Great service, fair price. What more can you ask! For garage door repairs, they are the ones I call first.

I was completely impressed with their service. I called for an unknown garage door operation issue - they identified the issue in (no joke) less than 5 minutes, and had it fully repaired (and lubed/serviced the rest of the hardware) in less than 30. Pricing was extremely fair too. You'd be making a mistake to hire anyone else for garage door needs in DFW, call this company first without hesitation.

Very good service. Terry and Alan were a big help and the prices were decent, especially Alan, as he is very friendly and "knows his stuff".I am please with their fast service and craftsmanship. Very pleased.

They were fast, knew exactly what was wrong and were able to fix my garage doors right away. Very professional, and nice people. The price was also good. I recommend this company to everyone.

They came out within an hour of my call for help - our spring popped and our cars were trapped inside (I'd already pulled the release but the tension line was stuck in the rollers, so we could not lift the door). Allan was helpful, nice, and down-to-earth about the repair. Everything was fixed and we were all on our way within an hour of his arrival. Great service, highly recommend!

Allen fixed our garage door even after others said we'd have to replace it. His work was great, fast and his honesty is second to none. Highly recommend!

I hit my garage door this am and then by lunchtime it was fixed thanks to this company. It looked really bad and I thought I was going to have to get a new garage door but instead Terry came over and was able to quickly fix and it was not expensive. I highly recommend!

I called this morning and Alan was at my house within 2 hours. He was very knowledgeable, went over the issues with the door, gave me a couple options, and was super friendly. He took his time and did amazing work! The door was damaged in multiple places and it now works beautifully! I've used Terry and Alan now at least 4 times and they are the best!

Quick same day service, diagnosed the problem right away and swapped out problem component very inexpensively and everything works as good as new. Alan explained the system maintenance well to extend the life of the garage door motor and other components. Plus he is a nice guy and fun to have a chat with. Highly recommend these guys.

We recently replaced the original garage door from 1991 on the home we bought in 2013. Terry Davis was extremely friendly and set us up for a next morning appt. Lead tech Allen Von arrived on time, showed us the damage, offered us a cost to 'patch' the issue or a price to fully replace the door (which was absolutely needed!) and said the motor was in great shape and wouldn't require replacement.

The crew arrived on time and installed a perfect door in less than an hour. The reason for the review however is the follow up work we had. Last night my daughters left a tailgate open after getting their softball gear out and shut the garage without noticing. This morning when the went to open the garage it caught the tailgate on the way up, bent the door and did cosmetic damage on the vehicle.

Totally our fault. I called Terry Davis this morning when they opened, explained what happened and he offered to have someone out same day. Allen Von once again arrived at our home - took a good look and said the damage was minimal, bent the door back into shape, tested it multiple ways - showed me what to keep an eye one 'just in case' but that we shouldn't have any issues with it ----and then did not charge me anything since they had just installed it and he was already in the area.

This is the type of customer service and quality effort that will make us customers for life and make sure anyone we know in need of garage door service contacts them. Can't thank you enough for being such an excellent company with superior customer service!

Excellent service! Fair priced, prompt, honest, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The technician explained everything and did the extra stuff beyond the reason for the service call. Seriously, call these guys. I called a few other places to check prices and availability. Some people wanted $90 just to show up and refused to give a rough estimate on a very simple problem. Not American Best. They won my business now for garage door repair from this point forward. Thanks gentlemen!

Saturday morning I called American Best Garage Door Service and got a quote to replace torsion springs. Allan arrived on time. During repair, we encountered some problems and he spend more time to complete the repair. He patiently worked and completed the work. He also changed one of my sensor. He did not charge for the extra work and sensor. He was very professional and did excellent work. I strongly recommend him.

Today our home garage door spring broke without notice! I contacted American Best Door and receive same day service. Allan Von lead tech made it to our home no later than two hour of call to the office. He was professional, knowledgeable and spot on fixing the problem. This is a company I would recommended to anyone, and will be doing so in the future. Great job!
