Waiting for an answer from them about my order n if I like it will probably order matching splashback. Not very quick at answering or delivering

They are so easy to work with and very efficient.not to mention extremely professional. From the time we call them for a quote. It is nice to get an immediate price quote from Josh on site when he came out for assessment, we did not have to wait for days to get the quote back. In about two weeks they were already out to install our shower glass. The installation team of four(or maybe five) guys was really great. As mentioned, they were so efficient and quick. Our shower looks so nice. We are SO HAPPY with our new shower glass and Liberty Glass & Mirror Frisco.

If there is a no star available on this app, I will give no star. My husband and I went to the store to pickup the design for the mirror which was recommended by the shop manager. We couldn't place the order by then cuz we didn't bring the exact measurements. We called on the following Monday (since they don't open on weekend) to place the order.

When we went to pick it up the mirrors l, they were not the ones we originally selected. The response we got is "not same sale person who answered the phone". Now we are stuck with the ugly flat mirror. The lady was nice enough to offer to remake the mirror but it won't fit our timeline with remodeling process. Also, if you are buying glass or mirror from them and want to pick up on your own, make sure to bring some wraps by yourself.

They won't even wrap them for you. Good luck to take it home safely. Follow up: the store called the second day and offer to remake the mirror but with full price. No thanks. Never do business with them again.

We did a complete remodel on our home which included shower remodel with new sliding barndoors. Mark & Daniel arrived on time and completed the installation in perfect fashion. The shower doors are beautiful! They slide with ease and the doors clean like a dream.just as they promised. Liberty Glass and Mirror will be who we recommend to all our friends and family!

We just finished remodeling our master suite. Josh, Matt, and Meridian helped us with the final stage: The Bathroom Mirror. Their knowledge and expertise helped us choose the perfect mirror to accentuate our bathroom. We sincerely appreciate all their time, hard work, and friendly professionalism. They were all a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend them! Liberty Glass is definitely our new "go to" as we continue on our home revocations.

Liberty glass and mirror, came out and gave me an estimate for glass shower doors. There price was on price point, I was satisfied. The shower doors where installed when they said they would be. I was very satisfied with the workmanship and Daniel and Sean who did the installation. Everyone I had dealt with from the front desk at the office, the estimator, and installers were very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

I have been waiting for a simple piece of glass from a cabinet door for 3 weeks. I was told that it would take 1 week, called and told another week, then told last Friday Nov. 2. Today Nov. 6, when I called I was told that it broke being delivered to their store so it will be reordered and take another week. I guess my job is not big enough to be a priority to them. Very frustrated!

We recently replaced our 12-year old shower doors with new, frameless shower doors. The new doors look great! We had the work done by Liberty Glass & Mirror in Frisco. They did a great job, on time, for a good price. I also want to compliment the office staff. We went to their office to see the options and the people there were extremely helpful. A few years ago, we thought we had a sewer problem, as there was always a smell inside the shower.

Later we found it was mold growing in the bottom channel. When the installation team took out the old doors, I could see a huge amount of black mold. I can't believe we lived with that for so long. The new door swings both ways. I didn't realize what a great advantage that was until I tried it out. Now I can hang my towel on the outside of the door, but it's easy to get to when I pull the door in. Also, there's no puddle on the floor, like there was with the old shower door, since the door drips inside the shower.

Daniel and Mark installed our bathroom vanity mirror. They were very professional and friendly. I had a large mirror and needed it to be cut and installed. I had no idea how big or how it should look hung. They gave a suggestion as I have a hand towel rack that overhangs a bit. It looks amazing! If I need service again, I will definitely use Liberty Glass and Mirror as well as request Daniel and Mark!

I've worked with this company now two times and have been extremely impressed with their customer service and workmanship. The staff that came to my home was very professional and the office staff is extremely courteous. I highly recommend.

They came out and checked out the job I needed them to do, to say the least they were nothing short of fantastic. Within a few minutes the mirrors were off the wall, all in 1 piece. The price was right and the crew were super professional. I would highly reccomend and plan on using them again.

Top notch service and install. They hung a very heavy 140 lb mirror. They even did a made a second trip to put reinforcers on to make sure the job was done right. Installers were very meticulous and nice. Will use again for sure.

On time, honest, professional Just moved here and found Liberty Glass. Steve came out to repair our shower door. We were expecting that it would cost us a lot so he could have taken us for a ride but didn't. He was honest and repaired it quickly and didn't even charge for the service call. Would definitely use them again.

Used them earlier this summer. They were one of the lowest quotes I got but they were fantastic. My shower was done beautifully! I absolutely love it. I appreciated that they both were super professional and punctual. I definitely recommend them if you are looking to update or replace your shower. One of the guys that was here was super friendly and let me bother him with questions.

He was really patient and explained every thing to me. Pretty sure his name was Josh ( younger guy with a beard). He and his partner (can't remember his name) were both great and did a great job with the cleanup too. :)

I used these guys last year to do a frameless shower enclosure. The installation was flawless and the shower guard glass is all that it says it is! The glass cleans like nothing I've ever seen. The glass looks as good today as the day that they installed it. I highly recommend these guys!

Had multiple bids on a large shower glass - 7'x5', 1/2" low iron. Liberty were the best bid, came and discussed how to mount the glass, then did the install in a timely and professional manner. In addition, I had 250 lbs of 3/4" glass from a broken glass etagere that the move to my new home had broken. They kindly made an extra trip and took the glass for recycling. Nice people.
