Great work and products! I orderer custom black glass gates to match my glass garage door and these guys matched it perfect! All work and fabrication work is high end and very nice looking. Garage Doors Unlimited delivered a great product faster than other companies could! Other companies quoted me almost a year to make these and Garage Doors Unlimited got it done it 6 weeks! Thanks for the nice gates and work!

I have been calling every day, sometimes multiple times -- it comes down to there is only one person in the company to respond to customers, who literally is never there and will not return a call. The problem is apparently too much business, which is great unless you want a quote on something. I am thinking the business is shut down, looking elsewhere.

Bought a flip out window months and months ago. It was supposed to be delivered last year (2021) around thanksgiving. We paid for rush delivery, which still has not been addressed by Garage Doors Unlimited nor has it been refunded, even though we've asked many times. I've emailed again this morning and asked for that $ back as well as a delivery date.

I understand that COVID has caused things to take a long time to come in and delivery dates are missed. The problem I have is the lack of customer service and communication from their end. It's not very hard to call someone back, or email them back and let them know the latest, even if you have no news. Our builder has been asking when the window is coming and it's pretty irritating to have no information to give them.

My Wife and I tried ordering 2 garage doors in Mid July, we knew what we wanted and already had the price we just needed their salesperson to make up the contract. They procrastinated and waited until August 5th to make the contract resulting in price increase of $1300.00 they would not honor they price from when we said we were ready to order, so we went to a different company. If Ann is your sales person request someone else or go to a different company.

Beware of Garage Doors Unlimited. Bad install and bracket broke after 13 months on expensive custom home. Courtney in customer service told me the warranty expired in 12 months and to go pound sand. Shop elsewhere.

We were very pleased with with Dave, the technician who came to service our garage door. We had a two hour window in which to expect him, and he called a couple of hours early to say that he had an earlier opening and asked if we would like him to come on over. It worked out great for us, and we really appreciated it. Dave was very knowledgeable, explained the areas that were causing the problems, and what his solutions were.

He completed the work in very reasonable time, and the price was very reasonable. We are very pleased with Garage Doors Unlimited, and the referral from Costco a little over two years ago. I highly recommend them!

We recently had a new garage door installed. The primary technician was Jacob. He arrived on time, was polite, courteous, and pleasantly friendly. He explained what he would be doing, and answered a variety of questions. It was quite obvious that he was very knowledgeable. He worked quickly and knew exactly what needed to be done. He was helpful and patient with his co-worker. We are very happy with the end result. I wish all workman had the same knowledge, skills, ability, and friendly demeanor as Jacob. Dan

Extremely pleased with our new garage door and the professional, quick install by Adan. We purchased through Costco and the entire process was a breeze. He let me know exactly what work he was doing, and took the time to explain the warranty, as well as answer any questions I had. I'd definitely recommend Garage Doors Unlimited to my friends and kudos to Adan on the great job.

Jacob was the service tech who came out to change a couple of broken springs on my door. He installed the springs and checked all aspects of my door quickly and professionally. He not only fixed the springs, he spent time making sure the door was in proper alignment, well oiled and greased. Great customer service, would highly recommend.

We signed up with Costco and Garage Door Unlimited. A very easy and pleasant experience from start to finish. Jacob did our install and was very professional and cleaned up after he was finished. Really forgot he was even out there working he was so quiet. I would rate our experience as an A+ and would recommend Garage Door Unlimited to all of our friends and neighbors.
