The truth is that Veteran Garage Door Repair should get five metals. They are doing a fantastic job, just like all the good reviews say. The tech advised on how to fix it cheaply. When my garage door stopped working on a Sunday morning, I assumed I wouldn't be able to get someone out to look at it until Monday. But Veteran came out on Sunday, no extra charge, and fixed it. They were polite and friendly, the price was reasonable, and they called me that evening to follow up and make sure the work was satisfactory, which I really appreciated.

My garage door's spring mechanism broke a few weeks ago. After searching, I decided to contact veteran garage door repair. I thought I'd never get anyone out on a Saturday. Surprisingly, they arrived 45 minutes after I called and finished the job in an hour. Our garage door was custom-built, and the parts are no longer accessible. So I got a new setup (without a door which was okay). I was happy with the answer and how quickly the job was done. Thanks a lot!

Jovani did a great job on my garage door, called before coming during the scheduled window and was on time. Got me up and running and the costs were very reasonable compared to other local competitors. They did not try and upsell me on stuff I did not need and took care of a few small maintenance item in the included flat labor rate which is awesome. I will only use these guys in the future.

Technician Zach was here early for our appointment and was ready to go! He looked at the door, made an assessment, told me how he was going to repair it and gave me the cost. Zach replaced all the rollers and cables, greased up the hinges and was done in a little over an hour. The cost was a little high BUT you get what you pay for. Professionalism, great service, quality parts and a warranty. Very happy with Veteran Garage Door will definitely call on them again for any future garage door needs! Great job!

We just had a new garage door installed today. I'm very pleased with the quick service we received. I scheduled the inspection on Saturday, and it was installed Tuesday. The technician arrived in the expected timeframe. He was here for roughly 2 hours. We are definitely satisfied with how it came out. The process was much simpler and more affordable than I anticipated. I would highly recommend Veteran Garage Door.
