Outstanding product and customer service! This store has a fantastic show room and enabled us to pick out exactly what we wanted. The salesperson helped us with hardware selection to match. David installed the door yesterday and he did a fantastic job. He is a perfectionist and very meticulous with the install. The quality of the product and excellent customer service are over the top compared to the big box stores. I would highly recommend The Front Door Company! My wife is happy, so we are all happy! :

We worked with Francisco to help us choose a door and hardware that met our anesthetic and functional requirements. Our new door was installed perfectly and really improves curb appeal compared to our old metal front door. I have no doubt this will be one of the best-bang-for-the-buck renos we've done because of its relative cost and visual impact.

New trouble with the new doors mentioned in the previous two updates. See the photos. The doors were painted yesterday. One of the glass panes in the door crackled into a spider web last night while we were sleeping. This afternoon right before my very eyes, another glass pane in the same door made a popping noise and then crackled into a spider web.

I'd sent an email this morning requesting urgent action asap since the issue involves breaking glass which is a hazard to my wife and I. Did not receive a reply by almost 2 PM, so called and got Alan on the phone. I made it clear to him that at this point that I was angry and expected a quick resolution. I was told that he had "other customers" to take care of and that his manager was "in a meeting" to discuss what to do about the defective doors they sold me.

I asked why I wasn't called right away and invited to said meeting. Also, if they received my email (Sent at 9AM) WHY wasn't I at least called earlier in the day? Also, I was accused of hanging up on them when the called was dropped. This is an EXTREMELY unprofessional company at the management level. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I'll update the review again to let y'all know how they treated me.

We love our double front door! It is one of my wife's favorite features! Mindy Reyes was a big help in making our final choice. But what we really appreciate is the customer service and follow up with any concerns. The Front Door Company never hesitated to make sure we were satisfied with our doors and our experience! Great company great team!

American Home shiled is my home warranty service which owns by frontdoor has very bad and poor service My contract # 6458407 my Central cooling and heating system is down from September 2021, after 3 months (11/23/21) tech brought replacement inside unit but: A) it did not have auxiliary heat kit he may be forgot or have no Idea unit needs auxiliary heat kit or he notice replacement unit is different than original unit, but asking me to pay him beside $2052 which i have already paid him, another $1300.00 he can go buy it and install it, as a result my home is cold and my unit do not have axillary heat kit to worm up my house, thermostat has set up on heat 78, but always, nonstop just fan blowing out cold air and room temperature showing 68, which is very cold inside house.

I have no idea after 3 months when AHS will fix my system, also the loyal home service tech came in my house has very poor skill his business run only by one man and he had very bad customer service, left behind very messy job. My system fan blowing out nonstop cold air, the replacement unit/ Heat pump was different than original unit; it did not come in with auxiliary heat kit, which original had it. AHS needs to replace my unit with a similar one, but it didn't.

He charged me $2052.00 still I have no running system. The Tech now blaming nonstop running fan to my thermostat, I don't think there is anything wrong with my Thermostat, I think he has mess up the wiring and has no idea how to fix it even after installing the missing part too. My system still as today (Friday @ 5 PM 12/17/21 ) is down, Anyway AHS needs to rush and fix my central heating and cooling system after 4 months, and pay me back all my cost ($2900.00).

Make your life easy. The installer, David was amazing! He is one of the easiest people to talk to and a pleasure to have in my home, one of the most wholesome and patient guys I've ever met. David went out of his way to help me reconnect my Ring doorbell and rework the line. He was diligent in explaining the install process and educating me as he went along his work.

He never seemed rushed but instead was conversational and deligent, a master in his art. He's a skilled perfectionist in his craft and I'm glad he has such high standards for himself. If I could get all my home repairs to be this easy and joyful, I'd have all of my renovation work done by now. This guy is a keeper and will recommend the Front Door Company to all who will listen.

The guy at the office, Trey was also very helpful. I had been shopping around for weeks, months and so glad I found the best company in San Antonio to do my doors. And it looks really nice.

From the moment I stepped in the showroom I knew I made the right decision. Large selection of products that would meet anyone's needs and expectations. The salesman, John was very knowledgeable and guided me through the selection making sure my vision was met. As well, the inspection was completed timely and ensured my selection would work, reassuring me that I made and choice with the product and with choosing The Front Door company. Installation was seamless and done by a very professional and courteous installer, Victor. Highly recommend.

We love our new front door. We were very impressed by the thorough planning and measuring the Front Door Company put into the front end of the project. As a result the rest of the project went smoothly, the new door fit perfectly, and there were no surprises on the back end. The door itself was exactly what we ordered and is a beautiful piece of craftsmanship.

And the installation team did a great job of installing the new threshold and door frame, fitting the door, and cleaning up afterwards. Overall, this was a very successful project.

Found this location after we were shopping with Durango Doors down the road. Had the exact same door made (fully customized design!) with a VERY friendly salesman and it turned out beautiful. They were around $2k cheaper than Durango and the doors were made in the same city in Mexico so it was probably the same company. Only downside is that it took 2.5 months longer than expected to get the doors because of supply chain issues.

This company did an incredible job replacing my front door trim. The representative who repaired my front door trim was very proactively attentive, meaning they addressed concerns I saw with the way the trim was being installed before I even had the chance to ask about the concerns I saw! To me, this means the representative did their best to ensure the door trim was installed to my satisfaction without any unaddressed concerns.

For example: Door alarm trigger removed while removing the old trim? They asked my about it, and then put it back when after the new trim was installed Nails visible in the newly installed trim? The holes were covered with spackle before I got a chance to say anything. And fortunately for me, I may not have to paint the new trim since the color was a 99% match to the paint on the rest of my trim. (Maybe I just got lucky there, but hey, I'm not complaining.) Highly recommend this company. Work is professional, and the labor costs are reasonable.

Wow we absolutely love our new door. Selection, quality, pricing, installation and staff were amazing. Staff were a pleasure to deal with via email, phone and in person.

Great service from start to finish! We needed to replace our 8 year old wood door that had been annihilated from the beating sun and so based on the Front Door Company’s recommendation we went with a fiberglass door that has a lifetime warranty and provides the protection we needed. The advances in manufacturing make it difficult to tell the difference between the fiberglass version of the same wood door.

We were also impressed with the professionalism of the installers and their attention to detail! Would not hesitate to utilize the Front Door Company again for any future door needs!

My husband and I had a fantastic experience with The Front Door company! I initially went to the showroom by myself and picked out three doors that I liked. Mr. Thomas helped me with quotes for each so that my husband and I could review. We decided on a beautiful mahogany, wrought iron, and glass door. Mr. Lance came out a short time later to measure our doorway for specs.

We anxiously awaited the arrival of our new custom door! The install went beautifully. It has been almost a year since then and we couldn't be happier. This is an honest, reputable company, with fabulous customer service. Every expectation that was set by this company was either met or exceeded in our experience with them for price, product & timeframe. Do yourself a favor, if you are looking for a custom door(s), go with the front door!

Excellent everything! From the selection process to the installation everything went so smooth. We originally went with a different company and ended up with 2 failed attempts at a new front door. But once we called The Front Door Company they were wonderful. We even had 2 special simultaneous side projects of pouring new concrete and and adding a storm door and they were able to coordinate with us and our concrete guy to make everything great. Highly recommend!

We replaced our front door with a glass mahogany door from The Front Door Company. The whole experience was A+ from selecting the door to installation. The door is high quality and fits perfectly in the frame. We are so pleased and glad we used this company who did a wonderful job, and the company made sure we were completely satisfied with the end product. Had a section of glass broken on our front door and Trey took care of it right away. Fast customer service and prices were reasonable. Able to add the sketched glass in between iron slats with no problems.

Truly amazing service! They arrived very quickly after requesting an appointment and even came earlier than expected. They were efficient, experienced, great with our dog, and cleaned up any and all dust from their work. Our doors now open and close beautifully and the weather stripping is perfect. I submitted for a quote Sunday evening and by Monday morning I had a detailed quote in my inbox. I emailed a few times with Lance and we were set. They scheduled a visit to get an accurate measurement of the door that same week. 4 weeks later, we had our door installed. The process was quick and easy. Installation was incredible, the installer was detail oriented and took his time to make sure his work was exactly how he would want it done on his house.

The cost was significantly cheaper than any other quote and included installation. I would have spent more money buying the door from Home Depot and installing it myself. Product purchased was an 8 foot tall- "five lite" front entry door.

Very professional company to work with! We had a very strange door situation, and also wanted a custom door, and they worked it out no problem. Even sent me a mockup of the door to make sure we were on the same page. The main installer was beyond experienced - he'd been installing doors for 35 years - not only was he fine tackling our strange doorway, but when we failed to mention we were having new siding installed, and the siding was thicker than the existing cedar, he came up with a totally perfect solution and installed it ahead of time and it fit the thickness *perfectly*. Oh, and we've been getting so many compliments on the door!

Working with The Front Door Company was one of the best of my remodel project. They produced beautiful iron doors is a unique contemporary design I supplied. They were excellent to work with and were patient with the remodel that took longer than anticipated. Victor did a great job with the finishing touches and Trey was always professional and helpful. This place was fabulous! We were continually getting water damage on our back/deck door, and wanted to get it replaced by people who knew what they were doing. The people were so helpful and understanding. Installation was perfect and everyone was very professional and thorough, and the installer recognized we were getting the damage because our builder had improperly installed the door. We absolutely love new our door, and highly recommend these experts!

Excellent service, great showroom, follow-up. We wanted to update our front doors and went into their showroom to gain quotes and look at a selection. Steven came out to measure and recommended we replace our french door with a single door with sidelites. We took him up on the recommendation and couldn't be happier. Steven installed our door, hardware, new house numbers and door bell in a matter of hours and made sure he answered all my questions. We couldn't be happier with the end result! Communication was excellent, the price was perfect, and the service (fixing the glass on my front door after I slammed it like a jerk) was amazing. It saved me TONS of money and time to have that glass fixed, and the gentleman that did it was a real expert craftsman. From start to finish, the entire process was easy. Frankly, I wish all companies were as easy to work with and produced such results.

One of our neighbors got their door and sidelites replaced and recommend the Front door. My husband called to have the sidelites replaced and the glass in our old door. We later decide to change the door as well but the San Antonio store did not have the door we wanted because it was discontinued. Trey was the person helping us and he recommend some other doors that was very nice but not what I wanted.

I then called the Austin location and was helped by a salesperson named Clay, he advised the same, that the door was discontinued and then he ask me to hold and came back to let me know he had a floor sample of the exact door. Clay was so patient and nice and he sent me a picture of the door by email to make sure that was the door I wanted.he displayed excellent customer service by checking for me and getting me a very good price and explaining everything concerning purchase to installation.

He informed me that he would be shipping the door to the San Antonio location and they would handle the installation. Trey set up the installation for me, we had a problem with the original installation date but he was able to set it up for the next day. David was the installer, he was very professional and proficient in his work. He was alone and he installed the sidelites and the door without any problems and very professionally.

The front door has a huge selection of doors but I am happy I was able to find the exact door I wanted. The front door in Austin and San Antonio location was very helpful and they both help from start to finish to get my door purchased and installed. The door is fiberglass but looks like wood. The door looks elegant and our front door looks uniformed with the door glass and sidelites having the same type of glass. The reed glass looks like mini blinds from the outside and it gives the privacy that we wanted. I highly recommend The Front Door.
