Poor communication. We waited 19 weeks for delivery of a patio door due to measurement being wrong. Order was canceled we got a refund. Todd was deceptive. I will never do business with this company again.

We ordered patio door on Jan 24 paid half up front Mid Mar a door was delivered wrong color and wrong size Mind you no calls from Todd all this time fast forward to June still no door We went to office demanded deposit back i will never do business with Todd again or his company

Called to get quote to replace two large windows and to assess the rest of my windows in my house but was told that they will not even show up to do an estimate for a job with potential of less than 3 windows even if the two windows are large. When I explained that one window is 7' wide by 5' high (it's actually 8'. I misspoke on the phone) and the other window is 5' wide by 4' high, I was told that my job is still too small and a job with 3 windows even if they are significantly smaller in size than the two large windows would cost more. NOT!

Not wanting to do small jobs is ok, but be logical on how you assess the potential job cost. I even said I'd like to assess the rest of the windows in the house but I guess she didn't understand what that meant. Whole interaction was a big turnoff

We order our window about 3 months ago and they came in quickly but we didn't let them install until this weekend because of COVID-19. The installers were amazing and very friendly with answering our questions. After the the windows were installed they made sure we understood how they worked. The installation was very professional and our house looks amazing. I will recommend this company to everyone I know.

US energy and windows and doors are professionals their. crew arrived on time and complete the job when said they would and left the area clean. management is very responsive and called after the job was completed to make sure that we were satisfied with the job that was done. we have I had two different doors put in by US energy windows and doors and two windows and we are pending putting in a third door with two more windows I look forward to doing business with them again as I said they are professionals and experts in their field

They are professional, prompt, sell an excellent product, and reasonable prices, which is why I asked them to replace the windows in my new house. David Talsky, the salesman responded quickly, turned up promptly and was not pushy. He explained the retrofit product and offered small changes that made a big difference. The price was within our budget without the need to go elsewhere. Following a detailed measure the 18 windows and slider were delivered and installed within 2 weeks. The install crew were friendly, and efficient, cleaning up perfectly after a long and busy day. The product offers great value and has transformed our 20year old home. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

The whole experience with these guys was awesome. These guys were our best quote, were the best price for the best windows I got 4 quotes on windows, best warranty, best communication I have experienced all down the line to completion between workers and Frank who measured was awesome and the guys who came to talk to us initially for the quotes. I felt the most comfortable with these guys as a whole. I was happy that Sean came to check up on the job prior too and after it was finished.
