Fresno Tint

I called the business and requested, via voice mail, a quote. I also requested a quote online. The next day I went to the business and sat in their lobby for over 20 minutes. No one came in or answered the phone while I was there. Other customers came and left as well. I definitely would not recommend this business.

Went to this business to get a quote for a new truck. The business was apparently closed. However, either the employee or owner was is his big van parked out front. I tried to get his attention he rolled his window down a bit and never offered any help. I figured if someone comes to your business and your 15 feet from them and offer no help it's probably a place I rather not do business with. I went down the street and had another complete the the job. Like they say first impressions say a lot about a company and it's employees or owner.

Had my car tinted here as a Christmas gift from my boyfriend and it turned out amazing. I would have liked the option to drop my car off the day prior, but was unable to make arrangements. Instead I waited there while they tinted my car for 3-4 hours in a small waiting area where they had a comfortable couch with a tv that had Netflix. Which turned out well since I had my toddler with me.

The reason for the 1 star reduction was they didn't wipe down the inside of my car and there were streaks all the way down the inside of my doors from whatever liquid they used on my windows. I was easily able to clean it up without there being a left over stain, however I wish they would have cleaned up after themselves.

I have brought all my cars here. The owner not only does a fantastic job but he's also kind and easy to work with. I recommend Fresno Tint to all my friends and family. You won't be disappointed by the quality of work.

I bought a car with dealer installed tint that I didn't like. I went to Fresno Tint to have the tint removed, and he did a great job. He also took the time to clean the windows inside/out, which was a nice touch.

Good experience at Fresno tint. Emailed for a quote and they were fast with response, and scheduled my tint appointment the next day. They were very helpful to my questions as well.

Made an appt for a Saturday morning and was done in less than a hour. Professional and friendly. Ryan does a great job on my Yukon. Took my wife's car as well and was very satisfied.

Disappointed, set up a weekend appointment 3 weeks in advance to only find they too a four day weekend. I went somewhere else.

We received the rudest service from this establishment. We called to see if we could get a tint removed from my son's new car. We were told that could be done and my wife WENT IN PERSON to make an appointment for September 28th, a Saturday. My wife called on Friday the 20th to confirm the work to be done and the work date. She went at the appointed time on the 28th and waited for over an hour.

She called numerous times leaving messages and finally left. SHE then called on Monday October 1st to be told SHE had the wrong day and that her appointment was the preceeding Saturday. They said the appointment was set for the 21st and she was told that they don't have time to argue and hung up. The funny thing was when my wife called to confirm her appointment she was thanked and told so many customers don't show up for THEIR appointments.

There is no way we would have made the appointment fo the 21st as we were having a birthday party that day. I will never recommend this place not because of their screw up but because of their poor customer service (no response to phone messages asking what happened) and bad attitude. Go elsewhere people

Scheduled an appointment three weeks in advance for a Saturday morning. We drove all the way accross down for a 9am appointment to discover the shop had a sign on the door that they were closed from Friday through Monday that weekend. I tried to call them and the mailbox was full. We called another shop down the road with a better (lifetime replacement warranty), who got us in that day, and we paid $100 less than quoted with Fresno Tint.

I wouldn't recommend dealing with a business that makes appointments that far in advance and then doesn't have the professional courtesy to call and reschedule, or follow up after missing an appointment.

Excellent job on my new car. I was able to drop off the car early so I could get to work and it was done on time. They only work with 3M materials with all the guarantees. Thanks for the great job!
