Quick easy and no hassle. I was going to have safelite do my windshield and it was almost double the cost. The customer service was good and friendly at the front desk. Service technician not so personable. I guess that doesn't really matter since he got the job done. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Hopefully I don't need any more windshield services but if I do, I come back here for sure. Terrie

Update from 4/2021-After ABC cut my airbag wires I took them to small claims court and lost my case. All I can say is, when you take an oath to tell the truth it means something to honest, good people, but not to everybody. I learned a big lesson! Service: Auto windshield replacement

My car window got smashed in this morning, these guys got it all fixed it up in under an hour. Great service and great price too

Car was dirty, with out vacuum I have to do vacuum because there were glass crystals on both front side those can hurt you, during the work wiper got damaged scratch on upper roof when I discussed they these things were before there

I have used ABC Auto Glass twice. A full windshield replacement and then a windshield repair thanks to a rock on tollway. Both times they were exceptional and their pricing is half that of the other guys. Go see them get you windshield fixed or replaced and enjoy the savings. The staff is very nice and accomodating and will do there best to get you done as fast as possible

Used them to install a rear windshield. Shortly thereafter, our minivan's hatchback stopped opening up correctedly. Eventually, the back spoiler fell off. We went to the owner, and he didn't claim any responsibility for this. This improper install will now cost us $1300 to repair. Beware of using these guys.

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! They damaged my curtain air bag wiring harness and Mike told me he can't be responsible. Mike or one of his employees is dishonest. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!

I brought in an old 1997 BMW to replace the windshield. They were kind enough to wait as I was running late. It was very reasonable priced more than $100 less than other quotes. My rearview mirror had fallen off when the tree that fell and broke my windshield and I hadn't asked them to put back on and didn't even notice until I was driving home, they also put it back up! Oh, and the car had been sitting at home awhile, they even had to jump it to get it started. Thank you so much! Great experience!

Excellent service. Worked with my schedule. Recommended by my mechanic (Eddie @ North Dallas Imports, who is also AWESOME!). They took the car immediately upon arrival, told me it would be about an hour, and it took 50 minutes. And, they gave me a nice mug! Highly recommend! Service: Auto windshield replacement

This business has NO insurance! Michael is a crook! They side swiped my truck pulling in or out of their glass bay. DO NOT use this guy! I had a feeling when I walked in something wasn't right. Should have gone with my gut. They put in a new windshield and left the cord to my microphone hanging and my headliner messed up. I would NEVER recommend this place!

ABC replaced my truck windshield and did a great job. They were half the price of the other 3 places I called and they took care of me that day. I waited for my car and it only took around 45 mins. As soon as I drove up they took my car back to fix it. I could not be happier. Give them a call!

I went here for the, first time, out of my way based upon the decent reviews but my experience was not that great! I went here to replace the windshield. I called, agreed upon the price and arrived on the appointment day. I clearly mentioned several times to the owner(s) that it was my first time and that I am coming out of my way. My car was done in a reasonable amount of time and I came back home.

After arriving home, I noticed windshield rubber seal was coming off from the top in the middle. They didn't place the gasket properly and just put the windshield on it which resulted in the gasket pushing up due to the pressure from windshield weight. In addition, after I took the tape off next day rubber on the side started to come off as well!

Of course the problem was because of the careless work! Since place was put of my way I had to wait few days before I finally got a chance to take the car back. I showed the problems to the same owner(s) who helped me initially and got the answer that gaskets coming off are not a big deal and it is just a condiments! I then told him that it definitely does not look good and that it was my second out of the way trip.

There was no apology of any kind and car was reluctantly taken back for fix. After waited for some time I finally got my car back and at that point I wanted to get home as soon as possible. Again, I was simply handed over the keys and nobody bothered to apologize or anything even though it was clearly their fault. Next day I examine the car and it appears that they fixed the gasket coming off issues but then I saw that they did not bother to clean the glue that was applied to the gasket!

Extra glue was coming off from the gasket onto the car paint. I tried to clean it myself but car paint was started to scratch because glue was all dried up by that time. I didn't have any stamina to take the car back one more time and decided to just live with it. I am not sure if I will go back again or not after this experience but if you are still going then make sure to check everything before you take the car back. This place might be cheaper but their work can be careless.

I have never written a review before but this is worth it to spare other people from what we went through. My fiance's car had gotten broken into last night and we were looking for a place to repair his front passenger window. Called ABC Auto Glass and the guy was super nice and could get us right in which we both appreciated. Took it in early afternoon and he assured us that it would be done before closing which it was!

We were both thankful! Unfortunately when we had paid and we were checking out the newly installed window, we noticed damage to the plastic covering over the lock/window buttons of the door. After inspecting it, they had attempted to "fix" what they had broken with black putty. We went back into the store to confront him about the damage and he completely denied all of it saying that it was already broken when he went to fix the window and that he was "helping" us out by putting the black putty in. Seriously?

No sir, it was not. Blatantly lying to us, he couldn't even look us in the face and just walked off. If you don't mind dishonest business owners then go ahead and go here but otherwise take your business elsewhere! Not worth the few extra dollars you might save.

If 0 stars was an option, I'd use it. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ABC AUTO GLASS (516 W. Arapaho Rd., #109, Richardson, TX). Have had this car for 10 years and never had any problem with rear view mirror. They installed new windshield in the car and within 2 weeks the rear view mirror falls off and takes a chunk of the windshield with it. When contacted about it they say it's our fault for using too much pressure to adjust the mirror (as though great pressure is necessary to move the mirror) and was also told that it is impossible that either the windshield or their installation were faulty. Accepted no responsibility. Do business elsewhere. They are liars and thieves.

Initial service was good, however my rearview mirror fell off within 3 weeks, and there was a chip underneath it. They refused to fix it or claim the windshield glass as defective. They said it was my fault for using too much pressure to adjust the mirror. I've never had that problem before and have never needed to use abnormal pressure to adjust a mirror. They were extremely rude to me, and hung up on my husband when he called. They do not stand behind their work.

We were in need of a new windshield for the car. I looked at a few companies and they all wanted $250-$300. I found ABC on a google search and they were the nearest to my house. I visited the website and saw they had a $150 offer on most windshields. I called and spoke with Mike and he said if you bring the car in at 8:30 in the morning that he could have it done in an hour once they got it in at 9:00am. To his word, Mike called and I picked up my car at 10:15. If in need, call Mike. Yes the cost was $150 plus the labor which was minimal.

Don't go ANYWHERE ELSE. The best glass repair we have ever had. QUICK, PRICE WAS GREAT, customer service was A1. I hope not to have to get glass replaced ever again. But if I do I am coming here. Thank you Michael and his team at ABC.

I have used them 4 different times, on 3 different cars. Always great work. Equal too or better than most prices. I used a cheap mobile service once and regretted it. One window leaked so they ordered a whole new glass and redid it. No problems they work with insurance companies also.

Just don't, there's a reason they're so cheap. They replaced my windshield and left the rubber seal sticking out on the top passenger side. They replaced the two side mirrors by glueing new mirrors over the broken ones and acted like that was normal and didn't offer any solutions. I'm going to have to fix it again

Mike and his team replaced the windshield on my F150. Not the cheapest in town, but not the most expensive. Good estimate on time, and quality work. No complaints here.

My driver side window of my 2009 Jetta got smashed last year and I needed auto glass service. Not only was ABC auto glass reasonable in price, they were also quick and went above and beyond my expectation. Mike, the manager handled an additional issue that I had with my window opener knobs which saved me time, money and frustration. When my windshield needed to be replaced couple of weeks ago due to a big crack, I went back to ABC auto glass because I knew they are great!

They were quick and their price was good. Mike, the manager was great. He was professional and I would recommend his auto glass services to everyone! Thank you ABC auto glass!

Horrible! We got our cracked windshield replaced however, it has been leaking ever since. This is the second time I have been here since getting it replaced. They insist that it is sealed appropriately and that there is nothing they can do. I even have a video to show them that it is indeed leaking as well as where it's leaking at. Yet they just shrug their shoulders and say they don't know what to do.

Every time it rains (and its hardy rained-can't wait till winter and spring comes) or I go through the car wash my car leaks all over the floor board making my car smelly musty as well as leaks into the air vent which I'm sure will cause more damage and money to repair. In addition the strip on top of the windshield no longer stays on! This car was in perfect condition before I let them touch it. Completely regret it!

Quick, easy, and professional! My little sister's passenger side window was smashed in and they replaced it quickly and cheaper than anyone else I received a quote from. They immediately started working on it when I arrived at my appointment time and took less time than they said it would take (1.5 hrs estimated, finished in about an hour and fifteen minutes!). I am very pleased, and will bring more business and friends here in the future.

I'd go with the NO STAR review as well. I completely agree that customer service was terrible. They did not care. They did not try to help at all. They would not warranty the windshield. The rearview mirror fell off taking a chunk of windshield with it and they did NOTHING to help. Found out from another company that the windshields they install are subpar to begin with, along with the glue they used to adhere it. Do NOT use this company!

I wanted to give this place "NO STAR". Customer service SUCKS! Mike the manager could not care less. They DON'T WARRANTY their services. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE! TEXAS Attorney General and the BBB will hear from me! See ya in court MIKE!

Shattered my back window of a 2004 Dodge Ram about 3 pm Saturday Called Progressive and they were able to find ABC Auto glass open and with the glass in stock Would have stunk to be with glass until Monday plus our of town in Dallas They replaced it within an hour and a half of it being shattered!
