Called to get an estimate on my roof for broken tiles and some mastic cracking where the tiles meet at peaks. Made appointment which was canceled 30 minutes prior to the appointment. They said he would come out the following day instead March 22. Stephen Stanfield came the following day and did an inspection and we were told that we would receive an estimate in the following days.
We never received an email so I contacted TORC and spoke with Tacey on March 29, she said they only write up estimates on Wednesdays and Fridays and that she would follow up with Stephen and get back to me. She then said because he missed a day of work he was behind and didn't know when he would get to our estimate. I waited another week and still nothing, I called Tacey again and she said the estimate still wasn't completed and she had no idea of when Stephen was going to complete it.
Today is 4/18/2022 and still no estimate or paperwork was ever received. Cleary they don't need or want my business. If you are reading this review, don't waste your time with The Original Roofing Company (TORC). So unprofessional!

I'd DEFINITELY GIVE IT A ZERO STAR IF I COULD. DO NOT EVER use this roofing company. They left nails, roof and metal debris! Had a broken tile that they fixed with epoxy and never told the builder superintendent about it (house is only 4 yrs old). Now that the roof has been inspected, they refuse to clean up their mess!

Had $1600 roof repair. Made payment arrangements in advance. When the job was complete the work was amazing. However, next day on my way topay for the job as arranged, I received a certified letter in the mail with "INTENT TO LIEN" notice. They threatened a new customer with a line even though payment received as arranged the day after work was completed. I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. This is just rude and very poor Customer service!

I gave them a call to have some work done on my house. Got back to me in a very timely manner and knew what the best options for my roof. I needed some ventilation to let the heat escape out. The guy I talked to (Kyle) knew what he was talking about and professional. The guys who installed our ridge vent got the work done and in a timely manner as well.
It's has only been a day since the vent has been installed and I can already tell a huge difference in the inside our home. Thanks or doing a great job. We will definitely refer this company to folks that need work done.

Ive called this company two times to follow up on an estimate to repair a leaking ceiling that I gave them on February 25th. The first time, the representative said they never received the estimate, even though I gave them my tenants information over the phone. I didn't hear back from them so I called two weeks later and they said they never received the request, AGAIN. Very unprofessional and unorganized. This company was highly recommended to me and now I will never use them.
