D & G Garage Door Service

We called them and they came promptly the same day. The phone rep was courteous and thorough. I thought the price was too much for replacing a door opener we could have bought for $450 but we went ahead and paid the $900 to have them install it. The reason I am giving 3 stars is they left one opener and a book for us to figure out how to program the opener in our cars.

For the price of the install I would have made sure the customer was satisfied. I was not home, my husband was. We paid the higher price as we are busy people. Now i am parking outside the garage so I can go into the house and open the garage door so I can go back outside and pull my car in. Doing this twice a day. I could have left the door broken and done this! Thanks!

Customer service was fantastic! starting from the one who answered the phone and kindly answered all my questions. We called early in the morning and they sent their technician right away. Joseph Taylor was on time, very helpful and informative also, explained his recommendations to better repair our garage door. They gave us the best price of all the folks I consulted and didn't even accept tips. Great work and efficient same day repair. Thank you Precision Overhead Door and team! 11/10 would recommend

I had a situation with my garage door stuck and crinkled halfway open. not a good feeling when you can't close your garage door or get your car out. Precision overhead door showed up earlier than they were supposed to which was a relief to me, and the technician Josh was so knowledgeable and let me know he could actually fix the issue which I thought was not possible. Professional, knowledgeable and tidy. If you need someone when you're in a bind, call precision overhead door. They will be there for you.

We had an issue with a bent panel on our garage door. We saw an ad for Precision in a magazine and called them at around 3:45 pm. I spoke to a very helpful lady on the phone, told her my issue and she immediately said they would be there between 5 and 6 o'clock. (I'm thinking for an estimate). at 4:30 I received a call from Mathew and he said he was 1/2 hour away. they arrived at 5:00 looked at my problem, worked up the estimate and when I accepted the price, proceeded with the repair. everything was complete about an hour later and working great. Mathew and Tim were very professional and did a great job

Highly recommend Precision! My garage door broke and they were able to send someone out w/in 24 hours of me calling. David was amazing. Thorough, efficient, knowledgable, and friendly. He arrived on time, gave me 3 different quotes for different levels of repair, and was done within an hour and a half. So thankful and would recommend to all my family and friends.

One of the springs on my garage door snapped on a Saturday evening, making it impossible to open. I was pretty sure I wouldn't be able to get it fixed till Monday if not later and at an inconvenient time. With Precision Overhead Door, that was not true! I was able to make an appointment on their website and get a confirmation that evening. The next day, Sunday, Chad was able to show up earlier than the scheduled time and got me 3 different estimates quickly! Chad was great and able to get the work done then and there. Fantastic service. A gentleman by the name of David Fuller serviced my garage door. Showed up on time, let me know what was needed. Went over my options. He was able to get right to work on it and was finished before I knew it. Went above and beyond to ensure everything was as it should be. Even got my keypad to work with my new system. What more could you ask for? Not all heroes wear capes.

Chad from Precision Overhead Door did a great job fixing my garage door spring that suddenly broke in the morning, trapping the cars. This was to be my second estimate for the work; however, it ended up being my only because the technician from the prior company surprisingly walked off when asked if he had a mask to wear in my residence. Chad arrived on time, wearing a mask and a great attitude. The work was done quickly and at a fair price (which was fortunate as I had no other immediate options).

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of Las Vegas recently replaced my old garage door that was sagging. (Due to supply issues affected by Covid) it took 4 months to receive my new garage door. What an awesome door, it was well worth the wait. Jacob & Joseph were the service technicians that replaced my door. Their knowledge, Craftsmanship, teamwork and personal pride was clearly evident in their high-quality installation. My new door looks absolutely great and is very quiet. Young Joseph came out to give me a quote for a new garage door! I found him to be very knowledge and helpful in giving me all the options that I had. It's encouraging to see representatives of the company that are professional, friendly and interested in their product.

Precision was responsive and quick to get someone out to our home when our garage was having issues. Hector was the tech that showed up and he provided phenomenal service. Hopefully we don't need the assistance in the future but should something arise, Precision is who we'll be calling and Hector is who we'll request. Thanks guys!

Chris and Chad were courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. We needed help with our reverse door test on our garage door, and they fixed it in no time. I called this morning and was able to get on the schedule by 1 PM same day. We used Precision before to install our new garage door openers and contacted them right away with no hesitation for this job too.

We had our garage door spring break. Chris from precision came out within a few hours and fixed it in about 30 minutes. He did an awesome job and was very friendly, courteous and professional. Great company and great customer service!

I thought a company that fixes garage doors would know what to do regardless of the brand, the guy that came out didn't know what to do but played around with it and got it to work for 2 weeks. And then wanted to charge me again for coming out again when I called again when the same problem persisted. "Fun fact Precision, know your products if you are going to do this job". You cold have asked me what kind of product I have before you came out.

The technician just left my house - Stated I had a old garage door opener and that he could not get the battery that they did not make them anymore. The garage door opener started beeping this am and the service light was on. I was charged a $ 59.95 service fee to unplug my battery so it would not beep. And you know what I was ok with that. He actually came out and performed a service.

So 5 minutes after he left I went online and found the exact battery I need and it will be shipped to me in 3 days. So I called the office back and asked if the guy came back out could you let me know what the fee to install the battery would be? The guy said no he did not know the fee. I said - Does anyone at your company know the fee? He said no I do not have that information, only the technician knows.

I said well the tech just left my house, 5 minutes ago - Can you call him and ask him to give me a call? No mam - I cannot have him do that. We would have to send another technician out and he could check and then give you the price. I asked is there a manager there or someone I could talk to that might know your company pricing? No Mam there is no one that knows that information.

So I am going to call someone to come out and not know the fee up front? I think that is poor customer service - I will call another company that is more up front about their pricing. Or perhaps I'll install it myself. So think before you call this company - cause they don't know their pricing until they get on your property and see where you live.

Excellent Service. Experienced and Friendly technicians. Fantastic staff. Always on time and very helpful. Have used this company twice, and will use them again when I have another issue with my garage door. Best in town.

I needed to have my garage door replaced because I backed into it with my car while it was closed - duh The door being replaced was installed by Precision Door ~2 years ago so I called them to give me an estimate. The prior install was OK but not perfect (I was disappointed that the seal was flush with the ground). When the Precision Door representatives arrived they told me that prices had gone way up due to a metal shortage and that it would cost $3400.

This was for just the door as the rails and opener were not damaged. The original install was only $2400. I called Precision Door two days later and spoke to Art (?the owner). I asked him if the price quoted was reasonable/fair and if I would get a similar quote from other garage door vendors. He assured it was fair and competitive but that we could discuss lower cost options.

He promised to call me the following Monday at 3:00PM. He never called. I called American Veteran Garage Doors and they came out the next day. They quoted $1650 for a door with superior specs to the one quoted by Precision Door. They installed it two days later and I am VERY pleased with the results.
