I worked with Kathy on selecting the perfect window fashions for my new home. She listened to my needs and wants and helped us pick and create the perfect reaction of blinds and electric curtains for my home. Everything was easy from start to finish.highly recommend Kathy! I am so happy and please with the service Austin Windows Fashion provided us. They installed my plantation shutters in a timely matter. The installer Cody cleaned them and showed me how to use and clean them. Robin was amazing she measured them and they fit perfect. She knew exactly what I wanted when I placed my order. Now my house looks amazing with new shutters. They did an Awesome job! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Kathy (design consultant) and Jason (installer) did an amazing job on our project. We did not have much knowledge, let alone an idea of what we wanted but Kathy gave us plenty recommendations and educated us along the way. When Jason arrived with the finished product they were installed quickly and professionally and he reinforced what Kathy told us regarding the warranty/service process and how to make any future adjustments. We are extremely satisfied with the product and service and are looking forward to getting the rest of the windows done!

We were looking at shutters and did not want to go white again. We fell in love with this dark grey arch they have in the showroom, where we first met with our designer, who walked us through other options to help narrow down what we would want for our home. Our designer came out home with swatches and more! On her recommendation, we went lighter and we are so happy we did.

This grey is amazing, it subtle enough to not be the focus but pops just right. Everything is custom, so you pick out the direction it opens, the size of the leuvers, etc. Also the amount of fabrics for the rollers are endless. Shutters are not the cheapest purchase for your home, but they offered the best service and were less expensive then another quote we received. They installers also provided 2 small cups of paint for the future touch ups.

Robin was excellent to work with in purchasing our blinds and shutters! She went above and beyond to provide us with multiple options and gave us her opinion on what would look best in our new house based upon her experience. She also reached out multiple times to make sure we were satisfied with what we chose and was willing to work with us on our budget. Highly recommend using Austin Window Fashions and Robin if you are in the market for window furnishings.

Kathy was my design specialist, and she was great to work with. She was friendly and knowledgeable and I really like her recommendations on fabric for our shades. The installation was quick and easy. The shades look great and work really well. The quality is much better than the ones we bought from Lowe's for our bathroom.

We had plantation shutters installed in the upstairs arches opening to the high ceiling of our living room. The idea was to dampen sound carrying through the house as the kids (and I) can get a little loud when watching TV or gaming in our upstairs family room. Tara, the design consultant, came out to look at the space and measure everything. It was a simple process looking through samples and making choices.

We put down a deposit and there was about a month wait for the shutters to be made since everything was custom. It didn't seem long considering everything that's going on in the world. Nate came out to install the shutters when they were ready. It was basically three complete units that he brought in. He was quick, efficient, and friendly. In all the installation took less than an hour.

The biggest question was how the shutters would look from the outside, and I think they're great. It's a quality product with a touch up on install to make sure all the details were perfect. Nate even left a small container of paint for future use. Everything was great from start to finish. Surprisingly it was such a simple process that I'm not sure why we waited so long to do it.

I just had my power shades installed! They are great. I needed my new shades to match existing shades. No problem! The match is perfect. Nate (installer) was helpful, polite, efficient and punctual. He set a new standard for my expectations as to what a good installer should be!

We had a wonderful experience using Austin Window Fashions. We had received quotes from several different companies and ultimately chose this one due to the expertise from Meredith. She was quick, provided us the necessary information and placed the order! Our install guy, Nate, was amazing! He was at our house by 830 and was completely done installing 19 windows by 10/1030am. He was awesome! I could not recommend this company and Meredith and Nate enough!

Our experience with Austin Window Fashions was excellent. Before we moved to Austin, we met with Tara, and she was super helpful in getting us started with our shades so we could get them at our house as soon as possible after our move. The prices from the first meeting to the installation was easy, and every one was extremely professional and communicative.

The pricing is very competitive and the quality and selection of the Hunter Douglas lines they carry allowed us to get exactly the shades we wanted. For reference, we bought various black automatic/remote-controlled shades that fit our modern decor. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

Working with Austin Window Fashions was such a simple process, and we are thrilled with our results! Our consultant, Robin, was super helpful with the design process and guided us on the right window treatments for our home. There were so many options, and she made selecting our blinds so simple and fun! Our installation technician, Jason, was so friendly and professional and got the install done incredibly quickly!

I initially started with a Google search and came across Austin Window Fashion. Everyone kept talking about Robin and I had the pleasure of meeting her. She came to my house, took measurements and suggested I come to the showroom with my wife as she wasn't home at the moment. The showroom was great and we were able to sit down and look at and discuss a ton of design options. Prices can vary and some were up there but Robin worked with us to get something beautiful within our budget.

We loved the promise of the life time warranty in addition to the awesome installation serviced provided. If you want peace of mind without any of the headaches of doing your own measurements, mediocre service you would find at Home Depot/Lowes go with these guys. Its great when you feel like more than a customer and develop a relationship. Would absolutely do business with them again.

After one year of working with every type of contractor under the sun in Austin, I will say that Austin Window Fashions honors their commitments, responds to your communication, and delivers quality work. Can't say that about 90% of the others I've encountered. I worked with Austin Window Fashions for both large shutters and motorized blinds. Both turned out great. The prices ain't cheap, but well worth it because their 1) work is good and 2) the employees know what they're talking about.

I have ordered shades and shutters with Austin Window Fashions a couple of times and they do not disappoint. Tara is great to work with and was super flexible in scheduling time to meet; as well as proactively communicating updates on the installation. Installation went smoothly and everything looks great!

Great experience with Tara running point! Shutters are never cheap, but after getting a few quotes, Austin Windows Fashions seemed like the most knowledgeable and capable of doing the job right. Tara talked me through all the options, responded with "oh, sure, we can do that" to requests that other providers said couldn't be done, and followed up.

Pleased with our new Hunter Douglas shades for kitchen. The price is a shock to system (at least for me), but damn the roller shades are worth it. I see and use them every single day. Bite the bullet and be happy with a quality product. Tara and installers are worth it.

We appreciated how Mary quickly scheduled us for a home visit, offered good suggestions based on our home and kept us up-to-date on the status of our order during this year of supply-chain delays. Jason was great as an installer, working quickly and giving us tips on how to troubleshoot our blinds. He cheerfully came back in after everything was packed up to answer an additional question that came up.

The only suggestion for improvement we have is about the unexpected package of "goodies" sent as we waited for the blinds. It was annoying on many dimensions. Some people may like extra flourishes like that, but if there was an option to decline such a snack box in exchange for a discount we would have been happier.

Ordered shutters for the front facing windows a few weeks ago and yesterday they were installed. I love them! I've always had curtains but wanted a fresh look and improved street appeal. At first I thought they looked too heavy and I was concerned, but after a couple of hours I'm completely happy. Solid quality, improved privacy, decreased the light and noise from outside (with a million different ways to adjust both) and quick installation by people who made sure I knew how to operate them and handle any warranty issues if they should arise. Tara Kulvicki took care with her measurements and advised me on the perfect window treatments for my home. Soon, I'll be ordering shutters for the rest of the house!

Absolute All Star Company! Bought and had installed, NINE window shutters. When I checked the reviews on Yelp and Google, I knew I had to get with this company. When the sales folks arrived they had sample interior shutters in hand and precision measurement tools to ensure a precise fit. Price-wise they fit our budget so well, that we had three additional window shutters installed.

Everyone from sales to admin staff to the installers were just a dream to work with. We will continue to use their products for all of our Window treatment projects. What are ya waiting for? Give 'em a call!

I love my shutters, a lifetime dream to have a home with shutters. Laurie Clifton helped through whole process, new to me, and listened to what I wanted for my windows and myself-to have them open partway in my kitchen area so I could see plants and nature with my coffee. Have high arched windows that were always covered with curtains. Now I can enjoy the beautiful arches. Chris and assistant did great, detailed, careful job of installation. Chris also walked me through how to open & close, etc. They're beautiful.

We had a great time with Austin Window Fashions all the way from the consultation to the installation. During the onsite consultation, Mary was really helpful in explaining the different types of blinds and what would fit with our house and our style. She came onsite to give advice, show colors and options on what to select. After the selection, it only took a few weeks to get a date to set up the blinds.

The set-up crew were really friendly and made sure everything worked. A few days later, after one of the blinds weren't working properly, Chris came back onsite to fix it. I'd highly recommend to go with this company if you're looking for blinds.

Austin Windows Fashions did a great job on my 5 1/4 louver shutters for my one huge picture window. To my knowledge they're the only ones in town that offer them and I was impressed with the company's reviews. The designer, Tara was informative, no pressure and professional. The installers (Travis & Jason) were fast and professional. In my excitement, I didn't look at the shutters closely and had a couple of details I wanted fixed.

The fine tuning crew (Cody & Jacob) came out and took care of the issues. It's a good company and the employees are proud of it and of their product. BTW, I did check 2 other companies and decided on Austin WF.

Robin was our staff member that we worked with first and she was always quick to respond to our text/ phone calls. She was a joy to work with and made the whole process seamless. We have been loyal customers of Austin Window Fashions since moving to Texas in 2003. They have provided excellent service and products. Our Hunter Douglas Duette Veriglide for the large sliding glass door broke after 13 years. After considering shutters and other options, we decided to order a new Veriglide. Our Austin Window Fashions' representative was honest and courteous.

She gave us a good price and was accurate on the time of delivery. The installers, Jason and Travis, were courteous and gave us good advice on the care and maintenance of the Veriglide. They arrived on time, took down the old Duette and installed the new one in less than one hour. They cleaned the area of all debris. This was another good experience with Austin Window Fashions.

Such a great experience with Austin Window Fashions! Mary was incredibly helpful with the quotes. Jason and Ethan were the guys who installed, and they were fast and very professional. We would definitely recommend Austin Window Fashions for anyone interested in plantation style shutters!

The entire process was great and muuuuuuch more affordable than The Shade Store for equivalent or better quality. I had a masked in-home consult with Meredith, and then my husband and I dropped in to the showroom to look at the various shades in action. Install was quick and easy, too. One of the shades didn't fit the first go around, but Austin Window Fashions came back out with the right size shade within 3 weeks.

Meredith is amazing! She was so patient with us during this process. We were very indecisive and she guided us without pushing and made us feel very comfortable. Our blinds looks beautiful. We will absolutely use them again when needed!

Decided to visit the showroom based on the stellar yelp reviews and was NOT disappointed. Was welcomed by Tara K, who ended up being our design consultant. She was WONDERFUL to work with. She not only helped us pick a few shade color options that we were interested in, but also offered some cost-efficient options that were similar to the style/colors we were looking for. I'll admit that getting window furnishings during COVID was a pain, as everything was delayed, but can't fault AWF for that.

They did a great job communicating on the expected delivery and were very quick to email responses. Installation was done by Ray, who was also a gem. Very friendly and professional. He installed the shades quickly and with quality, going the extra step to show us how they worked and what we can do to maintain our shades so we'd have them for years to come. Would definitely work with them again, if needed!

It's been a few hours since my shutters and Luminette was installed and I still couldn't stop looking at them. They are just as beautiful as they can be. My initial consultation was with Mary, and this was right when SIP was in place and the house was still under construction. We had to do it via phone calls/text and emails. I always love shutters but the cost is always way too much for the entire house so I was considering shutters just on the front of the house, roller for the rest of the windows and some kind of sliding blinds for my sliders.

But after going back and forth with quotes (sorry Mary!), having shutters for the whole house plus Luminette for my sliders is actually affordable. That's because she was able to get a volume discount. The more you order the more discount you get. The shutters are made in house (I'm all about supporting local businesses!), custom painted to match your trim and there's some upgrade that you can get for free which is amazing!

We finally were able to make an appointment to visit the showroom to pick our shutters style and fabric for the Luminette and 5 weeks later they called to schedule the installation. They installed them lightning fast this morning, they were wearing their mask the whole time and very courteous. You can judge the pictures yourself. They look even better in real life. Austin Window Fashions, I'm so glad I found you. You were the first business that I contacted and you were still my first choice even after getting more quotes from others. It's not even comparable! THANK YOU!
