This is my first time using Veteran Garage Door (VCD) Repair and I assure you that VCD has earned my trust and loyalty. I called VCD for a strange noise when I raised my garage door. Zack came out and replaced the rollers and a tuned up. He even showed me on how to properly maintain the garage door. He did say the garage door opener will need to be replaced soon but did not pressure me into changing it right away. Well, if I need to replace the garage door opener in the future, I will definitely call VCD and ask for Zack. Highly recommend VCD!

Called and they had the most fair pricing in town as well as response time. Jesse came out to my house, showed me what went wrong, what was different about my door construction, how to change the side rollers myself if I wanted, and even recommended how to extend the life of my door with maintenance. While they are not cheap, they bring value to their price that made it more than worth it. Cannot recommend them enough and will be calling them for all servicing and replacement in the future.

My garage broke on a Sunday evening. I made one phone call and within the hour, John S. showed up, assessed the damage, and walked me through each step of what went wrong, how he was going to fix it, and the preventative maintenance to avoid future issues. Our first day looking at our new house when I attempt to open the garage and hear nothing until a loud pop. Suddenly the top row of the door comes off I am staring at a huge gap! Of course this would also have to happen on a Sunday. I immediately jumped on Yelp and saw Veteran Garage door repair was open and available. They had someone out within 2 hours. John quickly assessed the issue, made recommendations for additional maintenance repair and had everything fixed and working perfectly. He also assisted with reprogramming our keypad. We are so happy that veteran garage was so quick and efficient. We will be saving their card for all garage needs in the future.

When my spring popped, I called several companies to ask about price and service. I ended up having veterans come out same day. I cannot say enough about how professional the technician was. He explained to me everything I needed to know, including the price before he started the work. Veterans is the most reliable garage door company I have ever dealt with. My automatic garage door opener was not only broke, the steal cables on one side had come off and the door would not even close properly. I called Veteran Garage Door Repair first thing next morning and the technician, Sergio H., showed up same day in the afternoon. Sergio is a consummate professional. He quickly evaluated my door's issues and provided a quote within 10 minutes.

We enjoyed working with Veteran garage door repair. Unfortunately, the spring on my garage door was broken. I sent them a message, and they responded quickly with the cost. They arrived that day and completely replaced the torsion spring system. They showed up on time and finished in about 30 minutes! They weren't pushy about selling me a new one. I give them 5 stars.

My garage door spring broke on a Sunday afternoon. I called Veteran Garage Door Repair on Monday. Lance came out on Tuesday morning and made the fix in an hours time. He gave me 3 options of spring quality. Since I don't leave the house everyday I went with the lowest cost. He didn't pressure me by upselling. It's been 3 weeks and haven't had any problems. Outstanding quick service. I used them to install a new Chamberlain Garage Door Opener two years ago and recently my home was hit by lightening and the logic board was fried. Chamberlain sent the new board and the next day I called Veteran to install it and they came out the following morning and got it done quickly. Alex was awesome and did a quick repair.
