True costumer service. Even though I was late to my appointment to get my windshield replaced, they worked quickly to finish my suburban so me and my dog "4" didn't have to wait long. This was my third vehicle I have brought to All American Glass. I see no point in using any other glass company in Fresno. They got this!

A deer bounced off our windshield in Sequoia NP, shattering the passenger side. With no cell service, we finally got out of the park and contacted AAG at the recommendation of a local Honda dealership. They immediately took steps to see that we got our windshield replaced that afternoon. Nick was great. Being from Georgia, we were so happy to find this business--they took great care of us! Great service, the ladies were fantastic on the phone. I was lucky they got me in the same day I called and had two guys working on my truck. I was in and out in an hour! They even went the extra mile and vacuumed up the glass out of my driver side where the thief broke in. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. I don't normally write reviews but they deserve one. I have an old truck with a curved windshield. One shop attempted to fix it 4 times and failed. Vince took it on after a couple more shops wouldn't even return my call. He ran into issues with it but didn't give up. He was able to figure out the issue and get it done when the others couldn't. I highly recommend these guys for all your automotive glass needs.

All American Glass is on it. My truck was broken into and I was without a driver window. Vince was able to get a new one in my truck right away. My Husband called this morning just to get some general info/pricing for our Daughter's truck, but Melinda was so nice and helpful-- he ended up making an appointment for this afternoon. Truck is now back home with a nice, new windshield-- this one without a crack and a hole! Thanks for getting us in so speedy, and doing a great job at a reasonable price. This place is incredible! I was in Fresno from out of town and when someone broke into my car, All American Glass was there to save the day! They managed to squeeze me into their already-booked schedule and had my window replaced in just an hour. The receptionist, Dolores, was exceptionally helpful and kind. Thanks to AAG, I didn't have to drive home for three hours in the rain with a broken window. I highly recommend All American Glass!

Had two of my vehicles vandalized, both back windows smashed in. I requested a quote through their website and received a callback within 15 minutes to schedule 2 same-day appointments. Their prices were much lower than what I anticipated and the staff was extremely friendly. Hopefully I won't need their services any time soon, but if I do I'll be back. Highly recommend.
