Pacific Door

Top notch all the way. My BIL has done business with PD for years on his construction jobs. My hubby replaced all the windows for our next door neighbor and purchased them from PD. (Black framed, they look really good on her house!). The hubby has bought more doors than windows over the years and has always been pleased with them. Yesterday we needed to figure out a window for a new addition on our house.

We headed to PD after checking out the in stock windows at Lowe's and Home Depot. Only $140 at both stores, but they just looked CHEAP. They didn't have what we needed in stock at PD, but manufacturing time is just four weeks (1/2 the time we were told at another place). They know their stuff at PD and everyone was super nice. Check them out for windows, doors, barn doors and related hardware. Just west of Palm Ave, behind the dealerships that are north of Herndon. Closed from 12-1230 for lunch.

Went in to get some quotes on doors. The whole front office staff was inattentive. I finally got someone to help me get some quotes on a door. I did not go back to make a purchase as I felt as they were all in a hurry to close shop and go home. Not customer oriented at all. Ended up buying my door at Home Depot instead.

This place consistently has the worst customer service. I've tried to give them a second, third, and fourth chance but there's no winning. You walk in only to be ignored. You ask for something and the answer is "no" more than half the time. I truly wonder if they even know they get paid by selling product to people.

My review is about Pacific Door's installer Sergio Gomez. Sergio is a wonderful asset to Pacific Door as he goes above and beyond. Sergio not only called me to tell me what hardware would work best in my old front door, but he worked very hard to install a new hardware set in a very old door. Sergio took the time to call and tell me what would work best. Pacific Door not only has a great quality product, but they have a great employee in Sergio Gomez! My husband and I feel Pacific Door is a blessing and especially Sergio Gomez who is a talented installer.

Great customer service. Great experience. Ask for Bill when you go there. My door was going to take 3 weeks to finish. He was able to squeeze in my order with their busy schedule and got it in a week. Thank you Bill and Angelica!

Bill (sales) and Sergio (install) were both professional and gave us great customer service. The door was ready before the time expected and fast in the installation. We are both very happy!

So glad I found this local place. We've been remodeling our home and we're about to drive out of town to purchase baseboards. A friend recommended I check here, I would have never thought to look here for baseboards/molding but so glad we did. I arrived at the showroom and all their samples are on a display window so you can easily pick a style that you like.

I picked a few and a friendly salesperson gave me quotes. A great value for what you get, I would've paid 50% more at a big box store. Most baseboards could be supplied within a day I came back the next day and was off and loaded within minutes. They have very experienced salespeople, great rates and products. I'd absolutely refer others here who are looking to update or upgrade their home.

Hot water heater door was well made and fit the existing frame perfectly. Hinge and door knob cutouts were very precise. The two vents are backed with a mesh screen to keep the bugs out.

DO NOT go here. The owner is a terrible person. He treats his employees and customers very badly. My family and I ordered all of the doors for our new custom home from this place and really regret it. I gave them the blueprint to our home so they could know exactly how many doors were needed and they got this wrong, ordered more doors than needed and made me pay for them.

Every time we go pickup doors they are so rude and have terrible costumer service. The owner is the problem, the employees are hard workers and I feel so bad for them. I will continue to spread bad news about this company to everyone I know.

Highly knowledgeable and patient. I don't consider them salesmen. They know what products they have. Providing me an installer list of experts helped tremendously. I've replaced every window and a few doors in my home with these guys. I'm happy.

The best place you need to buy anything you need for your new house or a remodeling doors locks everything they're phenomenal great prices

I'm only writing this review because of the negative reviews that I read about Pacific door on google which ran counter to my recent experience, and against many positive personal recommendations from friends and other customers. I was recommended by a friend who recently remodeled his home and replaced all the doors, and was completely satisfied.

I installed 4 new doors in my home today from Pacific Door, what they call match prep'. No, you can't just screw on the hinges and hang the door just like when you took it off, doors are tricky, there is a certain sequence you have to follow to fit them just right, and yes, all my doors did fit. You can expect to do some minor fitting and chisel work, this is as close as you're going to get to perfect.

Better to leave a little more wood for fine adjustments than remove too much, you can't put it back after it's been removed. After today's experience I'm thinking about replacing three closet doors that I hadn't planned on replacing, Thanks Pacific Door!

Just visited their store and not one of the employees was wearing a mask. They should follow the mask mandate in California so we can all be safe. I am over 65 and they absolutely did not even try to maintain 6 feet apart. Shame on them

Awful! If I could leave zero stars I would. If you're not a contractor, don't bother with this business. I had to threaten to take my business elsewhere to get a returned call. Paid for my doors in full and never received a call when they came in. Then they gave me the wrong type of glass. Horrible communication and customer service. The worst I've ever dealt with in business.

We called before we went in to make sure staff was wearing mask. That was not the case. We did speak to a salesman who was not very helpful. My husband and I did not feel safe since no one was wearing mask and no social distancing was being practiced.

Kaleb is very patient and knowledgeable. The selection and quality of product is unmatched.

I deal with jay and brandon on a weekly basis. i don't know of any better place to go. there customer service is outstanding. they take care of me when i'm in a pinch and my orders are always right. i will never deal with another door shop. definitely the best around.

Can't be bothered to have sales staff available, nor will available non-sales staff speak to customers. The blue collar guys here are pretty cool, but the office staff didn't want my money so f$&k 'em.

If I could I would not give this place any stars! We ordered a door more then a month back for my remodel home, my home is almost done and my contractor contacted Pacific door as to status of door. He was told it was delivered about 2 to 3 weeks ago to our home. We looked all over and it was no where to be found. Long story short it was delivered to wrong address and now Pacific door does not respond as to what will happen now.

The door we ordered takes anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks to arrive and now that my home will be ready in 2 weeks I still have no door and Mike does not return call to us or our contractor as to what will happen now.

The employees really know their stuff! I initially went in because they have competitive prices and have had a great experience every time since.

The staff here definitely knows doors. Relaxed environment with no pressure and great prices. Would definitely recommend for your door and moulding needs

Solid core door 1/8 off. P D stated they match the measurement, NOT THE TRUTH. I took the original door to them so P D could measure it so there was no mess up. When I told Monique you measured it, and I have the original door and it doesn't match, TRUTH. I was going to order 13 doors for the house, I dont know now. It wasn't the mess up, it was the attitude.

After reading some of the reviews in Yelp!, I was skeptical about going in. I was truly relieved when Monique greeted us and assisted us with every need and question we had. She was patient and extremely helpful. Door was ordered and should arrive in one day. They have so many different types of doors to choose from. I also went on Wednesday before lunchtime so timing may make a difference with customer service. I will certainly use them in the future! Thanks again, Monique!

Ordered Milgard french doors. $4k. They came massively damaged in transit. Pacific pawned me off to Milgard customer service for warranty. I'm at the 6 month mark of dealing with inept people at Milgard. They are unable to create a product that actually measures square. The 3rd replacement was also damaged in transit. Pacific washes their hands of the problems as soon as they take your money.

They also shouldn't even sell a product this bad. Really disappointed with the entire transaction. I Love my Jeld-Wen doors, purchased from another store. I'm not looking for perfection. Just "close". The gaps & cuts on these doors were 1/4" type. Very visible to the casual glance.

Never got a call that the door was ready for pickup, I had to call them. Went to go pick up the door and not all the parts of the color that I ordered were in stock. Had to wait a week to receive what I actually ordered.

We just replaced all our interior doors through pacific Door and it was a great and easy transaction! Brandon was extremely helpful and patient while we browsed through the variety of doors and helped us find matching trim and crown mounding. We couldn't be more thrilled and highly recommend them!

I have been renovating my house and I could not have done it so well without Jay Tolman at Pacific Door. Terrific customer service, beautiful product, and great prices. As good as it gets!

I got the total opposite. Great customer service A+ and on time delivery. The trick is to know what you want. And when you do go see Brandon he is one of the sales reps. He's pretty knowledgable and on top of things. Don't hate a business that has been around for many years and has survived. A+ on all the above Thank you Pacific Doors for helping me out on all of our needs and wants.

In my opinion this company SUCKS. They still owe me money for a back charge credit and have never paid me! I was there three times and told untrue story each time. They dont do what they say they'll do when they say they'll do it! No integrity! DO NOT SHOP HERE. Still fighting them over something I was told was being handled. May be time for serious action. And customer service was garbage! Not good business! STAY AWAY!

Where the half star rating when you need it? Unless your a home developer do not go here. I have been there a few times and so have friends of mine. Their customer service, timeliness, and professionalism is very lackluster. They just don't care about anyone who is just spending a couple thousand. They want the big fish only and it shows. Takes them close to a month to order something, another 2 weeks to deliver, and all the while never keeping the customer updated. Just terrible!
