Horrible customer service, I've been trying for weeks to schedule an appointment with them. They don't answer the phone or return messages.

RATING 2 To all who are considering to use this company be careful I literally purchased 2 fireplaces from this company recently. I spent over 5,500.00. 1 fireplace was purchased for inside my house the other for outside my inside. The inside fireplace was installed properly and works. My outside fireplace was installed without this company hooking up power to the unit.

This is the complete responsibility of CUSTOM HEARTH DISTRIBUTORS to make sure all units are working when finishing the job. They never contacted my contractor and the fireplace was enclosed with out it working! This company completely disregarded me when it reached out and basically blew me off and now I have to pay out of my pocket for their mistake to tear my brand new fireplace apart to have the power hooked up. One star is too many. The most unprofessional business I have ever worked with. They kept my fireplace parts for months, never returned phone calls, sent out clueless service people, a waste of both our times. Then, finally sent out my fireplace parts, the man installed them reading directions the whole time. It still didn't work. He left not knowing what to do and I've never received a call from them. I don't know how they are still in business.

We were very impressed with the service by technician John G., he really knows his specialty! He was able to get our gas fireplaces going quickly and cleanly! He was very capable and resolved problems with the ignition. He arrived on time, for the appointment window 12-4, he arrived at noon! I am very happy to get service by an expert, and he takes his work seriously, and did a great job.

This company is very easy to work with, as I made a next day appointment and I was happy they take credit card payment as well. I have previously used other companies for fireplace repairs, and none were as skilled or knowledgeable. This was by far the best fireplace service I've had in Las Vegas.

Great garage door company. They carry new Genie header mount opener. Great product and fair price. They also are a large fire company. Good people.

Zero stars if allowed. We have been waiting for over a month for a fuse to be replaced in our electronic doors. They will no longer answer phone calls or return messages left. We will no longer use this company and advise everyone else to go elsewhere. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
