Bought one window based on recommendations. Put it in to see how we liked it. Had a bid for the other 16. Window did not function well when it went in. Called to have it checked. They promised several times to come out. Never did. Stopped taking my calls. Managed to get the window functional on my own. Then 6 months in seal broke and glass has stains.
We did not even have the glass in when trying to fix the mal7function. Just a bad window. Kathy I think was the name of the president. Customer service horrible. Others I boght by other 16 windows from did not seem surprised when I relayed my difficulties with Tri state.

Have bought all kinds of material from Tri-State in the past. I was told about them from a contractor friend of mine years ago and it was probably the best thing he ever did for me. I still buy material from them to this day and I would recommend them to any other contractor out there that needs quality material at reasonable prices on any given day.
