have the right balance of not overwhelming us with loads of options but at the same time, based on our requirements, they have many options to choose from.

He answered our queries. We did not find him pushy; rather helped us in estimating various options before we finalized. We have ordered blinds for our whole home. Will update my experience once the installation is complete. Cherry on top is that they are local and all products are Made in U.S.A. and they have lifetime warranty for the blinds we ordered.

I had a great experience working with Parker and his team. He was patient as we chose coverings and needed to wait until the remaining of our construction project was done. My shades came quicker than expected and the installer was ready earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend them.

Fifteen years ago we bought custom wood shutters throughout our home from Bay Home and Window. We had a great experience and our shutters still look great. Recently we remodeled our closet and had them back to create a custom closet. I had no idea how much we could love a closet. Everyone at Bay Home and Window was easy to work with they helped us figure out the design and utilized every inch of our odd sized space. From appointment scheduling to installation everyone was very professional and exceeded our expectations.
