I have nothing but great things to say about Quality Windows - particularly in the challenging times of the pandemic. The team was communicative, organized and with great attention to detail. We had our entire set of great room windows facing the backyard replaced so there was scaffolding both inside and outside the house. The team was clean and careful with both the inside and outside of the home. All in all, we're incredibly happy with the result.

Quality Windows and Doors did a great job on our house and the price was right also. Quality products and quality workmanship. I got their name from Milgard Windows as an authorized dealer/installer and chose Milgard because of their quality products and lifetime warranty. We got sliding doors and windows that all match and they look wonderful and work very well. I've recommended them to a SLZ Village friend who was also very pleased with them and grateful for the referral.

We looked for multiple vendors and then decided to go with quality windows and doors, Pleasanton. We met with Harold and he come with great experience and helped us to go through entire process. All-around great experience! We got a very reasonable price on our replacement sliders and windows, and Harold, our sales rep, went over all the pros and cons of different window models at their showroom. We decided to go with the Milgard Tuscany Vinyl as a good combination of value, performance, and looks. Eric came and measured, and made sure that everything was good to go for the installation.

The install team was very professional, did a great job on the trim, and the work site was extremely clean when they left. The communication was great throughout the process, and they helped with all the permit details. Overall, they went above and beyond making sure that everything looked perfect at the end, and that we were happy with the result. We will definitely use them for our future window/door needs!
