Zero star. Txxy was not listening, and threatening customers. Told me that he was in this business for long time. Maybe he knows too well to rip customers off.

My garage door opener quit working. I have AHS home warranty. They contract with a company called "Cactus Garage Doors" Cactus sent a repair man named Brandon. A very sweet, very knowledgeable, very professional young man and a fast worker! He was scheduled for 10 am, called and asked if he could come early and was done before 10! If you are in the Vegas area and need garage door repairs, call Cactus and ask for Brandon!

I would not recommend this company to anyone, what a Bad Service. I was referred to them by AHS the technician did not offer me any solution to my garage problem because he said that it was not covered by my insurance but he said that for $100 dollars he would do job on the side.

I would give him a zero star if I could very unpleasant attitude I asked him not to park in my garage last service person put oil stains all over my garage which are impossible to get out he refused not to park in my driveway I asked him just to park in front of the driveway he refused he said his vehicle didn't leak well so I'm a senior citizen female woman and he's telling me on my property that he's going to park on my driveway anyway.

He came to do the install that was prepaid from home Depot I ordered the garage door online and paid for the service to be installed through home Depot he arrived on time within seconds my garage door was working 100% fine I was just purchasing a new garage door because I wanted one it was nothing wrong with my old garage door opener there was nothing wrong with my springs on my door it was going up and down he was here a second so all sudden I have problems and he wants he says oh let me get you a price quote on the springs on your garage door I said they were just replaced last summer I don't want to quote from you.

So then he says he's not going to do the work even though he already was paid through home Depot and he was going to charge me a service charge of $65 it's all a racket so they try to find problems or else they create problems that there is no problems which cost you tons of money so they can make extra money other than what was prepaid for.

I spoke to the home Depot manager he says oh you didn't let him do the work I said he he wasn't hired to fix the springs he was hired and I paid for an advanced to replace the garage door opener nothing else. So they tried to charge me a service charge of $65. I will never use this company again. Nor will I refer them to anyone else cactus garage door opener the man refused to get off driveway with his truck. Terrible attitude.

My insurance referred me to this company. They are not polite and their customer service is worst. Just wanted to share my experience and let other people know to stay away from this business.

Watch out for them when they are selling you parts because they'll over price them! A sibling of mine paid $140 for nylon rollers when you can find on Amazon for $25. Honestly I could of done it my self for free and didn't have too pay labor which was $85

This company was sent out by my home warranty company, AHS. Placed an order for service on a Saturday and the company called me the following Monday to schedule a service appointment for the next day. Tony showed up right before the arrival window and was done within 35-40 minutes. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure I didn't have any questions.

We are the guys that show up! Printed on side of their truck. They said 7-10 am and he showed up exactly at 7 am! This guy was very efficient and careful. Amazing if all repair people were like this guy. Look no further if u need garage door or opener service

Tony, was very kind and knowledgeable about the garage, for ours had original parts on it. He took care of all problems and quite thorough. Thank you so much Tony for taking care of our garage today. It's truly appreciated. God bless

Tony got our garage door fixed up in no time. Second time we've used this company, fully satisfied both times. I'd use them again

Austin the technician called ahead of time to inform me of his arrival. My window was 7 am to 10 am and he showed up at 9:15, which worked out perfect. He installed the opener and explained how everything worked on it. He cleaned up after himself and even helped me fix the external locking handle.

AHS home warranty sends them out. My first experience was not good, and when I needed to call AHS, guess who they sent out. Well if first experience was not bad enough, this one was worse. If you call your home warranty for garage issues and they send you Cactus, DECLINE. Ask for a different garage company.

I do not know where to Start. This company does not do customer service or follow instructions for that matter. I had a service request with this company from American Home Shield. I left work with my spouse to tell the technician to call me after the garage door was diagnosed. Never got a call To my surprise he set an appointment to return 2 days later and replace parts without my knowledge or approval.

On top of that making an appointment to comeback without knowing if I was available to be there during the repair. I called the technician and he never answered. So I called the office. This Lady who answered was very rude. I am not sure she understands what customer service is. She begins to tell me that they are bust that's why the technician left.

Then rudely tells me that the parts needed to be ordered and blah blah blah and it will have to be in 2 days. She did not listen to me at all and just starts blah blah blah. The parts are not the issue. I did not approve the job or the day of the repair. I called American home shield and canceled the Job. It cost me 75 bucks service fee but whatever. I will not have these people anywhere near my house

I highly recommend this company. I had the pleasure of meeting the two nicest service guys, Brandon & Bodie. Timely, professional and friendly!

My home warranty sent a technician out to replace my garage door opener. The technician immediately told the company that the door was the reason my motor went out. because the garage door was uneven and the rollers needed to be replaced. Told technician door not covered and I would pay for the work on the door, but he refused to listen. So I didn't get the opener fix because he was being a asshole and they disapproved my warranty because of what he wrote.

He also had attitude and ask if this car work, instead of asking me to move the car. called another company out for estimate and told them what happened. He replaced the opener and said door fine and tightened the springs. I had to pay everything but it's fixed. Bad company! Never again!

Our landlord's home warranty company sent Cactus out to see why our garage door wasn't opening. I'm sad to say I didn't get the name of the tech but he was awesome - prompt, professional, quick with the repair (replacing a bad cable). Sure, he recommended the rollers be replaced and the system serviced, but he was up front about that cost and the fact that it wasn't covered by warranty, and he didn't push the service - just mentioned it. Appreciate the great help! (And THANK YOU for being masked any time we were in the same space!)

I had Cactus Garage Repair come to my home for a garage door opener malfunction. The technician's name was Brandon. It was a great experience. Brandon was on time, reliable, professional, and went the extra mile to do a good job. I would highly recommend Brandon and this company.

Cactus was sent by our home warranty. Tony said very little was covered by warranty (a minor adjustment) and the service which was a few adjustments and 10 rollers was $350 after the $75 to home warranty! $425 for a basic service call of 50 minutes. It was a scam. he can charge the warranty company up to $150 and he charged me $350. so Tony at Cactus ended up with $425-$475 fir a $200 job. Also Fidelity Home warranty did not vet this business for integrity. Beware

We recently had our spring break on a door after 5pm. Our home warranty referred us to Cactus Garage Doors. They called first thing in the morning and booked an appointment that worked best for us. When they had a cancellation at an even more convenient time they called us back to rebook. Amazing! Bodie called before he arrived, he quickly assessed the issue and repaired it quickly. Bodie explained why the spring broke and gave us great understanding. The door is listing and closing great. Thank you.

EXCELLENT & PROMPT service, FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS & PROFESSIONAL***** The garage door tech, Bodie, came promptly! Replaced the circuit board panel and helped me reset the codes and everything. I'm so impressed with Cactus Garage Doors Inc. Jetta was my first contact and she was sympathetic and proactive. After initially reading some other reviews, I was very sceptical about this service provider assigned by AHS. But I realize that every case is different and should be treated that way.

I was in the market for a garage door and had two quotes before finding Cactus. They were installing one near my house and my house. Austin was the installer and provided me a quote after finishing the installation. Cactus was easy to work with and completed the job on time at the agree upon prove. The door is high quality with insulation and a steel back. I highly recommend them

Had them come out to replace a spring. Was very professional. The tech was very friend and job was as done great. Would recommend to anyone.

My garage door opener was not working properly, wouldn't stay closed. Contacted First American Home Warranty at 8am Monday morning and a couple of hours later I received a call from Cactus Garage Doors to set up an appointment for the following day. David arrived promptly and was very professional. The problem was fixed in about 20 minutes. I am one satisfied customer.

Brandon! You made my day! Y'all need to give this man a raise. He was amazing with his customer service and recommendations with my garage! I went through AHS and they recommended Cactus, thank you Brandon for fixing my garage and coming back to help again when my issue didn't get all the way fixed.

We needed to replace our Garage door and called Cactus Garage Doors. They were recommended by our home insurance plan. Brandon came out today and all by himself removed the old garage door and replaced it with a new garage door. His removal of the old door and installation of the new door was done perfectly. His is a very qualified and professional service man and really know how to install and repair garage doors.

We were very impressed with the service we received when we called to schedule the work and with the installation as well. Thank you for helping us get a new garage door for our home. My wife and I are very happy with the way you help homeowners deal with replacing garage doors.

My home warranty sent them originally. Their tech told me that my garage needed a new opener and that garage door needed to be serviced ($280) he claim that I needed which my warranty wouldn't cover. I called my home warranty to get 2nd opinion from a different company. The 2nd company who came out said all I need was a new garage opener which my home warranty would cover.

The 2nd tech also says my garage was in excellent shape and maybe in about 2-yrs it may need new springs pending on usage. Cactus Garage are very unfortunate to be dishonest & how they operate. I am a Realtor & Property Manager with over some over 30 properties that deal with different trades constantly. I will definitely not recommend this company.

We often take it for granted when we push a little button and the garage door goes up. My spring snapped and my car was trapped in the garage. THANK YOU to Cactus Garage Doors for such speedy and friendly service. I was able to schedule an appointment right away. The technician was genuinely friendly. The repair was quick. Great service!

Had to replace our garage door opener. A young man named, BRANDON came to our home and was so professional and friendly. He replaced the garage door opener and took the time to explain how the new one worked. We are seniors, and he was so respectful. DID A TERRIFIC JOB. What a wonderful person. I wish the world had more people like Brandon. HE IS THE BEST. if you need a garage door or opening replaced, Brandon is the man.

On 01/06/2021, I contacted AHS reference having my garage door fixed. I told AHS that the door was having trouble going up and it was unknown what the issue was. I was told by AHS that they cover up to 3,000 in parts to fix garage door, so I thought whatever it was, would be fixed. AHS contacted Cactus garage doors and scheduled the service date for the 8th. Cactus garage doors arrived. Tech Tony, who smelt like he smoked a pack of cigarettes before he arrived, has absolutely no idea what customer service is and was acting like he was in a rush to leave, before he did anything.

He stated the spring was possibly bad and further stated AHS doesnt cover the springs. The cost to fix the (1) spring would be $460.00, which was outrageous. I called a few places and got the complete spring system changed for $225.00.
