Because ABC was so busy it was hard to get them out to see my house. HOWEVER, when they got here they removed and later repaired 3 faulty window blinds and then several weeks later re-installed them perfectly. Antonio was my installation tech and, as usual, he was perfect at getting everything in good working order again. 5 stars and will repeat business! Everything works great now and I am so happy!

I loved the service and outcome so much! 10/10 would recommend this company. They were very patient with me too, since I am fickle-minded with the window treatments.

Was initially impressed their service of a subpar motorized blind. They made several trips trying to make the product work but could not. They upgraded to a better product that worked for a while. I had to call the manufacturer for warranty and was told I had to run it through ABC. Now the service has vanished. It took a month of me chasing them to get the new part in.

I was I had to pay them to replace as only the part was under warranty or do it myself. OK.I'll do it myself. Now I'm told they will deliver when it is convenient and they are in the area. I have been without a working system for 6 months and without a bedroom blind for a month and no eta of when I will have a part so I can fix it myself. Not worth the headache and hassle. Spend a few extra bucks and go with someone who sells quality up front and stands behind it.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with ABC Blinds. We purchased Graber cellular blinds throughout the house and couldn't be happier with our selection. From the visit to show samples and the measurement of all our windows to the installation. It was a real pleasure working with everyone. Miki in the office is very personable and efficient.

Now to Antonio, the fine gentlemen that came to install. Again, very warm and personable. He made quick work of the installation of all the blinds. Old-school work ethic. Two of the blinds were miss measured, but they accepted responsibility with no hesitation and we got them a couple weeks later. You will not be disappointed.

I had about 15 cellular shades installed today and I just wanted to say how nice, helpful, and efficient Antonio and T.J. were. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. I had gotten the installation time wrong and was not prepared for their arrival but they pitched right in and everything went smoothly. Thank you!

We were very happy with the product, service and follow-up. We went through Costco and appreciate the cash card back. We bought planation shutters for our bedroom. Phil came to measure and Travis installed. We saw a little flaw with installation and Travis came right back to fix it. We will call them again for other areas in our house.

Vicki was a pleasure to work with. She had great suggestions and helped us choose something we love. Travis was our installer. He was quick, efficient, and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company for window coverings. Great selection, fair prices, and good deals through Costco.

Customer NO Service! Called for a warranty repair to correct a negligently installed shade. Was requested to bring the shade into their store ( 60 mile plus round-trip ) and they "HOPED" to get to it in about two weeks. Requested in-home repair which they said would take at least SIX WEEKS to get an appointment. They promised to call me back with a date and time. Never received a return call to schedule the appointment. Got fed up so I took down the blind and repaired it myself.

I cannot recommend this company enough! Vera was extremely responsive for us, and came out to the house and took perfect measurements of all 23 windows we did for our home. The products we ordered came in well earlier than expected, and we could not be more pleased. Antonio came out to our home to complete the installation, and was such a nice and professional man. Completed the installation so quickly, and walked us through all the tips and tricks for how to properly care for and clean our shades. 10/10!

I will not be calling any other company in the Austin area for future business. This company is phenomenal! There is a reason they have been servicing the Austin area for so many years.

Phil was easy to get quotes from. Although experience, I've decided to hold off from solar shades.

Amazing! I just bought my first home, and it didn't have any blinds or any window treatments at all. Vicki came over a few days after my phone call to them, and came with a design book where she went through all the color options (tons of them!) and pricing. I could even pick out what the veneer at the top looked like. Once I was happy with the blinds / colors, she sent over the invoice and put the order in the next day.

About 2 weeks later, the blinds came in and the installer installed all of them quickly. At all times, both Vicki and the Installer kept distance, work a mask, and communicated what they were going to do. When all was done, the installer went to each window and had me inspect the quality of the work before he went. The window blinds themself are the faux-wood 2 inch slats.

They were affordable, but very high quality. All of them where cut to fit the windows perfectly. I'm really happy with the results, and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I worked with Jenny Bradley at ABC. She listened to my wishes and assisted me in selecting the best product to meet the look I wanted and my budget. She was professional, friendly, and helpful in all aspects, and I was SO pleased with the cellular shades I purchased and the service Jenny provided. In addition, Kate assisted me with scheduling, and Antonio installed my shades. Both were also timely, professional, and provided excellent service. My blind installation was expensive but worth it. ABC is a pleasure to work with. Great options, and they took the time to explain the options and get me a very nice product. Unusually good service! I highly recommend!

Good communication w/ Phil on options, recommendations and price. DJ did a great job on the install. He was professional, patient showing me how the app worked, clean and friendly. They couldn't do the work during the height of the pandemic but got me scheduled as soon as it was safe to do so. They followed all of my buildings protocol's. Great company i would strongly recommend.

Everyone, from the kind lady who answers the telephone to Phil, who meets with customers to identify their needs and comes to your home to measure each window, down to the installers, DJ, Virgil and Antonio who are absolutely professional, knowledgeable, respectful of property and nice! Ken, the company owner is only a phone call away for any questions! This company is the best in the industry! I highly recommend them!

We had the opportunity to work with Jenny. Not only was she able to find the type of blinds I wanted for our odd shaped windows from the 60s, she recommended these solar roller shades that are perfect for Austin. It wasn't a product that other companies recommended and I am so glad we went with this choice. Quote was clear, information packet was easy to fill out. Installation was quick and easy.

The installer does not have a vacuum so I did have to do the final cleanup but the install was perfect. I would recommend ABC again for any custom/complex window dressing needs.

Plantation shutters look fantastic! Phil and Ismael were polite and professional during installation. When I noticed an issue with one of the thirteen installed shutters appearing to be slightly unlevel, they agreed to return to the site to address. Overall very pleased with this experience.

Wonderful customer service. All representatives showed up on time, and everything turned out perfectly!

Caution / Beware. Purchased a part to repair blinds with the assurance and understanding if unused I could get a refund. Upon my return to store for refund, i was told there was a restocking fee. I insisted upon a complete refund given I was assured of a refund; there was no posting of a restocking charge; and the receipt did not indicate a restocking clause. A complete refund was finally given only with much insistence. Net: Buyer beware.

Professional design assistance and installation. I was very pleased from start to finish. Friendly and helpful, with great communication for installation appointment.

Stage 3 and final. We received a call from Kelly (about the time we expected) to schedule an appointment the next week for installation. They altered they're schedule to accommodate our holiday schedule. The installers arrived exactly on time and although they allocated 2 hours for completion, they were done in a little over an hour. Kelly arrived to supervise the process and we could not be more pleased with the final product and outcome. All done, and definitely worth 5 stars.

My blinds look amazing, I would give 10 stars if I could! The whole process was seamless, loved all of the people I worked with and the blinds look fabulous, professional, and like they were built into the house. The price was amazing as well- we went through Costco and got even more benefits than just a good price. So thrilled!

I've used them a few times. Once they promised a new blind by a certain date and I was overseas by the time it finally arrived late. More recently my wife took a blind in for restringing and they charged more than 50 for a very simple job. That's outrageous gauging. I will avoid them in the future.

From beginning to end, the process for selecting, ordering, and installing our window treatments was pretty much pain-free. Jenny was AMAZING. She followed up promptly after my initial contact, and gave me an estimate after I visited their showroom. Shortly after my visit to the showroom, Jenny followed up with a visit, swatches and faschia samples for my windows. She helped me make decisions on colors and designs that would compliment my furniture and small space. I was told that the turnaround would be 3 weeks, but here we are, 13 days later and my roller shades are up.

The installers were also very prompt, courteous and efficient. I am thoroughly impressed with my experience with ABC Blinds. I will definitely use them again should the need arise and recommend them no doubt.

ABC came to our house and quickly provided alternative products to consider for each room, measured the windows, and ordered the coverings. Within two weeks they were installed and look great. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would have given 5Star rating if the installer had done a better job of cleaning up after the installation. Would recommend using this business.

We have used ABC blinds for both our home and business for several different jobs and over the course of many years. Jennie Bradley has come out, advised us, measured, and arranged everything. They have always been professional and done an excellent job with the installation. I am not looking for the cheapest place in town. I want service and quality and from that perspective they have always delivered. I recommend them without hesitation.

So far bad impression. John seemed very uninterested in the job so much so that when I asked if he even cared he said it didn't matter to him and that he was having "one of those days" - sorry, bud, but maybe consider customer service. Now trying to work through another rep. Hopefully this experience will fare better.

This is not the first time I have purchased window treatments for my house and they have all been from ABC. The most recent purchase were roller shades that I had installed a few weeks ago and they look awesome. It changed the look and feel of my dining room. The installation was also quick and simple! What more can you ask for and they are local!

My home builder chose ABC to install the blinds in my house. There are three windows that still need blinds so I tried to contact ABC to get that handled. Each time I called I got voice mail (during business hours) and when I left a message, I never heard back. If it's that hard to get with sales, I can't imagine what it would be like to get through if there was a problem.

I think not answering your phone when you have half a dozen people in the office with phone extensions (according to the voice mail) and then not returning calls to interested customers is just bad business. I gave an extra star because I actually like the blinds the builder chose. I will obviously have to match them from another source though.

So fast taking money, but extremely slow for getting their job done. You will have to call them up constantly if you want them to get it done in time. The workmanship is below average at the best, and you'd better off not expecting any customer service. You MUST be present when they come out and work on your window if you don't want them to mess things up.

Their installation staff doesn't care about your house, even though they drill many holes in your window frames. For my cases, it took almost two months to install 3 solar screens and 8 other insect screens. Worst experience ever for such a simple job.
